    @VodafoneUK what’s the actual point of your contact centre being overseas, 3rd week of ongoing issues after having spoken to your Egyptian contact centre all I’ve done is repeat my self time after time. Poorest Customer service I’ve ever dealt with

    @VodafoneUK appalling customer service from Vodafone. Repeatedly told over the last week I would be receiving my iPhone XR within 24 hours. To now being told it’s a 1-2 week wait! Not good enough!

    @VodafoneUK poor customer service, hard of hearing bereaved man who can't get wife's phone disconnected and bills stopped.Was told it HAD been done in store, it hadn't . 4 weeks later told it just needed an online form. Please DM me, @smiffy_73 @nataliecsmith_

    @VodafoneUK the worse broadband company ever no internet for 3 days got the most expensive package £34 per month only worked for 6 hrs then no internet customer service shocking clueless staff had to go back to BT lost a lot of business .

    @VodafoneUK Trying to book a Tech Team appointment via the website but I can't get past stage 3, ie choose a store. Map comes up but nothing to click. Multiple attempts this weekend, all fruitless. Tried TOBI, doesn't recognise there's a problem! Help.

    @VodafoneUK @steve_sps Hmmm, except when you do that it takes you to a list of options, none of which are relevant and when you specify what you are looking for help with “computer says no”. Maybe if the advisers were actually real people there might be a chance you could help…….?

    @VodafoneUK there is something wrong with the app. It’s nonsense to suggest it’s a time zone issue. What app installed is entirely dependent on the origin of your no. Aka account. And people can use their app abroad on hols.

    Hi my @VodafoneUK mobile will not ring my elderly parents talktalk landline ?? My parents mobiles also Vodaphone won’t ring their landline either !! Why is this ?? My sister is on EE can get through fine. It seems there is an issue between Vodaphone mobile & talktalk landline

    @VodafoneUK I have spoken to 11 of of your people and not one has sorted my issue. 3 hours over two weeks. Been a customer for more than 15 years! Needless to say am cancelling the service
