    @VodafoneUK certainly do have the worst customer service...I barely get a signal anymore at home and they won’t reactivate my sure signal box!!!

    Hi @VodafoneUK I’m a fairly new customer on Pro Full Fibre 900 and everything was great at first but now we’re getting constant dropouts and speeds of less than 1mbps! Status on app says good but it’s clearly not! We’ve done the usual stops to try to resolve. Any suggestions??

I supposed I could down some pills in that time, but whats the point of making you panic beforehand (this coming out the same time as putins warning isn't helping my nerves)

    @Thgoit @VodafoneUK No quite justified when I've set up pensioners to use Alexa for emergency help that has to be connected to a mobile phone. They've no knowledge of how the mobile operates! So a very very valid concern.

    @VodafoneUK twice I've logged calls with your Broadband tech support, twice I've been promised a call back and I've given my mobile number which is clearly correct because twice I've received a text saying you tried to call when you did not. This is not good enough!

    @VodafoneUK How do I cancel a business broadband order? I've phoned. I've done the online chat (who tell me they can't help and I have to phone up). I've written a hard copy letter to V HQ. I've contacted you via Twitter and you tell me to phone. Nobody will take responsibility.
