    For anyone following this, after investigation, Voxi are reporting @NokiaMobile essentially being at fault for not having software that works in the 8.1 with the @VodafoneUK network. They will not update the software.

    request to transfer from @VodafoneUK to @VOXI_UK yesterday. 25 hours later I still have no working sim. Vodafone have cut me off & voxi can't activate my service. best they can do is ask me to wait another "2-24 hours" as they've requested the backend team to try again.Diabolical

    @NokiaMobile very disappointed in your lack of support for your devices having learnt today from @VOXI_UK / @VodafoneUK that you are unable and/or unwilling to provision VoLTE/VoWiFi in the Nokia 8.1 and 7.2 for this UK network. They are blaming you for it not working.

    @VodafoneUK Disgraceful service after joining Vodafone. Had no data, then yesterday no service at all. Ported in number is now lost! Had to get another sim. Not good enough for disabled customers who rely on phones.

    @VodafoneUK Yeah you need a map like the mobile coverage. Wasting ten minutes talking to your ‘technical department’ who rob you of the will to live, could be easily averted if you could just look up your postcode and see if there is currently a problem
