@VodafoneUK Thanks. So when the dedicated broadband team tell us, yet again, that they can't action cancellation & compensation without first fixing the issue, I'll direct them to this tweet.

@_HappyFish_ @VodafoneUK And that there is the get out. They won’t fix the issue. I’m currently having an issue that is straight forward to fix. In fact it was fixed and then someone else decided to unfix it. Vodafone don’t fix issues - they ignore them. They hope you stop calling them

@VodafoneUK had fibre installed on 25th Feb. All ok then today internet stops working. Told account issue and can take 5 days to sort! I work from home so totally unacceptable. How can 5 days be right? Thankfully I can still cancel within the 14 day cooling off.

@JBuchtela @VodafoneUK If you are a PaYG customer with zero contractual commitment why would you stay with a network you are unhappy with for 10 years?

@VodafoneUK Thanks for your reply Jay, I’ve tried using the tool but it links to my old Vodafone account not my current one so it doesn’t let me do anything. The broadband connection is fine, it’s just the phone line aspect of the service that doesn’t work, any suggestions?

@VodafoneUK But your dedicated broadband team keep telling us that they need to fix the issue before we can look at cancellation & compensation. It clearly CAN'T be fixed. I would like the direct contact details of the person that can release us from the contract & suitably compensate us.

@VodafoneUK That isn't what I have said at all! I have no internet whatsoever and they say it may be 5 days until I have! I never mentioned speeds in my tweet

Advice, please. @VodafoneUK sent out my new Iphone13 ordered 17/02/23 I was due delivery to my neighbour (required someone in) on 19/02/23 by DPD. This was never delivered to me and the photo is not of my neighbour or their house. Why am I liable? Consumer rights says not?
