@VodafoneUK appalling customer service from Vodafone. Repeatedly told over the last week I would be receiving my iPhone XR within 24 hours. To now being told it’s a 1-2 week wait! Not good enough!

@VodafoneUK The usual abysmal service, all I want is a wifi booster but it takes 3 attempts to get one sent and then DPD totally ****-up the delivery and it seems impossible to get through to anyone at Vodafone to sort it out.

@VodafoneUK You cancelled my phone y’day due to a large bill. It was paid instantly, and yet 36hrs later my phone is still blocked. Your support team has no clue how to fix the issue. I need to make emergency calls to family in India which was the reason for the bill. Help pls!

@VodafoneUK I’ve called twice now to notify You I’m moving. 1st time you hung up, 2nd time your voice assistant wasn’t giving me the right option. To save my sanity, could someone help me? Via message or direct call would be fab.
