    @VodafoneUK another 30 minute call to customer services….. another … “ let’s put you on hold “ another “ …. I need to speak to my manager …,”. … all to try and resolve an issue caused by @vodafone … !!!! Poor poor service !!! 17 year custom - no reward !

    @VodafoneUK Hello Ryan unfortunately it’s the impression the whole off the uk have when it comes to having to phone the customer service line as I went into a store last week and was told they couldn’t help me I would have to phone up.which took 2 hours off my life this morning.

    @VodafoneUK I’d suggest your online chat operators don’t blatantly lie about mobile data usage to people. As an until this point loyal customer the least I expect is integrity. I’ll say thanks for the £15 credit now and then goodbye in December.

    @vodafonein1 @VodafoneUK I am surprised with the falling customers care in Vodafone india. Has activated my international roaming but here in London my phone is not connected with any network. Tried my level best to resolve issues, but is only talk and no result

    Ok @VodafoneUK these last few months we’ve gone from a really good 4G signal here to barely a 3G, as a business customer I rely on this service.

    @harryjonesxx @VodafoneUK Honestly if you can get out.... run. Worst customer service. Happened to me too. Then phone arrived, they didn't activate it... Start all over again. Counting down the days until my contract ends.
