Finally, after yet more shambolic service from @VodafoneUK, my phone has transferred over to @O2. Goodbye and good riddance @VodafoneUK. The most horrific customer service and tech support ever.

@VodafoneUK appalling customer service from Vodafone. Repeatedly told over the last week I would be receiving my iPhone XR within 24 hours. To now being told it’s a 1-2 week wait! Not good enough!

@VodafoneUK The account holder is elderly and confused; you have the death certificate. We are even named on the account. We can cancel pensions and contracts with everyone else except you. I'd be interested to know if this is what the chief exec told @georgemonbiot would happen from now on?

@VodafoneUK DAY 8 without service!!!This is the worst customer service that I had to deal with. Never complain about anything but here it’s unacceptable. Need the service and my number back to work and you don’t seem to take care of this. I’m opening a dispute against Vodaphone.
