-
Charlotte-Emma (@CharlotteEmmaPC) reported from Ayrshire, Scotland@VodafoneUK I’ve spent 5+ hours on the phone to your teams in the past week and the only solid answer I’ve been given is ‘reset the router and it might work in a few hours maybe?’ I shouldn’t have to chase a service provider in circles to provide a service I pay for.
-
paul mcilwain (@mcilwain_paul) reported from Irvine, Scotland@VodafoneUK what’s the actual point of your contact centre being overseas, 3rd week of ongoing issues after having spoken to your Egyptian contact centre all I’ve done is repeat my self time after time. Gaz1313 (@pursseyg) reported@SimonDanczuk @VodafoneUK Network Operator Payouts: Out of that total budget, £18.6 million was specifically allocated for contracts with mobile network operators (such as EE, Vodafone, Three, and O2).
-
Robert Kilcoyne (@robkilcoyne) reportedDear @VodafoneUK why do you make it SO difficult to speak to a human in your cust service team? Your phone options are designed to send people online at all costs. I’m trying to pay off my device plan but it’s like you don’t want my money. And for that TOBY,worse than useless!
-
Joey ap Joey (@FarmerJoeShow) reported@antonycotton @VodafoneUK Totally agree Vodafone UK are appalling. Zero customer service and if you can get hold of them they say it’ll be sorted next day but it never is. AVOID THEM. Use literally anyone except Vodafone UK.
-
Jay Ramella (@ramella_jay) reported@SimonDanczuk @VodafoneUK I certainly would, but their service has been so abysmal for years I doubt there are vast numbers of subscribers. Neat job for Vodafone/Car Phone Warehouse, though. They hand out a few SIMs and superannuated handsets: Government pay the migrant mobile bills. Kerching!
-
Bert Fegg (@_Bert_Fegg_) reported@BenGrahamUK @VodafoneUK Can we hear your response before i cancel
-
Nigel Leeder (@qm8tknfyjy) reported@SimonDanczuk @VodafoneUK No, no network makes money of it
-
Shesgoter Titzout (@bigun1414) reported@Alexarmstrong @VodafoneUK are not answering my request for information, clearly they prefer giving free stuff to illegal immigrants rather than addressing concerns of a paying customer of over 20 years standing. Says it all really…will not be renewing my contract that’s now due.
-
Edfen19 (@edfen19) reportedWhy are the simplest things ALWAYS the most difficult to sort out. Been trying to sort my Internet out for days now either a new contract or just a simple renew with my current provider @ee. It's true no loyalty in absolutely anything these days so **** @ee and hello @VodafoneUK

Or Sassur (@Orsassur2) reported@VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK, your customer service in London was an absolute disgrace. I went to your store simply to buy a Vodafone SIM card and was treated like an enemy of the Crown rather than a potential customer. The attitude of the staff was arrogant, hostile and completely disproportionate to such a simple request. When a customer challenges poor service, your employees should not respond with intimidation, threats or an attitude designed to make the customer feel unwelcome. Your store staff are there to serve customers—not interrogate them as if they were members of the Secret Service. I expected professionalism from a major British telecommunications company. Instead, I experienced arrogance, hostility and behaviour that left me questioning whether Vodafone actually wants customers. @VodafoneUK, is this really the standard of customer service you consider acceptable in London? Because if so, the problem isn't the customer. The problem is Vodafone.

Simon Danczuk (@SimonDanczuk) reportedThinking about it, do @VodafoneUK make any money from the government issuing these emergency alerts?..
