    @VodafoneUK what’s the actual point of your contact centre being overseas, 3rd week of ongoing issues after having spoken to your Egyptian contact centre all I’ve done is repeat my self time after time. Poorest Customer service I’ve ever dealt with

    @VodafoneUK been paying line rental on a dongle that I have never used, didn’t realise I had another line rental until I cancelled phone in July, now have bill for £29.97 because I didn’t cancel the 2nd line that was never used! Think I’ve been done good and proper!

    @Apple Have a word with @VodafoneUK about stock levels. They keep sending me stupid texts every 4 days telling me they don’t have any stock🙄

    @VodafoneUK Hi. I’m an existing customer. Would be interested to know why we have FTTP on our estate now and BT have been selling it for 6 weeks now but you’re not Customer services say you’ll be selling it but don’t know when. BT will end up with all the business.

    @VodafoneUK just tried to cancel my mobile broadband cos it does not work where I moved to . Needless to say that I now need therapy . Spoke to 5 different people and the last person was the worst trying to sell another mobile broadband when the one am cancelling does not work

    @VodafoneUK More needing to get back to your core business. Three times in a month had a text to say service in my area not working - sometimes lasting more than a day. What is going on - all been okay here for years

    @VodafoneUK Sat at home with no Vodafone signal and only able to make calls via WhatsApp as no WiFi calling, I'd say works great is not my description of it on your network.

    So onto day 6 of NO SERVICE with @VodafoneUK. Todays excuse, its a Sunday so no-one is working. I'd laugh if I wasn't so angry. Now told wait ANOTHER 24 hours and no problem sir.. Anyway got the names of the call centre staff now so can hold them accountable.

    I can’t understand why did my line stop working since Thursday morning, even though I paid the bill? The service has gotten very poor lately in egypt company @VodafoneEgypt @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup 😢
