Jill Ross (@jillross1504) reported from Ayrshire, Scotland
@VodafoneUK appalling customer service from Vodafone. Repeatedly told over the last week I would be receiving my iPhone XR within 24 hours. To now being told it’s a 1-2 week wait! Not good enough!
-
Colin Green (@colin81green) reported from Newmilns, Scotland
Finally, after yet more shambolic service from @VodafoneUK, my phone has transferred over to @O2. Goodbye and good riddance @VodafoneUK. The most horrific customer service and tech support ever.
-
Scott Whitehead (@scottish27) reported from Dalrymple, Scotland
@VodafoneUK I’m on my last nerve with your home broadband. Can someone make contact with me before I start to make an official complaint and move my services elsewhere.

Craig Partridge (@CtpUK) reported
@VodafoneUK I have had no 4g connection for over a day now, meaning I have to rely on an already sketchy home WiFi connection. No service issues listed for my area. Starting to think my connection is being throttled severely to the point I cannot use my phone.

Andy Dixon (@Andy_C_Dixon) reported
@mcfcman66 @VodafoneUK True, but standard procedural practice should capture this sort of interaction. It is damning that it did not I recall from my own experience a year or two ago how poor Vodafone customer service can be, a situation only remedied when you personally intervened

Snail Sammy (@snailsammy) reported
@zackly_tho @VodafoneUK Mine is down too. To be fair this is the first time. Did they say it's a national thing? Hope yours is working soon.
-
Jon Mac (@JonMacSpoon) reported
@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I had a similar problem with @vodaphoneuk back in the last century. I had a pager contract with them for Mountain Rescue. They buggered up in some way and we pulled our individual contracts. A few sharp letters later from yours truly sent them packing.

Michelle Harris (@shellyh77) reported
@VodafoneUK @GeorgeMonbiot 11 years go when my dad died it took my mum months to cancel his contract and only for Vodafone to turn round to say how can we stop him leave Vodafone even though we told them he had died guess nothing had changed then
-
It’s all gone a bit wrong (@sgone20) reported
@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Vodafone who attempted to put a 16m mast slap bang in our area. Planning permission denied. Vodafone appealed and won, and then never built it anyway. #wankers
-
⭐ The New, Original Wonderboy ⭐ (@Wonder_Jonboy) reported
@VodafoneUK @GeorgeMonbiot that he had to very publicly share his personal grief to drag this response from you is just awful. How many without his standing or social media following have you treated the same or worse?
-
phil evans (@wolvesboy40) reported
@VodafoneUK @Uniqetz Shocking and terrible behaviour from @VodafoneUK. Too often large companies make it so difficult for ppl who have suffered a bereavement, all due to penny pinching on customer service
-
Antony Nibloe (@antonynibloe) reported
@VodafoneUK @GeorgeMonbiot Well done @VodafoneUK for already racking in thousands before someone with half a million follows highlighted your billing errors.
-
Paul Walsh (@hestolemyname) reported
@Ritchiepk @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK It was as if no customer of a bank or utility had ever died before. They just had no process to deal with it.
