    @VodafoneUK @virginmedia So @VodafoneUK have sent me a noreply email AND a noreply text telling me to call them if I change my mind about leaving them... but they never answer the phone. I may be the only person trying to chase the customer retention team to ask them to retain me.

    @VodafoneUK I placed an order for a phone 2 days ago as a new customer. My email said 1-2 days then I can collect in store. I haven't recieved any email saying that my device is there and anyone I speak to isn't helping at all! I just want the device I've paid for. Can you help?

    @VodafoneUK I called on Monday due to no internet. Engineer booked to come out within 48hrs to fix. Received msg saying fixed. I still have no internet. Today they now tell me 3 working days which takes us to Monday. Why no urgency after first fix fails????? 😡😡

    @VodafoneUK just wanted to say that after being with you for over 10 years and spending in circa of £180 per month I can confirm that over the last two months I have cancelled two contracts and final one next month and why a very unhelpful Customer Service member. 🤔👍

    @VodafoneUK @virginmedia ...3) @VodafoneUK's online chatbot doesn't load through normal means, you have to find a weird workaround, and when you do it answers every "please don't cancel my account" question with "I'm sorry you're leaving us! Which account shall I cancel?"...
