@VodafoneUK #PSA automatic compensation is not "good will", it's a commitment you made with the regulator to reimburse customers for unreasonable service disruption. I'm anmoyed that 1. I had to really work to get the correct amount, and 2. you then behave like it's philanthropy

Shocking customer support from @VodafoneUK Received 5G SIM can’t set up. Looks like new number on my account that’s not me. Customer services: “Sorry can’t answer call” 😮Chat bot sends instructions to swap sim (that’s what’s not working). Unbelievable!

@VodafoneUK I was transferred 3 times after 45 minute call and then they hung up. I was now charged an extra month for this. I will raise a formal complaint when I get a chance. This is unacceptable customer service.
