@VodafoneUK certainly do have the worst customer service...I barely get a signal anymore at home and they won’t reactivate my sure signal box!!!

@LufcJust @VodafoneUK They wouldn't give me a time and just said that their engineers were working on it, I expect outages sometimes but not for this long. Plus the communication is terrible.

@VodafoneUK Thanks but you are too late, I'm home now after the final 2 days of my trip without service , i was relying on google maps to navigate so last 2 days were difficult and your helpdesk weren't very helpful

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Vodafone is probably the very worst of the worst. They wouldn't know a customer if one fell out of the sky and landed on them. Appalling shower. Hence leaving them this year after having been a customer since their early days, when car phones, not mobiles, were the thing.

@VodafoneUK @LufcJust What the F**k do we need a network checker for! it's not working and hasn't been for 2 days now, what people need is clear communication on when it's going to be back up. A lot of people can't work without the internet they pay Vodaphone to provide.

@VodafoneUK Thanks, that's great for mobile service but for home broadband it takes you through to the Tobi app which is useless. I need to know when the repair is being scheduled. I've been told there is a fibre break but that's been 2 days now!
