@VodafoneUK your service is abysmal. Every time I contact you to pay my monthly bill you give me a different amount that I owe you. One minute it’s £85, then it’s £112, then it’s £56. You disconnect my service but I have no idea what to pay you!

@VodafoneUK My mum is the account holder. She is 78 and not on Twitter. I am at work now. If she is better tomorrow, I will take her down to Vodafone on Clumber Street in Nottingham in the hope that they might be able to get this sorted. If not, we'll cancel the mobile, broadband & landline.
