@VodafoneUK Totally disappointed. We have corp acct with multiple devices, Voda clients for many years (& thousands of £s in bills). Called to obtain replacement to faulty device. After 1 hour waiting, got cut off (& never rang back!!) when asked to escalate call to supervisor.

@VodafoneUK 3 different versions of how much my last bill will be and when my bill will actually be generated. It is extremely frustrating and my escalation requests were ignored. All I need is an answer as to when my final bill will be produced. I've never had billing issues until now.
