  @VodafoneUK certainly do have the worst customer service...I barely get a signal anymore at home and they won’t reactivate my sure signal box!!!

  I'd like to know whose fault it is, either @VodafoneUK or @Apple but there's (still!) no 5G coverage along the whole east end of the A71/Livingston, and I have to MANUALLY change the phone to use 4G. Why can't it just revert to 4G rather than "5G Auto" just going to Edge? Poor.

  @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK Take them to ombudsman, they tried it on with me and lost .That's why I wouldn't recommend them to anybody,since I moved provider ,not a single issue or bill query .
