Today I’ve been told our appt is cancelled, that it was never scheduled in the first place & also that an engineer is still definitely coming before 6pm. Can you confirm which please? Your advisor gave link to network status tracker and it shows maintenance, and it did have a completion date of 16/6 last week, now there is no completion date

Have spent time with the team on the phone and 5mins after they leave the call (as we thought we’d stabilised) it died - it’s in escalation for a specialist to check in tomorrow hopefully
