    @VodafoneUK @SamsungMobile I've had enough of being messed about with this peice of **** phone ive been sold. I can't take to shop due to lockdown and I'm not sending for repair as it 4 weeks old. I want this replaced or trading standards are getting involved.

    @VodafoneUK poor customer service, hard of hearing bereaved man who can't get wife's phone disconnected and bills stopped.Was told it HAD been done in store, it hadn't . 4 weeks later told it just needed an online form. Please DM me, @smiffy_73 @nataliecsmith_

    @JuanSoloTGA @VodafoneUK Mine is back up in East Kilbride. It was down from 8:45 to 10am. Only After finding out about on Twitter that they’re was a nationwide issue. FTTP was showing connected but nothing was working.

    @VodafoneUK It’s too late Steph; I’m long gone. The last and latest issue was that nobody told me I had to get an NUC code for my device, was only told I would be getting a PAC code. This meant I had no working phone with coverage for four days. Pathetic.

    Finally, after yet more shambolic service from @VodafoneUK, my phone has transferred over to @O2. Goodbye and good riddance @VodafoneUK. The most horrific customer service and tech support ever.

    @VodafoneUK I’ve spent 5+ hours on the phone to your teams in the past week and the only solid answer I’ve been given is ‘reset the router and it might work in a few hours maybe?’ I shouldn’t have to chase a service provider in circles to provide a service I pay for.

    @VodafoneUK I have been a very loyal customer & would expect to be treated well. I haven't used the new phone due to their not bring enough memory that I have from my S10+. Upon checking on the SIM card, there is nowhere for this to go. I feel this has been mis-sold to me!

    @VodafoneUK Upgraded but phone faulty and returned. Two months later, over 20 hours trying to sort out. Being billed upgraded plan £ and charged for faulty returned phone. Unbelievable lack of customer care!! Vodafone sort it out - All I want is old SIM only plan, simple!!!

    @VodafoneUK Noticing some network performance issues. Signal shows 4G/5G but not actually connectivity. Cannot browser or use internet based apps. Switching to 3G works ok. Using Xiaomi Mi 10 Lite in London E3. No reports on your signal checker to show issues.

    @VodafoneUK Vodafone put a defaulted account of £21 on my credit history which they have owed up to as ‘electronic error’ as I did not have a financial relationship with them!! PLEASE HELP!! This notice is preventing my remortgage!!

    @si610 @VodafoneUK I had to leave in the end. I actually tried to get an upgraded service and it was so painful a process I gave up and went to @TalkTalk which so far have been spot on. No outages and seem less transfer.
