    @VodafoneUK appalling customer service from Vodafone. Repeatedly told over the last week I would be receiving my iPhone XR within 24 hours. To now being told it’s a 1-2 week wait! Not good enough!

    @VodafoneUK It’s too late Steph; I’m long gone. The last and latest issue was that nobody told me I had to get an NUC code for my device, was only told I would be getting a PAC code. This meant I had no working phone with coverage for four days. Pathetic.

    Finally, after yet more shambolic service from @VodafoneUK, my phone has transferred over to @O2. Goodbye and good riddance @VodafoneUK. The most horrific customer service and tech support ever.

    @VodafoneUK your calling service is atrocious, one person said i could return it and i gave all the correct security answers and then the other person she put me on said i couldn’t because theres no way of verifying it’s me even though i gave ALL the information required. does not make sense

    @VodafoneUK 6 hours over the past few days that I'm never going to get back! I wish customer services would be better trained to deal with issues, I've been passed from 4 different people right now in chat, and now have waited an hour just to speak to a manager.
