@Vitt2TsNoC @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK I know what it’s like to cry with rage at stuff like that. I took out a contract with Virgin last year, and before the service even began I begged them to let me leave. I know I’m biased but the Sky customer service has been far superior.

@VodafoneUK I’ve already moved to another network. I couldn’t get a PAC code so I just left. I haven’t got my Vodafone sim so I can’t ring 191 and the web chat isn’t helping at all. Is there someone I can email?
