    @VodafoneUK certainly do have the worst customer service...I barely get a signal anymore at home and they won’t reactivate my sure signal box!!!

    @VodafoneUK 2/2 have changed the terns and conditions without notifying me you are in breach of contract. I would like to make a formal complaint to enable this to be taken to Ofcom. This is a disgusting abuse

    @VodafoneUK I’ve been a customer since December the 22nd 2020, just over a month and in that time my connection hasn’t worked properly for a single day. I’m promised a call by the 2nd line tech team but they never ever call.
