    Tech today going well... @VodafoneUK: KNACKERED, no ideas what’s wrong, @SkyHelpTeam TV WiFi iffy - engineer Thursday to make box feel better, @ThreeUK temperamental as using data due to no broadband. Haven’t been able to work or relax all day with all these issues!

    Day 9 of @VodafoneUK broadband hopelessness, they don’t know what’s wrong - promise updates that never come. It’s a long time to wait between updates when you can’t work properly

    This is stupid now @VodafoneUK I’m not paying for my broadband this month. It’s useless, I have spent more hours on the phone to support than I have using it successfully

    @notorious_twub I was with @virginmedia for several years, no end of problems. And their customer service is shocking. I moved to @VodafoneUK for broadband and they have been fantastic. I won’t go back to VM.

    @VodafoneUK Tbh - I’m bored of your support. Probably spent 10+ hours and the issue has never fully gone away I got fed up of arguing when your team just don’t understand technology - VODAFONE SOLUTION: unplug ALLLL your tech and use 1 thing at a time, how very 1999 of you

    @VodafoneUK Thanks just having a general rant - I’m outraged at Vodaphones poor support. Have spent time with the team on the phone and 5mins after they leave the call (as we thought we’d stabilised) it died - it’s in escalation for a specialist to check in tomorrow hopefully

    Looks like @VodafoneUK have had a major outage for home broadband users. Can’t get any outbound traffic, seems to be a core network issue as I get an IP but can’t ping their gateway or any IP (e.g. cloud flare or Google DNS servers.

    @VodafoneUK I ended up having to borrow a microfilter off a friend, to find out no issue there. I then got sent a box, turns out you do only send one MF in the box . . . I do feel lied too throughout my contact with you from not booking an eng on the date you say . . . to microfiltetgate.

    @TalkTalk I’m ok thanks. I’ve switched provider to @VodafoneUK since tweeting this 6 days ago. They were able to help me over the phone same day. Lucky really as I would’ve been unable to work for almost a week!

    @VodafoneUK at what point can I escalate the hopelessness of my service to the regulator as a formal grievance of the performance. Another day, still hopeless broadband and no update from the support teams that promise to update (I know you guys here don’t handle that)

    @VodafoneUK I’ll let you know - I’m on the phone with support, she thinks she knows where the issue is but has to consult a different team first to ensure the fix is the right idea. 3 MONTHS I’ve waited - dial up is faster than my fibre right now

    @ThreeUK I know you hate me and never can be bothered to provide me with phone service and I do apologise for actually using a healthy wedge of my unlimited data today - please take up grievance with @VodafoneUK whose broadband has been dead all day even after phoning for help!

    @VodafoneUK wifi calling not working, double checked its enabled (and used before). It just says not registered on a network. A little annoyed as you cab imagine, thank goodness for @WhatsApp

    @VodafoneUK Vodaphone says- Sorry cannot keep your old favourite number. Easiest way give your number and pac code to new service provider and carry on with your old number. Cancel the new deal with mobile phones direct- Vodaphone. Choose same phone deal with a new service

    @VodafoneUK 2 and a half hours later on a phone call you admit the mistake because you didn’t cancel the old broadband when you called me to upgrade and then say I will still be charged. That’s surely a breach of contact on your part?

    @VodafoneUK trying to contact for help and going around in circles. SIM card not working in new phone. No physical help available to get matter resolved. Just keep getting call terminated. Think it is time to return to ee.

    @VodafoneUK Sad being a loyal Vodaphone customer and to be told to go elsewhere if I were to keep my mobile number ending 924. Have had a Vodaphone account for years. The official contract ended last year and since then on a monthly basis rolling contract with no end date.
