@VodafoneUK It’s too late Steph; I’m long gone. The last and latest issue was that nobody told me I had to get an NUC code for my device, was only told I would be getting a PAC code. This meant I had no working phone with coverage for four days. Pathetic.

Finally, after yet more shambolic service from @VodafoneUK, my phone has transferred over to @O2. Goodbye and good riddance @VodafoneUK. The most horrific customer service and tech support ever.

@VodafoneUK appalling customer service from Vodafone. Repeatedly told over the last week I would be receiving my iPhone XR within 24 hours. To now being told it’s a 1-2 week wait! Not good enough!

@VodafoneUK I do. It doesn’t matter about the app. Two nights running our download speeds have plummeted. You refuse to acknowledge an issue despite others on here telling you they are having this issue too.

@VodafoneUK I’ve gone through the “reboot your router” and “restart your devices”. Didn’t work. Ethan’s “one off” has happened twice now to multiple people. All in MK. Still a one off? Still no issues? I think not. This needs sorting and we all need compensating instead of being fibbed off.

@VodafoneUK your website worked well enough to sign us up to your home broadband service but evidently not well enough to actually accept login requests to the 'my vodafone' page. Two days so far, when will it be accessible?

So @VodafoneUK first said my broadband connection would be the 10th then the 15th it's now the 16th and i still have no broadband....... Great service yet again!!! 😩😩😩

@VodafoneUK Can’t select “asked to DM” as the options don’t scroll up. I’m on my iPhone and there’s no option to view the topics or scroll through them. You have to manually type it in. Which is fine. But it’s not working as it should.

@VodafoneUK This is my ninth day and everything was useable until Monday. Connection lost and has been unstable since. Slow but useable in the day, last two evenings hardly any connection.
