@VodafoneUK husband takes half day to have internet installed & no engineer arrives! Then spend over 15 minutes online to get through to speak to a human and then put on hold as they cannot find your account! Also your online chat ‘Toby’ is no help either!

lol when @VodafoneUK disconnects 6 contract phones over a mistake, then cannot reconnect them to the point where NON of them work properly, then expect you to still pay the bill.... Yeh, bounced between 3 departments and no one can fix it, not paying a penny, sorry :)

@kellykidd84 @VodafoneUK Kelly. Text CALL to 7726. You'll get a reply asking for the number you wish to report. Reply with the number in question. You can text the same number with the word TEXT if you get Spam texts as well. If everybody knew about it we'd get a much better grip on this problem.
