@VodafoneUK appalling customer service from Vodafone. Repeatedly told over the last week I would be receiving my iPhone XR within 24 hours. To now being told it’s a 1-2 week wait! Not good enough!

@VodafoneUK Mon 22/11/21 I cancel DD for a phone I have returned unopened due to Vodafones ineptitude, guaranteed no money will be taken and email confirming DD cancelled. Fri 26/11/21,you've guessed it, money taken. Staggering, but somehow I'm not surprised, sadly.

@VodafoneUK I reported straight away and you gave me the imei number for my stolen phone . And I have been trying to use an old phone for the sim and now found out that’s the one you blocked . If I hadn’t I’d have never known you left my stolen phone vulnerable.
