    @VodafoneUK what’s the actual point of your contact centre being overseas, 3rd week of ongoing issues after having spoken to your Egyptian contact centre all I’ve done is repeat my self time after time. Poorest Customer service I’ve ever dealt with

    @VodafoneUK poor customer service, hard of hearing bereaved man who can't get wife's phone disconnected and bills stopped.Was told it HAD been done in store, it hadn't . 4 weeks later told it just needed an online form. Please DM me, @smiffy_73 @nataliecsmith_

    @VodafoneUK appalling customer service from Vodafone. Repeatedly told over the last week I would be receiving my iPhone XR within 24 hours. To now being told it’s a 1-2 week wait! Not good enough!

    @VodafoneUK Tran, this has been an on going issue since Saturday May 7th 2022 and is currently with the “back office team” by popping over DM I can’t see it speeding up the process so I won’t bother. Cheers though mate

    @VodafoneUK Hi your customer service has refused to cancel my account, I’ve tried since March (it’s not under contract). They keep me on chat for hours, transfer me to diff operators & no one actually cancels the account. Now ur still trying to bill me?? Go on.

    @VodafoneUK Just tried to make a valid complaint about being forced to give 28 days notice to notify my intention not to extend my current deal which runs out on 12th June 2022, to be threatened with debt collectors and then be hung up on!

    Goodmorning @VodafoneUK just to let you know one of your colleagues advised me a couple of days ago if I want to extend my roaming package for Greece then I can send a text saying 8DAYEUROPE to 40506. I have tried doing it this morning and it doesn't work and so I went on my APP
