  Vodafone cease order stuck in Openreach CSS (DI7007595). Plusnet confirmed it’s Vodafone’s, BT’s order failed (CON‑0004). I’ve been unable to switch for months and Vodafone won’t escalate to Openreach SMC. @VodafoneUK @Ofcom can you help?

  @VodafoneUK Absolute shambles. Home Move booked weeks ago, I’ve now moved, and you’ve cancelled it. I’m paying for broadband at a house I no longer live in AND paying extra for temporary internet. Can’t even contact you because your systems are down. Sort this out!

  @EricFor1173540 @dave43law They don’t they provide them to charities who support people who have been assessed & accepted into the Asylum System (mostly families). NOT illegal immigrants. I’m sure @VodafoneUK legal team will be taking a very serious look at these accusations.
