@VodafoneUK appalling customer service from Vodafone. Repeatedly told over the last week I would be receiving my iPhone XR within 24 hours. To now being told it’s a 1-2 week wait! Not good enough!

@VodafoneUK You've got your network problems back in KA23 - hope that you fix it a lot faster than last time - less than 2 months ago!

Disgraceful service from @VodafoneUK nearly 2 hours spent on chat to simply cancel my late fathers contract and convert to PAYG for a few months. Seems I’ve been signed up to a bundle that I didn’t agree to and they’ve stopped chatting. Just left me hanging!

@VodafoneUK The ‘HELP’ I’m getting is a joke! Maybe take my business elsewhere? Anyone reading this avoid @VodafoneUK like the plague! They’ve overcharged & disconnected a ‘vulnerable’ customer BY MISTAKE, haven’t rectified the issue, but offered a £5 Morrisons voucher as comp? WTAF!👀💩😭🤬

Still no update regarding router - has been 2 working days - not even a notification that it’s even been received by DPD - let alone that it’s on its way to me. Very poor service @VodafoneUK Despite me responding to your customer service messages I have had no further response

Very frustrating time dealing with @VodafoneUK - cannot add more data for use abroad until contract expires in July bc it's old type of contract. I'm travelling in May. Didn't know this when taking out the contract. Their solution? Buy a sim card from someone else. Go figure.

@VodafoneUK how the hell can you justify a 14% increase in my bill, absolutely ridiculous, and don’t just blame the CPI crap

@VodafoneUK is there an issue with service in South Glasgow/Lanarkshire? My reception and internet has been awful recently, and friends are having similar issues. I need phone/internet for work, and also need to be contactable as I have a very seriously ill relative

@VodafoneUK am I getting this right… as a Red250 pay monthly customer I have to pay £6 a day (so £60 for 10 days) when in the USA but if I swap it for a new PAYG sim it’s just £25 for 10 days? How’s that right?! Massively backwards, zero customer loyalty incentive!
