@VodafoneUK I have owned my new iphone for 5 days and not been able to use it at all. You promise me that at midnight I will power cycle the phone and it will be on the correct network. Yet every time it’s the same, zero signal. You’ve mugged me off for the last time.

  • RCFarquhar Richard Farquhar (@RCFarquhar) reported

🧵 I have been a loyal customer of @VodafoneUK for 22 years. For most of that time I have had 6 phones on my account (me, wife, 4 children). Over that period I have paid @VodafoneGroup well in excess of £30,000. In March last year, a daughter's account was due an upgrade... 1

@VodafoneUK as a new customer, I can honestly say your service (or COMPLETE lack of) is the most shambolic experience I have ever had. For 2 days I have been constantly promised and told to ‘rest assured’ that my number will port over from EE. It hasn’t. Disgusting service.

  • JBS_Engineering JBS Engineering (@JBS_Engineering) reported

@VodafoneUK when I called yesterday explaining I had been made redundant and really needed a working phone to make job interview calls, and that this extra stress from phone not working was making me unwell, the lady literally laughed at me down the phone! It is grotesque CS.

  • TonyBrownKnows Tony (@TonyBrownKnows) reported

@VodafoneUK When fibre broadband goes down here-the 4G Dongle kicks in. The reception is rubbish but at least it keeps a little connection. All good. But it doesnt go back to the fibre once its back and so how do we know when to unplug the dongle & plug it back in for next time?

  • SophieLB1 Sophie Bichener (@SophieLB1) reported

@RCFarquhar @VodafoneUK Get yourself over to @giffgaff - no hassle and great customer service. I was O2 & Vodafone before and had to leave for similar reasons!
