    I’ve been a @VodafoneUK customer since 1994. Never again. Winding down everything I have with them. Their so called ‘Customer Service’ is appalling. They have now taken away my VeryMe rewards even though I am still in contract until 8th October! Good riddance to Rhea!

    @VodafoneUK I've been Vodafone customer almost 2years. A sales person called me with broadband and landline offer, I switched from the talktalk. To setup deadline they missed(was a summer holiday period), without landline&Internet 6 days my wife work from home

    @VodafoneUK Hi. My idea number is reflecting not registered on network cant make or receive any calls. Switched phone on /off. Removed sim for 15 mins put back in, but of no use. What am I supposed to do?

    @VodafoneUK your customer service is atrocious. My account number is 176815891 and I’m without broadband for over a month. After spending another 30 minutes this evening with your customer advisors who clearly don’t have access to all the relevant records - it can’t be explained
