    @VodafoneUK what’s the actual point of your contact centre being overseas, 3rd week of ongoing issues after having spoken to your Egyptian contact centre all I’ve done is repeat my self time after time. Poorest Customer service I’ve ever dealt with

    @VodafoneUK appalling customer service from Vodafone. Repeatedly told over the last week I would be receiving my iPhone XR within 24 hours. To now being told it’s a 1-2 week wait! Not good enough!

    @VodafoneUK I did and they haven’t a clue what’s going on, I also called them again today and they said emergency lost/stolen only... I’ve NO signal at even though when I log in to my account my ported number is now there the sim now can’t access the network manually or auto? V CEO 📧 please

    @VodafoneUK Vodafone Turkey's internet home Engin Aksoy, ( @EnginA72 ) chaired been a customer. Vodafone does not deal with customers and operations in Turkey. They offer the worst service.

    @karmerkarmz @VodafoneUK I was with Vodafone I never had any signal called them month after month, rude and unhelpful customer service, then my daughter had an asthma attack at school and they couldn’t reach me because I had no service when at home.

    @VodafoneUK I really had enough if ur s*** internet connection! I left my 14 years of network ( @ThreeUK ) and transfer my number to you guys for better connection but I'm having worse connection now!!! If I wasn't planing to go abroad, the first thing I would do is leaving you

    @karmerkarmz @VodafoneUK I wrote to my MP and the CEO of Vodafone phone I have a friend that works for the bbc, I took my complaint as far as I could! In the end they ended my contact and refunded my money, but such a palaver Terrible company only care about money!

    @VodafoneUK Can you explain why £25 as only just been took out my bank, even though I paid the up front cost last month? Because now I’m in overdraft and that’s causing me problems.
