@VodafoneUK appalling customer service from Vodafone. Repeatedly told over the last week I would be receiving my iPhone XR within 24 hours. To now being told it’s a 1-2 week wait! Not good enough!

@VodafoneUK Not happy with been left with almost zero bandwidth ‘for up to 3 days’ whilst the issue is escalated. Escalations shouldn’t come with a 3 day wait. Clearly an issue with your router... new supplier pending 😡

First they do maintenance on the cellular and then my whole service goes for 2 weeks now, I went to Vodafone and they told me I need to go for the repair WOW JUST WOW #unhappycustomer @VodafoneUK

@VodafoneUK But I was supposed to have it yesterday and I’ve had no email update. Not even an email to say it wouldn’t be delivered or that there is a delay. I preordered minutes after it was released last week. Such bad service. Not impressed.

@O2 Thanks for this, all looks good. 2 more questions, what’s the coverage is like in other countries. I haven’t had any issues with Vodafone (been to 20 countries so far) & also what happens if you guys decided to reintroduce roaming charges after I got the contract? @VodafoneUK

@VodafoneUK your internet access on 4G mobile data is not working again in TW1 (St Margaret’s) area. It has been the same issue on and off for weeks now. This is unacceptable and terrible service. What is going on???!!!
