@GR33NIE @VodafoneUK I'm with Sky. Excellent customer service and their app is alright for account management. Sadly the o2 network is rubbish, especially if you need to use mobile data, it's very slow. And you don't get much data allowance for your money.

@VodafoneUK messed up my return 2 mths ago it's cost me £47.43 + charges for being overdrawn. The issue is not resolved. Promised a call back - NOTHING, spent hours on the phone to them (despite being told they would call me, they never do!) still not resolved. CONT....

@VodafoneUK Thanks for your help yesterday. It didn't resolve the issue. Wifi calling activated but numerous calls still dropping out. Lots of people in the community with the same issue. Any more ideas? Thanks!

@ViCustomerCare @VodafoneUK have been trying to talk to customer care for a sudden increase of 200rs on my postpaid bill since 2 weeks now but the service is so pathetic that even billing cycle has expired and now they will even charge another 50rs as penalty

@VodafoneUK how do we get ongoing issues with dropped connections on our broadband fixed once and for all? We’ve had a number of tickets opened and Open Reach engineer visits but the fix only lasts a few days. Should we just change provider?

@georgiathomas94 @VodafoneUK Enjoy but it’s a shame Vodafone doesn’t recognise the loyal customers and not treat them even after them screwing up my accounts I’m still here but I’m truly done with the crap service they keep failing me more and more so think it’s time to give my custom to someone who wants it

@VodafoneUK Trying to cancel broadband/landline contract, it's the last day to do so within cooling off period. On the phone I'm being told you're too busy but have 100s UK web chat specialists but it's just going round without connecting My order number was: WEB-0001000014279075

@VodafoneUK I have now cancelled my main contract and as of 29/7 all services will expire and I will cancel my Direct Debit, you cannot charge a bill for a OneNumber without a base airtime contract. This is basic contract law.

Why is it like Fort Knox trying to get put through to an advisor from @VodafoneUK ? I used to like the good old days when it was an option or 2 then speak to someone, now every thing is automated n horrible! 😫
