@VodafoneUK Hi - no it's not you that's the problem. It's @Plusnet who I moved to earlier this year and have given me 2 outages in 6 months. Just as soon as my contracts up I'll look at you guys again because I had nothing like those probs with you. Have a great Christmas.

NOT going to renew with you. Had @VodafoneUK for 2 years before you and *never* had anything like this. How you get 5* "satisfaction" reviews is beyond me, because you're comfortably the worst ISP I've used.

@VodafoneUK fuming that when I was on the phone to the lady telling her of the problems I had and am having with my broadband she hung up as she didn't want to resolve! All she wanted to do was extend my contract for a further two years!!! Absolutely shoddy customer service!

@VodafoneUK I've had signal problems for almost 24hours now, haven't received texts who h I've expected (from PayPal so I can log in) and also had others try texting me. Checked website and it says there's maintenance, but said it was almost done

@VodafoneUK over 24 hours since you installed the new router and still not working! Can’t even use the baby monitor! Was told it would be a couple of hours at 8:30am. This is ridiculous that you would leave us without broadband over Christmas.

Sorry everyone. Video will not be out today. Because @VodafoneUK did me wrong... again. Please do not ever buy #Vodafone. They mispelled my name last year, and it is still causing me issues. Switched providers now.
