    @VodafoneUK So much for your caring! I sent a DM with my details as you requested and nobody contacted me!! @WhichUK you are correct...Vodafone are by far the worst at customer service and network reliability 🙄 #OfCom @Ofcom

    @VodafoneUK hey, your customer service reps need to learn what a goodwill gesture is. Imagine being told you were given a goodwill reduction in your bill for inconvenience and then being billed for it the next month. #shiteservice

    @VodafoneUK certainly do have the worst customer service...I barely get a signal anymore at home and they won’t reactivate my sure signal box!!!

    @VodafoneUK Tried talking to online agent this morning. As soon as I put my question, they then ignored me and ended the chat!! Tried again and now all agents are busy. Shocking customer service.
