    @VodafoneUK certainly do have the worst customer service...I barely get a signal anymore at home and they won’t reactivate my sure signal box!!!

    @DUCKmagstoke @Dan_Townley @VodafoneUK We moved into a new house. First it was available, then it wasn’t, then they’d send an engineer round to check x 3. Guess what…a year later and I’m still waiting. Outsourcing customer services abroad on the cheap only impacts the customer. With Sky, slower but reliable.

    @ThreeUKSupport When will E-Sim be launching? You said it would be 2022 and it’s now 2023. I am soon to be leaving @VodafoneUK who have E-Sim support!! That I would want to carry over due to using x2 sims in my current phone, I’d need the @ThreeUK one to be an E-Sim
