@VodafoneUK appalling customer service from Vodafone. Repeatedly told over the last week I would be receiving my iPhone XR within 24 hours. To now being told it’s a 1-2 week wait! Not good enough!

@VodafoneUK Yes. They talked me through a software fix in the router and assured me it would do the job. It hasn’t. I currently have 1 device (TV) pulling signal in the house, 5m from the router, and can’t stream a show.

@VodafoneUK @Lyndhurstfm Ours is so terrible we cannot even do a speed test! This is on wired not WiFi! They have been giving us the runaround for weeks and the bb and cust. Serv. is atrocious! Keep@saying it’s an open ticket with Tech team! They’ve not been in touch! Useless service! 🤬now on router 4!

@VodafoneUK in angry because this isn’t the first issue and the amount of txts I have got for setting up the entertainment packs is also ridiculous! I feel like you don’t care that the customers experience is not good and won’t do anything to appease the situation

@VodafoneUK I left @bt_uk a few months ago as you were 50% cheaper on the promise of same/ better speeds. The performance has been horrible. Giving me a never-ending 15% apology discount is no use when I can’t event watch a show without several instances of the spinning wheel!
