@VodafoneUK your service is abysmal. Every time I contact you to pay my monthly bill you give me a different amount that I owe you. One minute it’s £85, then it’s £112, then it’s £56. You disconnect my service but I have no idea what to pay you!

@cazrat @VodafoneUK Nope! We were going round in complete circles. Cancelled the order yesterday in utter disgust and have gone back to our old provider SSE who have already been very helpful. We had no confidence that @VodafoneUK could fix the problem and felt utterly fobbed off on timescales.
