    @VodafoneUK appalling customer service from Vodafone. Repeatedly told over the last week I would be receiving my iPhone XR within 24 hours. To now being told it’s a 1-2 week wait! Not good enough!

    @VodafoneUK Not happy with been left with almost zero bandwidth ‘for up to 3 days’ whilst the issue is escalated. Escalations shouldn’t come with a 3 day wait. Clearly an issue with your router... new supplier pending 😡

    @VodafoneUK I upgraded on the 7th December... trade in form completed a few days after... my new phone lost in the post somewhere.... you need 10days to investigate ... I have no new phone. No trade in bag. Now looks like I'm loosing the discounted monthly price. Worst decision I made!!
