@Thgoit @VodafoneUK No quite justified when I've set up pensioners to use Alexa for emergency help that has to be connected to a mobile phone. They've no knowledge of how the mobile operates! So a very very valid concern.

@VodafoneUK Ok I'll try that but we have been in contact with Customer Service and your decision makers seem to hide behind drawn out beaurocratic processes, and the poor front line staff who take the brunt of the complaint but are not empowered to do anything. Very, very disappointing!

Awesome, @VodafoneUK cancelled my @CityFibre order because their system was confused by me not having a landline number. They think I don't currently have FTTH, which I do. After waiting in chat for first line support, then waiting for activation, I'm now waiting for order team.

@VodafoneUK and @dpd have lost my phone. it's been a week since DPD picked up my 3 month old @SamsungUK fold4 for warranty repair and now can't find it. And no one is doing anything. Typical Vodafone customer service.
