    @VodafoneUK certainly do have the worst customer service...I barely get a signal anymore at home and they won’t reactivate my sure signal box!!!

    @VodafoneUK hey, your customer service reps need to learn what a goodwill gesture is. Imagine being told you were given a goodwill reduction in your bill for inconvenience and then being billed for it the next month. #shiteservice

    Is O2 a decent network? Seems to be much better deals on the phones I am looking at and the adviser I am speaking to @VodafoneUK seems like she can't really be arsed.

    @scottishchicp @VodafoneUK I’ve been with O2, they were good. EE are better though, especially coverage. Avoid Vodafone, heard nothing but bad experiences with their customer service
