Guess what? 48 hours passed. (48 hours of dropped connections, frozen teams calls and me swearing A LOT). I called back... “It’s OK, I can fix this in no time” said the guy on the end of the phone. “This is the last time you’ll ever have to speak to @VodafoneUK “

@AndreDack @VodafoneUK I've used them for over 2 years with only 2 issues in that time - 1 was a faulty router which they replaced, and the other a phone faulty master socket faceplate replaced for £10 from Amazon (which Vodafone were happy to reimburse me for).

So @VodafoneUK personal customers get 24/7 support. That’s great however business customers only get support during UK business hours?! Would be great to know what the benefits actually are for being a business customer....
