    @VodafoneUK hi. I’m having trouble updating my voicemail greeting. I keep getting an Error 1035 pop up. I’ve tried resetting network, doing this with 4G and airplane mode. Still says the same thing. Can you help me please?

    @VodafoneUK So much for your caring! I sent a DM with my details as you requested and nobody contacted me!! @WhichUK you are correct...Vodafone are by far the worst at customer service and network reliability 🙄 #OfCom @Ofcom

    @VodafoneUK certainly do have the worst customer service...I barely get a signal anymore at home and they won’t reactivate my sure signal box!!!

    I can’t wait 4 my contract 2 end with @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup they r a rip off merchant & have the most uncaring, unsympathetic customer service & their complaints dept well that’s a complete joke 🤬 I have been a customer 4 yrs & have literally been treated like a bit of 💩🤬

    @VodafoneUK When will you be allowing Three customers to use Vodafone signal then? You’ve already allowed Vodafone customers to use Three. It seems Three customers are not as important as Vodafone customers in your merger
