    @VodafoneUK terrible customer service. Mustve been with yous 15+years. Charged twice this month for my phone bill. Nothing but “it’s your banks fault” or “a data outage when transaction went through” still leaves me out of pocket with no solution after 2hours of calls @Ofcom

    @VodafoneUK still waiting after 2 weeks for my mother to have a working phone after a simple change from paygo to contract was messed up by Vodafone migration service. Terrible service after 2 visits to shop and nearly 3 hours wastes on phone.
