    @VodafoneUK hey, your customer service reps need to learn what a goodwill gesture is. Imagine being told you were given a goodwill reduction in your bill for inconvenience and then being billed for it the next month. #shiteservice

    @VodafoneUK Honestly so disapointed at @VodafoneUK . Had the problem for 2 months now, raised issue in December atleast 4 times by calling & getting in touch with customer care. Today is Feb 2021 & issue is still not resolved and I am stuck with the contract.

    @VodafoneUK can I ask, who is more qualified? An engineer, or somebody at the end of the phone,thats never attended a call out. Treating my 76yr old father disgracefully after 10 weeks of the same problem, continuing to hang up on him, and him then having to recall all the time

    Just making a complaint with @VodafoneUK as Internet not sorted. Told not to worry as person who did not call me back would lose their job!!! No, no, no, Vodafone!! I don't want anyone sacked, just a sorry and we will sort it will be sufficient. Please don't sack anyone!!!

    @VodafoneUK Hi Robyn this I have done and awaiting a response. I find it absolutely disappointing that this sort of service of stealing 51gig of data from a customer’s account quite disgusting. This would not happen in the U.K. and I don’t expect a sub service in Ghana from @VodafoneGroup.
