@GR33NIE @VodafoneUK I'm with Sky. Excellent customer service and their app is alright for account management. Sadly the o2 network is rubbish, especially if you need to use mobile data, it's very slow. And you don't get much data allowance for your money.

He needs training to handle customers with disabilities and also he’s outrageous in not helping us small business owners with complaints. And I now find Vodafone staff being dodgy. After almost 20 years being customer!

@VodafoneUK What tripe! Just serve your customers - I am still waiting for the iPhone7 unlock code first requested last November. It has been a total pantomime. I may give up and sue for for exemplary damages - I bet the judge will have had a poor experience with Vodafone. 😱

@VodafoneUK Purrfect zoom call....... do me a favour, nothing but problems since I moved to Vodafone Wi-fi in January. And please don’t suggest I go and contact your support team through chat.... 2 chats and 2 hours wasted, no improvement. Very poor. Wi-fi slow and continues to drop out
