    @VodafoneUK what’s the actual point of your contact centre being overseas, 3rd week of ongoing issues after having spoken to your Egyptian contact centre all I’ve done is repeat my self time after time. Poorest Customer service I’ve ever dealt with

    @VodafoneUK appalling customer service from Vodafone. Repeatedly told over the last week I would be receiving my iPhone XR within 24 hours. To now being told it’s a 1-2 week wait! Not good enough!

    @VodafoneUK No thanks, waiting for phone contract to end in June and then will be switching mobile and broadband to EE, disappointed as prior to the contract ending and after refusing to sign for 2 years the service has been rubbish

    @VodafoneUK I have fibre broadband with you that is currently broken so has fallen back to dongle Internet in the router which now also has stopped working. Wtf is going on with you?! And who doesn't have tech support just because it's a bank holiday?!
