    @VodafoneUK hey, your customer service reps need to learn what a goodwill gesture is. Imagine being told you were given a goodwill reduction in your bill for inconvenience and then being billed for it the next month. #shiteservice

    @VodafoneUK hi. I’m having trouble updating my voicemail greeting. I keep getting an Error 1035 pop up. I’ve tried resetting network, doing this with 4G and airplane mode. Still says the same thing. Can you help me please?

    @VodafoneUK certainly do have the worst customer service...I barely get a signal anymore at home and they won’t reactivate my sure signal box!!!

    Hi Vodafone UK. I have an LG GR500FD that is locked to Vodafone UK. The phone displays “Invalid SIM card network lock.” I am currently in Nigeria and need the Network Unlock Code (NUC/NCK). Your online NUC form and webchat aren’t working for me. @VodafoneUK

    @IsntWorkingPod @VodafoneUK Burnout isn't corporate malaise, it's judgment quietly failing before anyone names it. That's the pattern I build around: AI doesn't replace a founder's judgment, it just speeds up how fast bad judgment becomes visible. A year is plenty of runway for that to catch up to you.
