    @VodafoneUK certainly do have the worst customer service...I barely get a signal anymore at home and they won’t reactivate my sure signal box!!!

    @VodafoneUK Broadband has been down for 3 days. Unable to get through on the phone or online chat. Missed out on a weekend of work here (plus you're still charging me for a longer I no longer have) #nothappy

    @VodafoneUK hey, your customer service reps need to learn what a goodwill gesture is. Imagine being told you were given a goodwill reduction in your bill for inconvenience and then being billed for it the next month. #shiteservice

    @VodafoneUK been with Vodafone 12+ years, I just wasted hours on the phone to their support because I get intermittent coverage at both of my properties & it’s getting worse, yet I’m paying 100% of the bill only to be told it’s tough & they are sorry! Absolute joke, moving to EE

    @IsntWorkingPod @VodafoneUK Burnout isn't corporate malaise, it's judgment quietly failing before anyone names it. That's the pattern I build around: AI doesn't replace a founder's judgment, it just speeds up how fast bad judgment becomes visible. A year is plenty of runway for that to catch up to you.

    Dear @VodafoneUK why do you make it SO difficult to speak to a human in your cust service team? Your phone options are designed to send people online at all costs. I’m trying to pay off my device plan but it’s like you don’t want my money. And for that TOBY,worse than useless!
