  @VodafoneUK appalling customer service from Vodafone. Repeatedly told over the last week I would be receiving my iPhone XR within 24 hours. To now being told it’s a 1-2 week wait! Not good enough!

  @VodafoneUK I’ve spent 5+ hours on the phone to your teams in the past week and the only solid answer I’ve been given is ‘reset the router and it might work in a few hours maybe?’ I shouldn’t have to chase a service provider in circles to provide a service I pay for.

  Planning on calling @VodafoneUK “customer service line” so that I can put their - presumably one - customer service operator on hold for 1/2 hour and then play on loop the message “we’re really busy at the moment” over the dross tones of some forgettable hold music.
