@VodafoneUK appalling customer service from Vodafone. Repeatedly told over the last week I would be receiving my iPhone XR within 24 hours. To now being told it’s a 1-2 week wait! Not good enough!

@VodafoneUK what’s the actual point of your contact centre being overseas, 3rd week of ongoing issues after having spoken to your Egyptian contact centre all I’ve done is repeat my self time after time. Poorest Customer service I’ve ever dealt with

@VodafoneUK I use the big value bundle on Pay as you go. My text messages aren't sending today. No issues other than that. Good signal etc. I checked account. Bundle has 5 days left & unlimited texts.

Hi @VodafoneUK, not a great experience today: you've hit me with a £97 charge out of nowhere, cancelled my service (I discovered when I was out in the middle of nowhere), and I can't access MyVodafone or your chat because I can't receive the SMS code. Little help, please?!
