    @VodafoneUK appalling customer service from Vodafone. Repeatedly told over the last week I would be receiving my iPhone XR within 24 hours. To now being told it’s a 1-2 week wait! Not good enough!

    @VodafoneUK I’ve spent 5+ hours on the phone to your teams in the past week and the only solid answer I’ve been given is ‘reset the router and it might work in a few hours maybe?’ I shouldn’t have to chase a service provider in circles to provide a service I pay for.

    @VodafoneUK what’s the actual point of your contact centre being overseas, 3rd week of ongoing issues after having spoken to your Egyptian contact centre all I’ve done is repeat my self time after time. Poorest Customer service I’ve ever dealt with

    @VodafoneUK poor customer service, hard of hearing bereaved man who can't get wife's phone disconnected and bills stopped.Was told it HAD been done in store, it hadn't . 4 weeks later told it just needed an online form. Please DM me, @smiffy_73 @nataliecsmith_

    Worst service from @VodafoneUK been trying to set up gigacube since 10th and had endless problems. Sim not registered, orders not closing and their support keep telling us to just wait. Told we can’t even cancel the contract as the order still hasn’t closed. Beyond disappointed.

    @VodafoneUK I've tried that previously, I don't have a SecureNet account to log into but SecureNet is actively blocking things. This is because I have the free period for being a new pay monthly customer.
