@VodafoneUK our contract ran out on 3/06, we could not ring up then due to a bank holiday to say we would not be continuing, when my partner rang today we were told we could cancel from today but will still be charged for 30 days - how is this the case if our contract had expired

@VodafoneUK I'm already in contact with a number of your staff. I got off the phone with someone barely an hour ago and they've shown total incompetence at resolving the problem, but have made it clear nothing will change in the next 2 days. (And I doubt that it will change then either)

@VodafoneUK It is nothing to do with the car. It’s to do with the online Vodafone registration. Why are you just trying to pass it off to the car manufacturer. Awful customer service…

@VodafoneUK I've even provided them a screencast - which I know has been accessed, and they're still expecting me to jump through hoops - even though it's clearly a problem with your systems.

12 days and @VodafoneUK still haven't fixed their website. You would have thought talking to them repeatedly over that entire period, and including a screencast of what they've broken would fix it, but no. For a communications company they are truly and utterly incompetent.

@VodafoneUK and @TelefonicaUK My signal is currently **** on both networks where I live, I'm lucky to have 3g speeds but dial up was faster. Will someone update as to when the local mast work will be completed? I'm not stupid and can see it being worked on!

@VodafoneUK Any idea when the Norwich outage will be resolved? Having to work from home and this is stopping that from happening. #Vodafonedown #vodafonenorwich
