@VodafoneUK appalling customer service from Vodafone. Repeatedly told over the last week I would be receiving my iPhone XR within 24 hours. To now being told it’s a 1-2 week wait! Not good enough!

@VodafoneUK still having issues with my entertainment plan, I’m sick of ringing to chase it up. Got told yesterday to ring back today if it still wasn’t sorted Now the phone lines aren’t even working! Over the last 2 weeks I’ve spent over 2 hours on the phone to Vodafone.

@VodafoneUK your business customer service is appalling. Took 30 min to speak to someone, your advisor then let me spend another 5 min explaining problem before saying system was down so couldn’t do anything. Only advice call back and hope it’s working. He was rude and ignorant

given he closed his @VodafoneUK account in March, so ignored it. He received a letter 10 days after that saying that this amount had now been passed to a credit collection agency. I spoke with your customer services at the weekend (with him) and they confirmed an error 3/8

@VodafoneUK I’ve tried that, they’ve said the phone line is down and they can’t do anything for another 3 hours so to ring back then This is an absolute joke. I knew I should have changed to elsewhere instead of renewing my contract.

@VodafoneUK Hi there, I ordered an eSIM on 30th and haven’t received it by email yet. Just wanted to double check that is normal, the switchover from my current provider is happening today so wanted to check I wouldn’t be without service for too long

Oh @VodafoneUK. You assured us your signal had been improved so no longer needed surestart adapters when you discontinued them. Guess what. It hasn’t. No service at all in any part of the house. Looks like we will be moving providers

@VodafoneUK “As for a deadlock letter this needs to come from our customer relations team. Have you raised a formal complaint for this situation already? If not, we can support you in raising this. Conor” How do I do this?
