    @VodafoneUK Shocklingly poor service - unresolved tonight, apparently I spoke with the only advisor onduty, no managers in the building - await call back tomorrow - third month of problems, three months into a three year contract #Fuming 😡

    @GR33NIE @VodafoneUK I'm with Sky. Excellent customer service and their app is alright for account management. Sadly the o2 network is rubbish, especially if you need to use mobile data, it's very slow. And you don't get much data allowance for your money.

    @VodafoneUK Changed to EE from Vodafone with whom I’d had a contract for about 15 years. I’ve not regretted it. Better coverage. Better service. More helpful staff and it’s cheaper. Mind you, I had a real struggle to leave, as Vodafone put every obstacle they could in the way.

    @VodafoneUK how do. Openreach are installing new broadband at my property today…but the router pack has yet to arrive. Do they tend to bring the Vodafone equipment themselves? As according to the Order Details page a router was never dispatched.

    @VodafoneUK cannot wait to leave this useless awful company. Spent a total of 7 hours on online chat in thr past couple of days being passed to different people multiple times, cutting both my phones off, not willing to help etc for something that they caused in the first place.

    If you want a headache in life try dealing with @VodafoneUK. They give you a poor service and refuse to terminate agreement despite accepting that there is no vodafone signal at my address. You continue to pay the agreement and its end of contract ... 1/2

    @VodafoneUK I have chatted 6 times now and they all promise it will get sorted but still not working. When opening the app it says technical fault error code 5604, why can anyone fix this problem. I know I’m not the only one with this issue?

    @VodafoneUK no mobile signal since 2pm in West Somerset. Apparently working on mast for 6 days but couldn't explain why neighbour has signal and I don't. Just told me to use WiFi calling. Thankfully broadband with another provider
