    @GR33NIE @VodafoneUK I'm with Sky. Excellent customer service and their app is alright for account management. Sadly the o2 network is rubbish, especially if you need to use mobile data, it's very slow. And you don't get much data allowance for your money.

    @BissetMark @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Thanks for the advice mate. I don’t have a computer and the TV is the other side of the room. However, after many phone calls and threats of not paying for a rubbish service plus cancellation ! @VodafoneUK finally found the problem to be in the “green box”! So all sorted now 👍

    @VodafoneUK messed up my return 2 mths ago it's cost me £47.43 + charges for being overdrawn. The issue is not resolved. Promised a call back - NOTHING, spent hours on the phone to them (despite being told they would call me, they never do!) still not resolved. CONT....

    @VodafoneUK Changed to EE from Vodafone with whom I’d had a contract for about 15 years. I’ve not regretted it. Better coverage. Better service. More helpful staff and it’s cheaper. Mind you, I had a real struggle to leave, as Vodafone put every obstacle they could in the way.

    @VodafoneUK Shocklingly poor service - unresolved tonight, apparently I spoke with the only advisor onduty, no managers in the building - await call back tomorrow - third month of problems, three months into a three year contract #Fuming 😡

    For the first time in a decade, I want a TV package in the UK. I have @VodafoneUK broadband but they don’t seem to offer TV, but I want to keep them as the service is great. What are my options to get TV? No need for movies, sport etc, just a range of standard channels.

    @VodafoneUK Funny, they said it was because the phones were stolen! The phones could be cleaned on return, same as would have happened pre-pandemic. It was sent away on Tuesday and returned today. Good service in the end.

    @VodafoneUK your customer services today have been atrocious. Ages on hold trying to get response to simple question… and summarily cut off… with no call back, despite agent having taken my number. This after month + wait for delivery. Really unsatisfactory

    @VodafoneUK you really need to fix your systems. I've now had 3 instances of being told I'm moving to a price plan only for your systems to put me on another more expensive plan and then when I call in to be told the plan I was promised is no longer available (within 4 days). 1/2
