@VodafoneUK It’s too late Steph; I’m long gone. The last and latest issue was that nobody told me I had to get an NUC code for my device, was only told I would be getting a PAC code. This meant I had no working phone with coverage for four days. Pathetic.

Every time @VodafoneUK gets some underpaid undertrained Geordie to phone to ask if all is ok (it's not), it makes me sad we can't chat because for 6 months the signal has been so crap at my flat/office. I want to give them a 5 Star review for a bonus, but we never get that far 😞

@bigpaul1953 @martinwithani @VodafoneUK 17 years for me, I do like the network , but your right -nothing at all- what’s more is the app still doesn’t work for me.. just shows I have a contract with them.. no usage info at all. Drives me nuts sometimes. And still no treats! 🙃
