@VodafoneUK I’ve spent 5+ hours on the phone to your teams in the past week and the only solid answer I’ve been given is ‘reset the router and it might work in a few hours maybe?’ I shouldn’t have to chase a service provider in circles to provide a service I pay for.

@VodafoneUK appalling customer service from Vodafone. Repeatedly told over the last week I would be receiving my iPhone XR within 24 hours. To now being told it’s a 1-2 week wait! Not good enough!

@VodafoneUK An ETA would be super helpful seeing as this issue has been a problem nationwide since about 0830. Obviously with the price going up and no service today I hope to see some kind of voucher or money off for our inconvenience. Virgin didn't take this long the other day

@VodafoneUK Down in BT9. Fibre is showing stable connection. Router lights are indicating Internet connectivity. Router admin UI is loading painfully slow to point of being unusable. My guess is you have rolled out some dodgy firmware and done it on bank holiday to minimise the disruption
