    @VodafoneUK poor customer service, hard of hearing bereaved man who can't get wife's phone disconnected and bills stopped.Was told it HAD been done in store, it hadn't . 4 weeks later told it just needed an online form. Please DM me, @smiffy_73 @nataliecsmith_

    @VodafoneUK appalling customer service from Vodafone. Repeatedly told over the last week I would be receiving my iPhone XR within 24 hours. To now being told it’s a 1-2 week wait! Not good enough!

    @VodafoneUK what’s the actual point of your contact centre being overseas, 3rd week of ongoing issues after having spoken to your Egyptian contact centre all I’ve done is repeat my self time after time. Poorest Customer service I’ve ever dealt with

    @VodafoneUK why is your service so terrible in and around Basingstoke it’s a major town in the South East not the Outer Hebrides. Sometimes I can get 4g but mostly just Edge, what’s going on???

    @luciejessicaa @VodafoneUK Also thats an eu law that no longer applies in the uk so no one can breech it its back to the 2018 data protection act for us. Some good some bad in it lol

    @VodafoneUK hi we had install yesterday and still no activation, we were told would be up to midnight last night. Not a great start. Tried to log into my Vodafone and keep getting errors.

    @VodafoneUK customer for 2 days and I am already complaining on Twitter. Just finished talking to someone in your "technical team" to know why I cannot forward port 22 to ssh in my own machines. They didn't know what SSH is; suggested I can connect through Wifi or LAN. Seriously?

    @VodafoneUK What exactly is the point of allowing users to customised the filters on the SecureNet service if the service will just overrule those settings and block things anyway? As it stands I appear to be paying extra to be provided with a worse service...

    So after around 20 yrs with #vodafoneuk it seems they are no longer competitive in pricing rewarding loyalty or actually really wanting their customers so its hello #o2 . Feeling almost emotional but somewhat lost at Vodafone's lack of customer service 😕
