    @BissetMark @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Thanks for the advice mate. I don’t have a computer and the TV is the other side of the room. However, after many phone calls and threats of not paying for a rubbish service plus cancellation ! @VodafoneUK finally found the problem to be in the “green box”! So all sorted now 👍

    @GR33NIE @VodafoneUK I'm with Sky. Excellent customer service and their app is alright for account management. Sadly the o2 network is rubbish, especially if you need to use mobile data, it's very slow. And you don't get much data allowance for your money.

    .@VodafoneUK is crap. 4 months trying to trade in a phone, paying full rate on contract. Both phone and webchat failed to sort over 20 times. Courier finally picked up phone y'day only to deliver back to me because they set my address rather than trade in centre.

    @VodafoneUK Why do you need me to go through this? Just post publicly why nobody can have mobile broadband around Clapham High Street and a date that it will be sorted out. Already talked to customer service and gave me wrong info. Do you not see issues on your end?

    Yo @VodafoneUK and @O2 . Just had my very sick mother on the phone in tears coz you 2 are messing her around trying to charge her 2 bills. She called to cancel Voda and used the Pac code for o2 for new contract. Not been done correctly and your both passing the book.

    I know a thing or 2 about telecoms. Still, I never look forward to the pain of end of contract discussions with MNOs. Why is upgrading, switching or staying so painfully difficult? @Ofcom? @VodafoneUK?

    @VodafoneUK No they haven't cancelled the contract like asked because the pak code hasn't changed the number on the new one yet. If a request to cancel is issued it should still be cancelled regardless. Contact both you and o2 and you're just blaming each other

    @VodafoneUK I rang your Customer Service today to ask if I would be getting the unlimited data offer tomorrow and I was told I know nothing about this can you clarify that all consumer customers will get this offer tomorrow
