    @VodafoneUK certainly do have the worst customer service...I barely get a signal anymore at home and they won’t reactivate my sure signal box!!!

    @henweb @VodafoneUK I switched to Virgin Mobile, which I believe use EE's network. They've been incredibly reliable and super cheap compared to the competition so worth a look if you're going to switch.

    Words cannot describe how much I despise @VodafoneUK customer support. Despite being a customer for TWENTY years, their renewals and billing systems are a joke, and their website is one dead link after the next. Absolute nonsense. Time to move.
