@VodafoneUK certainly do have the worst customer service...I barely get a signal anymore at home and they won’t reactivate my sure signal box!!!

@VodafoneUK I’ve had my phone since the iPhone 12 came out, whenever there is 5G in the area it connects but the speed is sooooooo slow. What can be done with this? I can’t find a setting to turn 5G off. It’s not good enough....

@VodafoneUK Just to confirm, there's no FTTC network issues in my village? We get so many calls from people claiming to be from @OpenreachHelp saying we have poor speeds. I'm fed up of the spam calls. When I politely challenge them on it they get abrupt. CF644QS.

@VodafoneUK Any chance you can accept responsibility for there being ZERO Vodafone signal in HU5 for the past week? You apparently share a mast with O2 - they have refunded local customers.
