@GR33NIE @VodafoneUK I'm with Sky. Excellent customer service and their app is alright for account management. Sadly the o2 network is rubbish, especially if you need to use mobile data, it's very slow. And you don't get much data allowance for your money.

@VodafoneUK my broadband speed has dropped significantly. I’m supposed to be getting at least 50mbps, but I’m getting around 20mbps and poor upload speed. The connection keeps dropping, sometimes several times a day, requiring router/DSL reboot. Help?

@VodafoneUK @JayDogUFC What tripe! Just serve your customers - I am still waiting for the iPhone7 unlock code first requested last November. It has been a total pantomime. I may give up and sue for for exemplary damages - I bet the judge will have had a poor experience with Vodafone. 😱

@VodafoneUK Yes,have had the app installed since the commencement of the contract, have also gone through all advanced settings and made amendments as per the tech teams advice, with the promise of improvement in 24 hours.just given up watching the ufc replay as the signal keeps dropping out

@VodafoneUK Purrfect zoom call....... do me a favour, nothing but problems since I moved to Vodafone Wi-fi in January. And please don’t suggest I go and contact your support team through chat.... 2 chats and 2 hours wasted, no improvement. Very poor. Wi-fi slow and continues to drop out

@VodafoneUK Absolutely appalled with customer service from Vodafone that I was on the phone for 1hour 24 minutes, my phone was sent for repair and seemingly been fixed, which it hasn't been fixed at all, it's 9 months news and hitting my head, never recommending vodafone
