    @VodafoneUK hey, your customer service reps need to learn what a goodwill gesture is. Imagine being told you were given a goodwill reduction in your bill for inconvenience and then being billed for it the next month. #shiteservice

    @VodafoneUK 7th message..... Still no internet connection in SS15 area. Only 15 and a half hours since raising this issue, no internet, no explanation, no acknowledgement of my questions, no customer service.
