    @VodafoneUK poor customer service, hard of hearing bereaved man who can't get wife's phone disconnected and bills stopped.Was told it HAD been done in store, it hadn't . 4 weeks later told it just needed an online form. Please DM me, @smiffy_73 @nataliecsmith_

    @VodafoneUK what’s the actual point of your contact centre being overseas, 3rd week of ongoing issues after having spoken to your Egyptian contact centre all I’ve done is repeat my self time after time. Poorest Customer service I’ve ever dealt with

    @VodafoneUK not been a customer of vodaphone for over a year, and today they have taken £322 from my account, no way to call them, require a call back from vodaphone, totally unacceptable!

    @VodafoneUK usually really happy with customer service. Today not at all. Being told I’ll be charged daily roaming charges unless I remove my sim. Surely that’s not correct?

    @VodafoneUK is the worst network provider. I SHOULD have the fastest speed of data. I’ve complained about my network for the last 8months. And all they do is hang up the phone on me. But I’m obligated to keep paying every month! BRO WTF

    @VodafoneUK After 9 months of 1mbps mobile Internet, in a 5G area, today there is zero speed, no Internet at all. I am so sick of paying £100 every month for an utterly useless service on two contracts!! Nothing changes whatever you do.
