    @ShaunGunzbarber @VodafoneUK I’ve had bad broadband for 2 years and numerous complaints. Now I’ve left they are all over me !! typical!!

    @VodafoneUK certainly do have the worst customer service...I barely get a signal anymore at home and they won’t reactivate my sure signal box!!!

    @VodafoneUK It really doesn’t make any difference, check out your IVR options, cuts off and sends you a link to live chat to someone who clearly has no idea what you want, despite clearly stating several times, 1 hour 45 mins and 💥 not the first time, probs double digits on problems now!

    @VodafoneUK @OpenreachHelp I recently moved into a new property and took out broadband with vodafone. I was promised when I took out my policy on 11th August that it’d be installed by 6th September. When I can get an update it’s bad news and no one can give me a final answer HELP

    @VodafoneUK Yes that is where I got the I don't care attitude from. I'm coming up for a contract renewal and just want to look at way to reduce costs. Having said that one of your agents sorted out a problem where I was charged for something I had cancelled he did it quickly and efficiently
