    Looks like @VodafoneUK have had a major outage for home broadband users. Can’t get any outbound traffic, seems to be a core network issue as I get an IP but can’t ping their gateway or any IP (e.g. cloud flare or Google DNS servers.

    Fed up @VodafoneUK - my phone has had virtually no signal at all for around 17 days or so. Can't make or receive calls. Your advisor gave link to network status tracker and it shows maintenance, and it did have a completion date of 16/6 last week, now there is no completion date

    @VodafoneUK I’ve done that. Today I’ve been told our appt is cancelled, that it was never scheduled in the first place & also that an engineer is still definitely coming before 6pm. Can you confirm which please? If anything but the latter, apologies in advance for the reaction this end.

    @VodafoneUK Understood, still fail to see why for the same phone you want to charge £25 a month extra and for an additional year. The £60+ you quoted was also for less GB's of data and it included max tariff discount of £7ppm according to your agent.

    @VodafoneUK I’m on the phone to a Jasmine. (On hold). She is trying to activate the service on my landline 01698424292. yesterday’s operator told me she had activated it. I’ve tried to go online. But I don’t have a password. So I was sent a temporary password. BT TEXT faulty

    @VodafoneUK are the worst phone company I have ever experienced. Got put through to chat and passed al security got through to upgrades then got disconnected and connected back with a new person who now says my security is not right and it’s the same I got through before with!!!

    I’m considering leaving @virginmedia as my broadband provider due to the price hike and moving to @VodafoneUK but would like to find out some customer feedback on the Vodafone service, the speeds aren’t as good but at £21 per month compared to £36 per month for an extra 37 Mbps
