    @VodafoneUK hi. I’m having trouble updating my voicemail greeting. I keep getting an Error 1035 pop up. I’ve tried resetting network, doing this with 4G and airplane mode. Still says the same thing. Can you help me please?

    @VodafoneUK So much for your caring! I sent a DM with my details as you requested and nobody contacted me!! @WhichUK you are correct...Vodafone are by far the worst at customer service and network reliability 🙄 #OfCom @Ofcom

    Anyone else had a complication with their @VodafoneUK mobile & been advised by Vodafone to swap to @LycaMobile for 24 hours? 5 Months later my son is still trying to swap back, the whole procedure has been absolute chaos & taken up days of time. Never go near Lyca!

    @KirstieMAllsopp @VodafoneUK @lycamobile Vodafone are OK so long as everything works. If there’s a single element or situation which strays from their prepared process or script everything falls apart. Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered!

    @VodafoneUK I need to pay my bill but I am abroad and can’t access my uk number to receive an OTP to log in . I only have a data plan so can’t call. Tried ToBi - useless! Slow and inaccurate. Please advise on way forward

    @VodafoneUK why is the vodafone signal at London Waterloo sooo bad. It’s like a dial up modem. Not just today but for the last couple of years I’ve been on 5g
