    @VodafoneUK certainly do have the worst customer service...I barely get a signal anymore at home and they won’t reactivate my sure signal box!!!

    In need of some help! I have BT Broadband which is coming to an end in 2 days. I switched to @VodafoneUK but they've cocked up & my order was cancelled due to a 'technical error', therefore in 2 days time, I'm going to have no internet! Any ideas on a temporary solution!?

    @VodafoneUK So far 7 people from the home broadband team have messed up my account to the point where they disconnected my Fibre 900 package. Promises of phone calls are never returned. I need someone to take ownership of the mess created by Vodafone. WTF is going on?

    @jellymalin @VodafoneUK They should transfer you straight through to the team and they will do it directly over the phone with you. Maybe even the team leader/ manager of the direct billing team could take the line out of contract and pass you through retentions who will cancel the line for you
