    @VodafoneUK hey, your customer service reps need to learn what a goodwill gesture is. Imagine being told you were given a goodwill reduction in your bill for inconvenience and then being billed for it the next month. #shiteservice

    @VodafoneUK have raised the monthly cost of my phone contract, yet today I haven’t got any signal on my mobile phone, due to ‘maintenance’? Bit of a joke. Astronomical cost, yet little to none service.

    @JoeBaguley @SimonRichards0n @VodafoneUK On iPhone - look under mobile data options where it says roaming allowed underneath that you can set ‘allow more 5G data’ - that seems to have helped with the issue above.

    @JoeBaguley @VodafoneUK @EE will let you do it over the phone but then they have to ship you something. It's such an antiquated process for a modern solution.

    @DVJones89 @VodafoneUK Have you just signed up recently but service not yet activated? For me I believe it was that they send the invite way too early and you can’t actually complete account registration until your service goes live. That’s how I remember it anyway!
