    @VodafoneUK certainly do have the worst customer service...I barely get a signal anymore at home and they won’t reactivate my sure signal box!!!

    @VodafoneUK Broadband has been down for 3 days. Unable to get through on the phone or online chat. Missed out on a weekend of work here (plus you're still charging me for a longer I no longer have) #nothappy

    So... @VodafoneUK has been experiencing mobile network issues in SE22 for about four months. Every time I contact them they promise to resolve it and never do, plus, they've been charging me the same for a service I can't use on my current location. Any offers @virginmedia @EE ?

    @VodafoneUK how do I turn off Secure Net? It is literally the worst service ever and every sales rep forces this crap on you even if you say no (how much commission do you pay them…). Tried to turn it off and it says it’s off but still blocking sites…

    @VodafoneUK I have been a customer for 13 years and the service I am receiving after leaving is so so poor! I have followed your request and have been waiting 24 hours for someone to respond via DM. I can't see a timeframe mentioned anywhere so yet again I am left completely in the dark!!

    @VodafoneUK I don’t like you auto opting-in customers when we say we don’t want it on our account just because your salespeople think they can slip it in without anyone noticing for profit - it’s fraudulent misselling. It also blocks things it shouldn’t, it’s terrible.

    @VodafoneUK Hi Dean, Sorry, I don't trust anything Vodafone staff says. I've opened a complaint with your customer relations team & they just try to fob you off, & expect you to wait until the issue is fixed with no explanation & no clear date to ongoing outages, I'll be switching providers.

    @VodafoneUK Wouldn’t let me do it in the app, eventually found it in the account settings online. But seriously, why do your dodgy salespeople keep forcing this crap on people? It’s rubbish, it’s not even a proper VPN or setup properly and a rip-off for what it does.

    @VodafoneUK My phone call never got answered at all but I eventually spoke to someone through the website and query was resolved. Held on for almost 2hrs

    @Nbayeboah @VodafoneUK No company is perfect, but Vodafone really couldn't care less about service, I've never known anything like it, I've been told there's a problem with the 5g upgrade, the cell tower was on fire, a new building is affecting the signal... & several other nonsense excuses.
