@GR33NIE @VodafoneUK I'm with Sky. Excellent customer service and their app is alright for account management. Sadly the o2 network is rubbish, especially if you need to use mobile data, it's very slow. And you don't get much data allowance for your money.

@VodafoneUK Shocklingly poor service - unresolved tonight, apparently I spoke with the only advisor onduty, no managers in the building - await call back tomorrow - third month of problems, three months into a three year contract #Fuming 😡

@VodafoneUK Changed to EE from Vodafone with whom I’d had a contract for about 15 years. I’ve not regretted it. Better coverage. Better service. More helpful staff and it’s cheaper. Mind you, I had a real struggle to leave, as Vodafone put every obstacle they could in the way.

@VodafoneUK messed up my return 2 mths ago it's cost me £47.43 + charges for being overdrawn. The issue is not resolved. Promised a call back - NOTHING, spent hours on the phone to them (despite being told they would call me, they never do!) still not resolved. CONT....

Having been in a queue via “TOBi” to cancel the contract, I was at 43 in said queue, got to 1 and then went back up to 45 again. I restarted the chat, TOBi sent me a link. I followed it and it kicked me out of the chat. @VodafoneUK say that my contract continues until I cancel it

@VodafoneUK AVOID these at all costs told them to cancel my contract sent me mu final bill and then proceeding to carry my contact on and send me another bill and say i did not ask for it to be disconnected or i have not had a final bill

Fairly unimpressed with @VodafoneUK customer service. Firstly it took well over 20mins to get through their god awful automated answer machine. I needed to return a Google pixel 6a that a bought in a back Friday offer. They would not send out a replacement. And would only refund

@VodafoneUK Full broadband package with boosters and tech support. Absolutely rubbish. Doesn’t work. Hasn’t worked since installed and tech support can’t fix it. Unable to watch TV or use any device without dropping signal! Pathetic!
