    @VodafoneUK Not happy with been left with almost zero bandwidth ‘for up to 3 days’ whilst the issue is escalated. Escalations shouldn’t come with a 3 day wait. Clearly an issue with your router... new supplier pending 😡

    @VodafoneUK appalling customer service from Vodafone. Repeatedly told over the last week I would be receiving my iPhone XR within 24 hours. To now being told it’s a 1-2 week wait! Not good enough!

    @missbecka_ @VodafoneUK Urgh, did they give you the standard line about checking DPD when it ships which does not address your question. On the outside they say they want to help but really they seem clueless.

    @VodafoneUK having taken out 2 new contracts with you on the 1st I am still not receiving the signal I'm paying for therefore I wash to cancell both of them and return to @EE. Please tell me how I go about this.

    @VodafoneUK Hi Lisamarie, I have a PAYG dongle and use it in on an offshore windfarm. Vodafone masts/booster are in the field and operational. 4G is used by all the vessels ans my colleagues who have working dongles. Mine is not working for a 3rd time in as many months 😬

    @akz147 @VodafoneUK @WinterWonderLDN You have a wait yet. Day 12 for me. The usual answer from Vodafone of dpd will text when they will deliver. The issue is dpd are massively behind. I was told they are currently sorting up to orders placed on Nov 24th. The next lot should be started sun/Mon for delivery thereafter

    @cmiddisd @VodafoneUK Clair I'm waiting 12 days and my orders are waiting in dpd to collect. I've only been told wait for a text from dpd when they are delivering. Problem is dpd are at least 7-10 days behind on there order collection and deliveries. Shocking service.

I've been a loyal customer of Vodafone for 12+ years and my business has spent a lot of money with them but every year there is an issue with upgrading. My order for an Apple Watch is stuck but no-one can help!
