The last and latest issue was that nobody told me I had to get an NUC code for my device, was only told I would be getting a PAC code. This meant I had no working phone with coverage for four days. Pathetic.

I can't take to shop due to lockdown and I'm not sending for repair as it 4 weeks old. I want this replaced or trading standards are getting involved.

I haven't used the new phone due to their not bring enough memory that I have from my S10+. Upon checking on the SIM card, there is nowhere for this to go. I feel this has been mis-sold to me!

However too many companies with bot or online “customer contact” channels aren’t really customer caring. Also don’t understand LPAs and their legal significance.
