@VodafoneUK Broadband down, not alerts, no customer centre or online tools working. But you just increased the prices. Seriously, issues happens to everyone, at least do the right thing: 1) Alert the customers 2) Admit wrongdoing and fix it asap 3) Make a gestures to apologize
