    @VodafoneUK your service is abysmal. Every time I contact you to pay my monthly bill you give me a different amount that I owe you. One minute it’s £85, then it’s £112, then it’s £56. You disconnect my service but I have no idea what to pay you!

    @verywearypaul @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK One of the reasons I don't have a mobile is crap calls ALL THE TIME. I rang the bank from a friends' phone, they droned on about 'have you got a mobile, there's not one listed', I told them it was a friends phone. They obvs took it and now my friend has spam calls all day.

    Dear @VodafoneUK, When someone has experienced a fraud, they want to be able to speak to someone to relieve their fears. They don’t want to be put through automated messages which get them nowhere. Your system is hopeless. I’m glad I’m not your customer.

    @VodafoneUK @glastonbury Worst customer service EVER. They tell you they'll call you back within 24 hours, since its been more. Why do we have to chase up on everything? Are you that incompetent? My landline hasn't been working for a month now, and no one bothers to fix it.

    @VodafoneUK Your Tobi is not working and sent me the weblink doesn’t exist anymore. Also your website doesn’t let me change my pay monthly plan to pay monthly SIM only plan. Can someone contact me if you bother selling SIM only plan? I have no intention to upgrade my phone.

    @VodafoneUK I have had the most frustrating 72 hrs trying to get a new SIM activated for my lost phone. Please bring your customer service back to the UK. 😡😡😡
