  • iainwk Iain McKay (@iainwk) reported from West Kilbride, Scotland

@VodafoneUK You've got your network problems back in KA23 - hope that you fix it a lot faster than last time - less than 2 months ago!

  • mcilwain_paul paul mcilwain (@mcilwain_paul) reported from Irvine, Scotland

@VodafoneUK what’s the actual point of your contact centre being overseas, 3rd week of ongoing issues after having spoken to your Egyptian contact centre all I’ve done is repeat my self time after time. Poorest Customer service I’ve ever dealt with

  • jillross1504 Jill Ross (@jillross1504) reported from Ayrshire, Scotland

@VodafoneUK appalling customer service from Vodafone. Repeatedly told over the last week I would be receiving my iPhone XR within 24 hours. To now being told it’s a 1-2 week wait! Not good enough!

  • SB123Writer SB@123 🇬🇧 (@SB123Writer) reported

@VodafoneUK As a viewer of the GBNews channel I wish to receive unbiased news and not leftie activists views, rest assured if you pull out of advertising with them , as a customer of many years of Vodafone my contact will be cancelled immediately .#GoWokeGoBroke

  • Breteyne Mr B.C (@Breteyne) reported

@VodafoneUK Hello, been a customer since 2000/1 ( first mobile phone ). I’m also enjoying @GBNews If you pull advertising and effectively contribute to “cancel culture” I couldn’t in any conscience remain a customer.

  • Word4Class Working class (@Word4Class) reported

@VodafoneUK @SteveVoller1 OK @VodafoneUK if this is the nonsense you are going to engage in then I'll move my custom elsewhere. I've been a mobile phone customer for nearly 3 years, I don't need you to police the news media or dictate the news. Advertise where you like but not based on censoring news!

  • DannyBoyJones23 Dan Boateng (@DannyBoyJones23) reported

@VodafoneUK @SteveVoller1 I’m a Vodafone shareholder and I cannot believe this pathetic stance. I don’t even watch @GBNEWS and I may not. But I would like to think your customers are allowed to have their own minds and not be lectured to. Embarrassing and terrible PR. Concentrate on your share price!

  • BritannorumRex Arthur, King Of Britons (@BritannorumRex) reported

@markjohnsonhome @VodafoneUK You're a Lefty Boris hater. That's your motivation for shutting down free press in a democracy.

  • UKCustomer2 UKCustomer (@UKCustomer2) reported

@SteveVoller1 @VodafoneUK Is Steve a paying @VodafoneUK customer? I have seen some GB News and not seen any offensive content thus far. I am a Vodafone customer and if you stop advertising on GB News then continue on RT, Sky news et al. I may switch away 3 phone contracts and my broadband.

  • nick30179847 nick (@nick30179847) reported

@VodafoneUK @SteveVoller1 As a 22 year customer I will cancel you if you cancel a regulated news service, you and the others are a disgrace.

  • gwennelsonuk Gwen loves cats and bunnies 🐇🍞🐱🐻🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️ (@gwennelsonuk) reported

@JessianKaanneo @annewitha_e @VodafoneUK After your last contract payment, cancel the direct debit, call up customer service and inform them that you're leaving.

  • Inspiri58050086 Inspiring minds (@Inspiri58050086) reported

@VodafoneUK @SteveVoller1 Yeah screw you vodafone I will no longer be a customer. You don’t align with your customers values!

  • sc79hlr Steven Hillier (@sc79hlr) reported

Hi @VodafoneUK I note you've chosen to advertise on the extreme channel GBNews. As a long time customer, I am giving notice I'll be leaving you for another provider if you don't cancel your advertising on this channel. kind regards etc.
