@VodafoneUK Hi Jak. The issue is hopefully being fixed today by an engineer so that is sorted. Just worried o was told when making a complaint about handling of the situation that somebody would be sacked as a result of not returning my call. As I say, a bizarre way to manage complaints

I hate dealing with @VodafoneUK. I have never dealt with such an incredibly incompetent company. In Oct 2020 I endured a Kafkaesque encounter with them, trying to get access to my My Vodafone account so that I could look at a bill.

Have to say I’m severely disappointed with @VodafoneUK customer service. With them since 2010, called them up to get options on upgrading my contract again & found their customer service severely lacking. Change of provider me thinks
