PART 2: At the time we took out the contract, we were told this Gigacube was "great for gaming". @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup - what can be done about this please? Will have to publish a story about this if nothing can be done. 2 hours on the phone to support was a waste of time

Today would have marked 15 years working @VodafoneUK but in Feb 2020 just before pandemic they told us that they were going to transfer whole store out of the business where we had no choice but agree or become unemployed. So 13 years of loyal service meant nothing @UsdawUnion

@VodafoneUK No point. Engineer booked for Friday. A full week without ‘business’ broadband. As discussed with your colleagues on Saturday I’m charging £8 per hour loss of service, so at least on this occasion it won’t just be your customer having to pay the price of your repeated failures.

@VodafoneUK So who should I contact from the 3 options? Tech team, you or gigafast? Your 2nd line team took 2 days after chasing to raise with City Fibre, even though they could see no intenet to my house, still no idea how long to resolve. Its really poor service and wouldnt recommend

@VodafoneUK What’s the point? The complaint has reached customer relations & the person helping isn’t helpful at all. I called today SPECIFICALLY requesting not to speak to them, and that’s the very person that’s called me today. Not interested anymore tbh. Can’t wait for my contract to end.

@VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup we recently took out a new internet contract and we can't play ANY online games (@Xbox). Gigacube blocks all games connection due to NAT address block issues. And now we can't cancel our £50 pm / 24 month contract.
