  Definition of rip off: same broadband package, same speeds, same fibre infrastructure, same level of support, very similar equipment. Price difference? @VodafoneUK is £19 cheaper than @BT_uk. Not £9, NINETEEN! Absolutely disgraceful of BT.

  @VodafoneUK I love the way every time Vodafone try to puff themselves up about some award they have been given the replies on Twitter are always a dog pile of negativity. So my perception of their poor customer service was not a one off

  @VodafoneUK the stress you and your team that you have put me and my 8.5month pregnant wife is appalling. Well over 25 calls to resolve a broadband activation which should have worked on Monday. Going round and round in circles. Wish I’d never changed from sky and wanna go back!

  @VodafoneUK as much as I've been hammering on for updates from you about my pre-order over the past week, I do have to say, despite all of the negativity you receive regarding TOBi, I've never had an issue - I've always been able to get through to an adviser when I've needed one.

  @VodafoneUK Why advertise only to fail to deliver?! Had to manually check the status of our upgrades only to find one is cancelled (I still don’t know why) and delivery date for second is now unknown! Expected both tomorrow - you didn’t even have the courtesy to tell me! #woeful #useless
