@VodafoneUK appalling customer service from Vodafone. Repeatedly told over the last week I would be receiving my iPhone XR within 24 hours. To now being told it’s a 1-2 week wait! Not good enough!

Finally, after yet more shambolic service from @VodafoneUK, my phone has transferred over to @O2. Goodbye and good riddance @VodafoneUK. The most horrific customer service and tech support ever.

@VodafoneUK It’s too late Steph; I’m long gone. The last and latest issue was that nobody told me I had to get an NUC code for my device, was only told I would be getting a PAC code. This meant I had no working phone with coverage for four days. Pathetic.

So the @VodafoneUK broadband twitter team confirms I was misled by their customer service team about porting my landline number to them - @virginmedia a heads up: you might want to warn customers who tell you they are moving from you to vodafone that they might lose their number.

@VodafoneUK gigafast broadband has gone down in Chesterton, Cambridge. Definitely not my equipment as I know someone else with your service nearby, who has also lost connection. Any idea when this will be fixed?

@EECallum @CityFibre @VodafoneUK has the service actually be any good ?? they have a fairly big network setup here in stirling. but people say their customer service is really bad.
