    @VodafoneUK Hey @VodafoneUK. Still not sorted. Might be worth explaining to your staff that saying this will be sorted ‘for sure’ in 48 hours is a little annoying when it’s still an issue 4 days later. Pathetic customer services

    @VodafoneUK if you phone me up to check my broadband fault is fixed on an unknown number then don’t be surprised I don’t want to give my security login details even if I could remember them. Simple question does not need this

    @VodafoneUK Asked to be contacted via email with update about my complaint. Received an email saying we've tried to ring you without success, we've closed your complaint...! The sad fact is...I don't expect any better...!!!!
