    @fenlandgrimpeur @CityFibre @VodafoneUK Had a similar issue, the difference is that the installation team arrived on the last hour of the given time frame and the first thing they told me is that it cannot be done. That is after waiting 4 hours for them to arrive. Totally time wasters.

    @VodafoneUK stop spamming me, stop lying to me and leave me alone. By a distance the very worst customer experience, failed to deliver an order and blaming me for expecting it to be delivered on time. Go away. #ofcom #xavierniel this company is a mess at all levels

    @VodafoneUK Worst customer service ever! #VodafoneUK shop employees make me wait 2 hours, and the internet is not working for a month at home... impossible to fix it online through the website and #vodafonechat. Such a shame.
