@fenlandgrimpeur @CityFibre @VodafoneUK Had a similar issue, the difference is that the installation team arrived on the last hour of the given time frame and the first thing they told me is that it cannot be done. That is after waiting 4 hours for them to arrive. Totally time wasters.
