@VodafoneUK I have been a very loyal customer & would expect to be treated well. I haven't used the new phone due to their not bring enough memory that I have from my S10+. Upon checking on the SIM card, there is nowhere for this to go. I feel this has been mis-sold to me!

@VodafoneUK It’s too late Steph; I’m long gone. The last and latest issue was that nobody told me I had to get an NUC code for my device, was only told I would be getting a PAC code. This meant I had no working phone with coverage for four days. Pathetic.

@VodafoneUK I’ve spent 10 days asking Cust Serv reps from Vodafone Ireland for response. I’m told V-SOS band has no SIM card so it’s a “standalone item” therefore I have to pay for all investigation/repairs. I have no account number. My name is Paul Tucker. Worst consumer experience ever.
