    @VodafoneUK appalling customer service from Vodafone. Repeatedly told over the last week I would be receiving my iPhone XR within 24 hours. To now being told it’s a 1-2 week wait! Not good enough!

    @VodafoneUK could someone contact me, I have phoned 14 times to resolve an issue with the app I’ve called twice in the last 3 weeks. I have been promised a telephone appointment twice, the second was for the 29/10/22 neither calls went ahead. Terrible customer service.

    @VodafoneUK One of the worst services being provided where left with no signal since 2 hours & on chat with customer care without any resolution since 2 hours.Customer care support is not adequate & not compatible enough to resolve queries. Showcase of very poor customer service

    @VodafoneUK Yes, they may be available but they're patronising, refuse to acknowledge there's a problem on your end and waste time telling you it's the ethernet cable or it must be an in house issue. A disgrace.
