@VodafoneUK appalling customer service from Vodafone. Repeatedly told over the last week I would be receiving my iPhone XR within 24 hours. To now being told it’s a 1-2 week wait! Not good enough!

@VodafoneUK Hi Vodafone. Looking at pre-paid SIMs. According to your website, they're listed as 5G ready. I'm assuming that if it's installed in a 5G phone, I'll have access to the 5G network. Yeah?

Is frustrating when are 2 bars of 4G signal on a 5 G phone, and the internet is not working. @VodafoneUK and in the same location is 1 bar signal from 4G phone and the internet at least is moving. @giffgaff
