    @VodafoneUK Not happy with been left with almost zero bandwidth ‘for up to 3 days’ whilst the issue is escalated. Escalations shouldn’t come with a 3 day wait. Clearly an issue with your router... new supplier pending 😡

    @VodafoneUK appalling customer service from Vodafone. Repeatedly told over the last week I would be receiving my iPhone XR within 24 hours. To now being told it’s a 1-2 week wait! Not good enough!

    @VodafoneUK I ordered the S21 whilst speaking on the phone, to a Vodafone representative, who never made me aware of this! It takes seconds to make someone aware of any changes. I wasn't informed. I don't appreciate your message. This is something that everyone should be made aware of.

    @VodafoneUK @cityfibre Could either of you two point me in the right direction for who to contact with regards to when gigafast will be activated in my area? Civil works have been completed, but no idea on when I can be connected (existing VF customer, out of contract)

    @SamsungUK It hasn't been cleared up! @VodafoneUK have just phoned me without a solution. I wasn't made aware of this. I haven't got a charger that I can use. I am thinking of sending the phone back and leaving Vodafone. Really not impressed with how they have dealt with me!

    Shocking customer service from @VodafoneUK over the past week! Still haven't resolved my issues. @VodafoneUK supervisor was supposed to call me within 24 hours, still waiting 30 hours later. Think it's time to move network providers!

    @VodafoneUK @Ofcom What are you doing to protect us from nuisance calls? I get a steady stream of UK and international calls that interrupt my day. BT Call Guardian has stopped 100% of nuisance calls for years (they really do), you need to up your game.
