@VodafoneUK certainly do have the worst customer service...I barely get a signal anymore at home and they won’t reactivate my sure signal box!!!

@VodafoneUK Already been there and done that and got no help. Most help I have had was from the Hartlepool shop, where the manager was great, but ultimately can't give me the refund. He wrote extensive notes so it could be sorted. My hubby and I have been on phone for 40+ hrs. No refund.

@VodafoneUK your solution to my tweet was to reply to my DM and reiterate my Contract line rental is so cheap I can't roam abroad even if I offered to pay more, switch tarriff or pay extras... you would not facilitate me using my phone abroad. Insane. have now switched to @iDMobileIreland
