Looks like @VodafoneUK have had a major outage for home broadband users. Can’t get any outbound traffic, seems to be a core network issue as I get an IP but can’t ping their gateway or any IP (e.g. cloud flare or Google DNS servers.

Day 9 of @VodafoneUK broadband hopelessness, they don’t know what’s wrong - promise updates that never come. It’s a long time to wait between updates when you can’t work properly

@VodafoneUK 25mins in a queue for the WRONG department because you’re systems are crap. Now being transferred after going through security - it better be 5mins or less like the advisor stated. But if that team isn’t that busy why did I get queued for the wrong team for so long

@VodafoneUK Your customer service needs some serious work. 3 different advisors I’ve spoken too have all assured me a problem has been fixed and to wait 24hr. At the end of each 24hrs it’s not fixed and still have no phone. I have to keep calling you! 72 hrs and waiting.

@VodafoneUK no broadband day 2. We pay for Pro, but the backup rarely connects & is only 1mbps when working. I've spent hours on chat trying to resolve & your xperts aren't able help. I've wasted hours of my life on this: what do I need to do to get someone out to sort it?
