@VodafoneUK your service is abysmal. Every time I contact you to pay my monthly bill you give me a different amount that I owe you. One minute it’s £85, then it’s £112, then it’s £56. You disconnect my service but I have no idea what to pay you!

@VodafoneUK Hi. You don’t provide service to us yet, that wasn’t the question. We’ve been cabled by City Fibre and they’re flyers advised you will be the initial provider. If we were cabled months ago - why no movement yet?!

@the_real_ivo @VodafoneUK You’re doing well. Vodafone took my phone completely offline for 16 days, still didn’t fix the fault and offered me a month and a bit’s line rental as compensation. I’d change carrier except I have a newborn and wife in hospital and so can’t risk multi day outage porting

@VodafoneUK @Vitt2tsnoc I believe the text and the link were very clear. It sucks because I work internationally and the plan i had was perfect, now I have to change all because you didnt want to pay extra. Other companies are implementing roaming charges, always vodafone

So @VodafoneUK after various issues and escalations via chat relating to a migration/port you end up cutting my number off altogether. So far, over 3+ hours without service on my business number. Surely there’s @Ofcom rules around this?
