@VodafoneUK As previously stated Danny, I’ve never had to do that before and I won’t be doing it now, I only have 6 weeks left of my contract and I will be going to Sky instead. As will my husband and 2 daughters when there contracts finish.

Today I made the decision to change from a iPhone to a Samsung!!! Upgrading my phone to a Samsung Galaxy S21, thanks to @VodafoneUK for all the help @SamsungUK
