    @VodafoneUK So much for your caring! I sent a DM with my details as you requested and nobody contacted me!! @WhichUK you are correct...Vodafone are by far the worst at customer service and network reliability 🙄 #OfCom @Ofcom

    @VodafoneUK Broadband has been down for 3 days. Unable to get through on the phone or online chat. Missed out on a weekend of work here (plus you're still charging me for a longer I no longer have) #nothappy

    @VodafoneUK certainly do have the worst customer service...I barely get a signal anymore at home and they won’t reactivate my sure signal box!!!

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK They insisted I sent all the equipment back immediately, just what you need to be doing when you have a matter of weeks left with your dad who lives a 200 mile round trip away. I will never darken their doors again!

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK They are so out of touch it's unreal. I recently had to phone virgin media "bereavement and critical illness line", a relative has terminal cancer, but yet they can't offer monthly rolling contracts? We had to sign up for a min 2 year contract? It's disgusting. I'll never go VM!

    I'm with @ThreeUK I recently got an email telling me they've merged their network with @VodafoneUK and I can connect to both and get better coverage. The service has got worse!

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK They’re a terrible company. They pursued me through debt collection agencies for £38 I didn’t owe them. £38! I was tempted to just pay it to get them off my back. I’d get phone calls from the debt collector late at night! Awful company.
