    @VodafoneUK certainly do have the worst customer service...I barely get a signal anymore at home and they won’t reactivate my sure signal box!!!

    @VodafoneUK Broadband has been down for 3 days. Unable to get through on the phone or online chat. Missed out on a weekend of work here (plus you're still charging me for a longer I no longer have) #nothappy

    @VodafoneUK hey, your customer service reps need to learn what a goodwill gesture is. Imagine being told you were given a goodwill reduction in your bill for inconvenience and then being billed for it the next month. #shiteservice

    How do @VodafoneUK survive.? Stood outside Ipswich shop for ten minutes. Locked for security reasons? Eventually got in and stood for another ten minutes and never got served, so we walked out!

    @VodafoneUK Got targeted by a sophisticated scam impersonating Vodafone, same sender ID, real account details, and convincing support language. Looked 100% legit. Reported it, but no proper investigation. Customers beware: never share verification codes. #Scam #Fraud

    @VodafoneUK @CityFibre you have now cancelled three installation appointments for my poor father. He has no WiFi for weeks and is spending a fortune on phone data due to having to hot spot. Please can you get this sorted for him ASAP!!

    @VodafoneUK how on earth do you get to speak to a human? “TOBI” is crap, your call system after pressing 1, 2, etc etc cuts you off. Absolutely **** frustrating customer service.

    @vodafone 3) all I’ve been told, it will be sorted in 24hrs, however 5 days later, I’m still unable to use my number, or my phone. A formal complaint has been raised by a @VodafoneUK store Manager as he was outrageoused in of the process and still wasn’t able to help or give guidance.
