    @GR33NIE @VodafoneUK I'm with Sky. Excellent customer service and their app is alright for account management. Sadly the o2 network is rubbish, especially if you need to use mobile data, it's very slow. And you don't get much data allowance for your money.

    @DirtyHippyDalek @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Wen mum had to cancel Grandads mobile wiv EE they were brilliant. Expressed immediate sympathy, took a couple of details and it was all cancelled. Any charges were cleared. It made a very difficult time so much easier. Brings tears to mums eyes how kind people were 🥹

Trying to cancel his SKY TV package was extremely hard for my brother because they insisted it had to be Dad - who has dementia - they dealt with. This despite brother having POA...
