Why are @VodafoneUK asking me to rate their customer service and network at 11:32pm? Come on, surely they should have asked me during office hours. How rude

@VodafoneUK #BatteryRefresh is the biggest joke. Was advised they would replace my battery after their system identified an issue. Sent it once, they did nothing. Was told to go in store, they sent it away again... STILL NOTHING DONE. Almost 3 weeks without a phone & no help😭😭

Extremely dissapointed with @VodafoneUK. Spent 3 months, 6 hours of phone calls and online support to upgrade my existing broadband. The promised upgrade was cancelled along with my existing one at the same day without any notice. Now I have no internet. Dumbest support ever.

@VodafoneUK I’ve checked it and the two locations I used most (home and work) show “good coverage indoors and outdoors” however my internet is extremely slow at both these locations. Some internet reliant apps (banking, WhatsApp etc) don’t work at all but are fine on wifi.

@VodafoneUK FYI. Vodafone 5G is no it free to any customer. 5G is £60/month and 4G is £33 per month. Why are giving out false information? Have you had any training?

@VodafoneUK the story so far. Told to phone the 033 number (can’t get past the bot as account number not recognised) or to access online (can’t do this as account number not recognised) Twitter dm help gone silent. So far this is 2.5 hours of my day wasted.

@VodafoneUK They went missing a year ago, and I contacted Vodafone several times about it, most recently last week. They refused to cancel the contract so I advised them I will never be a customer again for the rest of my life. Shame, as I need a contract for an apple watch. O2 it will be.
