  @VodafoneUK appalling customer service from Vodafone. Repeatedly told over the last week I would be receiving my iPhone XR within 24 hours. To now being told it’s a 1-2 week wait! Not good enough!

  @VodafoneUK what’s the actual point of your contact centre being overseas, 3rd week of ongoing issues after having spoken to your Egyptian contact centre all I’ve done is repeat my self time after time. Poorest Customer service I’ve ever dealt with

  Well @VodafoneUK you have confirmed due to inactivity, you have the right to disconnect a payg mobile, re-circulate the number and delete £50 credit as it is in your terms and conditions. Supported by @Ofcom Disgraceful service. Avoid if you can is my advice. #GreedAboveCustomer

  @VodafoneUK please can someone help, my Spotify subscription has been removed randomly from my account. Was on the phone for an hour last night to try and fix it to be told I have to wait a further 24/48 hours for a text. Every time I get the text it doesn’t work

  Switch to @skytv broadband they said, it will be better they said. No internet still and have just been informed there is a fault on the line. No such issue with @VodafoneUK and that uses the same line!

  @VodafoneUK Hi - now back online after an engineer came - told us we were disconnected by another engineer, so not a local outage as previously told? Who can I speak to about compensation for 36 hours of wifi lost please?
