@VodafoneUK I have 4g+ with 5 bars(full signal) I shouldn't be getting such low speeds! I'm paying for faster speeds. Maybe it's time for me to leave Vodafone. Every other operator has 5g here now and I'm stuck on an over subscribed network with low speeds thanks Vodafone 👍

@ben_applebaum @VodafoneUK If you ordered it since Friday afternoon there's a problem with the website and orders. I found this out after 90 minutes on online chat today, trying to track down an order that turned out not to have been ordered at all.

@Salfanackerpan @VodafoneUK Gave up with them years ago. Now use GiffGaff, rarely have any issues, cheap rates, £6/month for unlimited calls & texts plus a decent amount of data.

@VodafoneUK Worst internet on mobile even call cant get through to me, your rep suggested me to buy a broadband connection instead of providing any solution. i am paying for a service do i need to pay for another service to use my original services properly ?? Is that the way??

@VodafoneUK Well, I DM'd and got a bot and not a person. It really would make more business sense to retain me for another 18 months on giga cube and cancel the last two months, more money ,too, but really does look like I'll be switching to EEs 5g broadband.👀

@VodafoneUK why are data speeds so slow in Aberystwyth? I've seen a speedy decrease in speeds over the last 6 months! I'm lucky if I get 10mbs most days now. Can you get this fixed?!?! I'm not happy at all with your service

@VodafoneUK please stop showing your ridiculously oversimplified External Cephalic Version ad. ECV is NEVER easy or quick. Practitioners are stressed and parents are scared. The overly optimistic ad is not helping.

@VodafoneUK That’s awesome. Is eSIM support available on PAYG and Pay monthly or just pay monthly deals only at this time?

@VodafoneUK Unfortunately, your company was the last company in the world two and a half years ago, and you did not know how to fix the network
