@VodafoneUK Thanks Robyn. There is a forum on their website which suggests a few other customers have had the same issue and that it's a porting fault. But when a technician called me today he was really offhand and said that I'd just Googled and hadn't got proper info!

@VodafoneUK Will be switching to you if people continue to speak to me like he did!! He said it might be your issue but I can't see how that would be the case and I can call anyone else without a problem.
