@VodafoneUK 25mins in a queue for the WRONG department because you’re systems are crap. Now being transferred after going through security - it better be 5mins or less like the advisor stated. But if that team isn’t that busy why did I get queued for the wrong team for so long

Looks like @VodafoneUK have had a major outage for home broadband users. Can’t get any outbound traffic, seems to be a core network issue as I get an IP but can’t ping their gateway or any IP (e.g. cloud flare or Google DNS servers.

Tech today going well... @VodafoneUK: KNACKERED, no ideas what’s wrong, @SkyHelpTeam TV WiFi iffy - engineer Thursday to make box feel better, @ThreeUK temperamental as using data due to no broadband. Haven’t been able to work or relax all day with all these issues!

Mobile data help needed. I'm stuck in Spain (covid restrictions + lockdown in UK) and @VodafoneUK tells me my data will be restricted as I'm using too much abroad. Restrictions start 18 Jan, followed by high charges. I can't go home till March (?) & need data to work. Any ideas?

@MissHanHanSays @VodafoneUK Having to deal with the same issue for over a month now! Reached out via live chat and calls and still no resolution whilst being told it will be sorted. When working from home is so vital, the poor service is extremely distributive to my work flow!
