    @VodafoneUK been paying line rental on a dongle that I have never used, didn’t realise I had another line rental until I cancelled phone in July, now have bill for £29.97 because I didn’t cancel the 2nd line that was never used! Think I’ve been done good and proper!

    @VodafoneUK what’s the actual point of your contact centre being overseas, 3rd week of ongoing issues after having spoken to your Egyptian contact centre all I’ve done is repeat my self time after time. Poorest Customer service I’ve ever dealt with

    Got to love @VodafoneUK Not able to use our mobiles at home. Turn on wifi calling they say. Because there is still a mobile signal it doesnt work. Cant receive calls, calls breakup if they connect Cant make calls, same as above 1/3

    My Apex download is 50% after 3 hours. Still has 3 hours left. Upgrading WiFi with @VodafoneUK was clearly the worst thing I did this year as a gamer 🙃😔

    @VodafoneUK so how is it I can get a signal in a London Underground tunnel where you can’t hear or listen to music or videos because the tunnel is so noisy it’s impossible. Yet above ground you can’t get a signal ? Makes no sense.
