    @VodafoneUK I ended up having to borrow a microfilter off a friend, to find out no issue there. I then got sent a box, turns out you do only send one MF in the box . . . I do feel lied too throughout my contact with you from not booking an eng on the date you say . . . to microfiltetgate.

    An hour and 45 minutes on the phone to @VodafoneUK an hour of it on hold and broadband still not fixed, problem in the area and with the hub they detected but not going to do anything about it because it’s my problem it seems #useless

    @VodafoneUK Hi George, have sent a DM explaining all the details so hope that someone will be able to help. The IMEI is definitely correct but the NUC will not accept either of the two phone numbers that this phone uses @VodafoneUK in Poole tried this morning, as have tech support online.

    @VodafoneUK how on earth can I use 32GB of data in less than a month and be expected to pay another £8 on top for 1GB... I bought the plan for £68 and was told I would never run out of data. Proper not happy.. I don’t even use my internet that much.

    @VodafoneUK There has been no service in Stanhope County Durham DL13 2UE for 2 days as the mast is not working and despite reporting it still nothing has been done! It needs fixing as a matter of urgency as this is a rural location and many rely on the mobile network.

    @VodafoneUK One customer service assistant on webchat said she had requested a reimbursement from her senior colleagues and had given them notes on the case. We were told we’d hear from them in 24-48 hours about the refund. That was on Tuesday. We’ve heard nothing.

    OOOHHH BOY. Iv had to resort to this, i am at the end of my tether. @VodafoneUK your customer service is absolutley shocking. Despite 9 phone calls each lasting between 45mins and an hour, spanning 8 months you are still messing up my phone contracts. Disgraceful. @MartinSLewis
