@MsJodieLW @VodafoneUK Might be a problem with your router? We had a bit of a nightmare with our Vodafone router early on in the pandemic when we were WFH, but they eventually replaced it and no problems since.

@VodafoneUK 3 different days I've tried to cancel mobile broadband. AND ANOTHER PAYMENT HAS BEEN TAKEN. Wait times on calls are extremely long, TOBi chat says a security code sent to my phone, I've received none of them. Tell me how do I cancel..it shouldn't be this hard!

@VodafoneUK The problem was solved. Apparently 5G is not and was never available in my post code. So basically I was paying for 5G and getting 4G. Pity it took 13 months to figure it out.
