@VodafoneUK It’s too late Steph; I’m long gone. The last and latest issue was that nobody told me I had to get an NUC code for my device, was only told I would be getting a PAC code. This meant I had no working phone with coverage for four days. Pathetic.

@VodafoneUK appalling customer service from Vodafone. Repeatedly told over the last week I would be receiving my iPhone XR within 24 hours. To now being told it’s a 1-2 week wait! Not good enough!

Finally, after yet more shambolic service from @VodafoneUK, my phone has transferred over to @O2. Goodbye and good riddance @VodafoneUK. The most horrific customer service and tech support ever.

@CityFibre @VodafoneUK Thank you for the email that says you can do nothing and it is @VodafoneUK to sort out with you. It seems very wrong that VodafoneUK has the monopoly on full fibre in our area so there are no competitors who could only provide better service.
