    @VodafoneUK certainly do have the worst customer service...I barely get a signal anymore at home and they won’t reactivate my sure signal box!!!

    @VodafoneUK hey, your customer service reps need to learn what a goodwill gesture is. Imagine being told you were given a goodwill reduction in your bill for inconvenience and then being billed for it the next month. #shiteservice

    @VodafoneUK Are you still going to charge us for the internet thats not been used for this long period of time. I suggestva compensarion of credit is added on to every customer facing this outage.
