    @VodafoneUK you are rubbish. no phone contact number To talk about a bill . You cant set up an online acc as not working, chat system can't log into an account but you can pass an 84 year old persons bill to a debt agency who don't answer the phone. Contact me now or ofcom next

    @VodafoneUK can I speak to a human please? Everytime I try to ring up it says speaking to an online advisor is the best option; which I can assure you it isn't. Customer service at the moment is pretty poor.

    @VodafoneUK, @o2... is there a data issue in Belfast as both providers cannot connect to the net. Both networks saying the same... unable to connect data, turn your data on!

    @VodafoneUK appalling service. 3 days without a 4G or 5G reception in London Hackney. I rely on Vodaphone for Mobile Phone and 4G Broadband. Still no resolution. I’ve spent over 5 hours on calls with support and they lie! Please Vodaphone fix this. You are losing me to EE!

    .@Ofcom Hi can you please investigate @VodafoneGroup approach to phone contracts. My wife has called @VodafoneUK for months to cancel a contract. They continue to charge. I'm sure there are thousands of customers in similar situations. I'm happy to give details.
