@VodafoneUK certainly do have the worst customer service...I barely get a signal anymore at home and they won’t reactivate my sure signal box!!!

@VodafoneUK I can save you the trouble. There is no network coverage from any UK provider available here. I used one of your sure signal boxes for years, now wifi calling. Normally fine, but current weather / atmospherics SFR & Bouygues are available.

@VodafoneUK worst customer services call today I've ever had from Vodafone. Their customer complaints line cuts off their customers. They know this happens apparently but can't do anything about it. I'd be fired for that type of service to my customer!

@VodafoneUK why is there NOBODY taking incoming calls? So frustrating! Trying to upgrade phone as contract is up and don’t want to do it online and actually discuss my needs with a person!!. Think I’ll try elsewhere. I’ll spend my £65 a month with them…well done, customer lost👏

Want to speak to someone in @VodafoneUK's Customer Relations department. So far I've been on hold for 15 minutes. Listening to Coldplay or similar. Seems they're 'really busy at the moment'. Wonder why that is? They're so great.
