KirstE (@kjane28) reported from Bournemouth, England@VodafoneUK Do not promote your service with city fibre as being a “no more waiting”. This has to be the poorest business partnership I’ve ever known. Waiting in for second connection again … and it’s another No Show. But don’t worry coz you will bombard me with texts all week!
-
Richard Frame (@rafthemaster) reported from Bournemouth, England@VodafoneUK at what point can I escalate the hopelessness of my service to the regulator as a formal grievance of the performance. Another day, still hopeless broadband and no update from the support teams that promise to update (I know you guys here don’t handle that)
-
Stefan Powell (@StefanPowell) reported from Totland, England@VodafoneUK I’m authorised to spend money via phone calls, broadband and through my business @TFWCoffeeHouse and I’m a level 1 authorisee on the phone but can’t cancel my landline or broadband over the phone having moved house. I have to speak to three teams to sort personal...
-
BGS (@Glyn1980) reported from Bournemouth, England@VodafoneUK Understood, still fail to see why for the same phone you want to charge £25 a month extra and for an additional year. The £60+ you quoted was also for less GB's of data and it included max tariff discount of £7ppm according to your agent.

Pat Brandwood (@PatBrandwood) reported from Poole, England@maccaspacca1 @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Isn't the problem that these companies pay very low wages to staff who know nothing except how to answer a phone, often not in their first language? Try asking a train line call service about a town in England.
-
Bourneirish (@TirEoghain59) reported from Bournemouth, England@VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK Nearly 24hrs and no human reply!!! Still can't access my own account appalling service will now take this further
-
Philly B (@Philip_AnthonyB) reported from Poole, England@notorious_twub I was with @virginmedia for several years, no end of problems. And their customer service is shocking. I moved to @VodafoneUK for broadband and they have been fantastic. I won’t go back to VM.

Richard Frame (@rafthemaster) reported from Bournemouth, EnglandNice to see @VodafoneUK are still as incompetent as ever - after waiting 95646 days to be able to see an actual bill for what I’m paying, they’ve mischarged me - what a shock, now what are you going to do about it - I’m sick of these constancy issues with you?
-
Richard Frame (@rafthemaster) reported from Bournemouth, EnglandDay 9 of @VodafoneUK broadband hopelessness, they don’t know what’s wrong - promise updates that never come. It’s a long time to wait between updates when you can’t work properly
-
Richard Frame (@rafthemaster) reported from Bournemouth, England@VodafoneUK Thanks just having a general rant - I’m outraged at Vodaphones poor support. Have spent time with the team on the phone and 5mins after they leave the call (as we thought we’d stabilised) it died - it’s in escalation for a specialist to check in tomorrow hopefully
-
Nige to my friends (@NigelGM) reported from Bournemouth, England@Ofcom please help. @VodafoneUK have been useless

BritainAnon (@BritainAnon) reported@ThreeUK and @VodafoneUK are you aware at how bad the 4G and 5G is in Luton, specifically the whole of the town centre? It’s not about “coverage” but the lack of speed and the completely congested network you both have. You’re making millions from this town, please upgrade it!
-
Carol Hibbert (@carolhibbert51) reported@KirstieMAllsopp @VodafoneUK @lycamobile Had a nightmare with Lyca trying to save a few quid literally walked into my local tesco mobile shop and nearly cried whilst telling the brilliant youth my life story of hell ! andshar70 💙🐝 (@andshar70) reported@VodafoneUK is there a problem with full fibre I can't get on my work server but emails working ok?
-
Paul Jones - Performer/Shooter, Web sites🔞 (@pauljonesAIR) reported@VodafoneUK OK, so, a complaint Phone, with bank cards, lost. No problem, get a new one. I went to the vodafone shop, with my passport and my bank statement. They can't help. They can only order a sim for a lost phone if I have my bank cards. The ones in the phone. That will take a week to replace. They told me to phone customer services. CS were surprised the shop could not help, so put me through security. Which I failed. I even have a 4 digit code? Never used it. My last bill? No idea, because it's a text on my phone. Look at my bank statement? Fair plan, but my LOST PHONE is my 2FA device, so before showing me my statement, my bank will send a text to my phone, the one I don't have any more... They said I failed security and the only option would be a security reset. They'd send me an email. You know what the security reset asks for? a PHOTO of my passport and a PHOTO of my bank statement. You know what is LESS SECURE than a person standing in front of you, with their physical passport and bank statement? A photo of those documents attached to a form. It's almost as though you have not paid attention to what AI image generation can do these days. If you ever need to get a DBS check, they require you turn up, in person , and present physical documents. Not photos. SUGGESTION : If a customer comes to a shop with their passport and bank statement, THAT IS SECURE ID and the shop should be able to order a sim replacement.

Adam James (@atjames88) reported@VodafoneUK why is your internet connectivity so poor in Leeds City centre? I am having to use WiFi to load basic web pages, it's unusable. From looking online it appears I am not on my own and most people on your network are in the same boat.
