    @VodafoneUK what’s the actual point of your contact centre being overseas, 3rd week of ongoing issues after having spoken to your Egyptian contact centre all I’ve done is repeat my self time after time. Poorest Customer service I’ve ever dealt with

    @VodafoneUK appalling customer service from Vodafone. Repeatedly told over the last week I would be receiving my iPhone XR within 24 hours. To now being told it’s a 1-2 week wait! Not good enough!

    @VodafoneUK Don’t you have 24/7 support for business broadband? My DSL connection is up but Fibre is down so I assume Openreach has a problem? I’m shocked you have no phone, chat or after 9pm and no email. I can’t even log a complaint out of hours so consider this tweet as a complaint!

    @VodafoneUK I would like to speak to, or even better, listen to: Prince. Unfortunately, he died this month 5 years a go, so this will never happen. Would be great to have a phone with great quality sound.

    @VodafoneUK we had several power outages in close succession and now the router says ther is no op address, can you suggest a solution. I have no internet as a result and we are in a bad area for mobile reception. My landline is 01503272367
