@VodafoneUK appalling customer service from Vodafone. Repeatedly told over the last week I would be receiving my iPhone XR within 24 hours. To now being told it’s a 1-2 week wait! Not good enough!

@VodafoneUK appalling customer service. Slow speeds, continual drop-outs for the last 6 months - and after half an hour on the phone to their complaints team, the line just cut out. Livid is an understatement. Ofcom it is then. Aaaargh!!

@virginmedia Im not doing that again, so many promoses of a call back, never happens. 1 hour queue waiting... Call centre drop Phone on you on purpose, customer services is terrible, worse than @VodafoneUK and thats saying something
