Absolutely shocking service from Vodafone. Changed from pay monthly to PAYG last Friday & have no service! Contacted them on Friday told 24hrs. Since then I have contacted them 5 times & it's still not sorted now told another 24 to 48hrs hours! REALLY NOT GOOD ENOUGH! @VodafoneUK

@VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK I am at loss now and will have no other choice but to report the issue I have to the Financial Ombudsman . Despite all the time I am spending on the phone , online and store visits ( on average 1.5 h every 2/3 days ! ) @VodafoneUK is still unable to resolve this

@VodafoneUK I'm now told that wifi boosters can only be sent one at a time.....never originally told that. And as ever has taken some time to get through to you....hey ho. Far from impressed but it is what it is.
