@VodafoneUK appalling customer service from Vodafone. Repeatedly told over the last week I would be receiving my iPhone XR within 24 hours. To now being told it’s a 1-2 week wait! Not good enough!

@VodafoneUK Hi Vodafone, I purposely chose you as my network because when I moved to London I’d read many reviews saying how good the service was throughout the city (including the underground). Now there seems to be now wifi available at London underground stations. Why is this?

@VodafoneUK how do you go from getting a letter saying your broadband will be cancelled(as requested), to waking up on cancellation day (also moving day) to an email saying. “Your broadband will no longer be cancelled?” Wtf 🤬
