@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Talk talk are no different, we tried to cancel my mothers account for almost two years I eventually stopped the DD. I know they run a business but their customer care/credit controllers don’t believe your parent has died, it’s pay us or we put you to debt collection.

@VodafoneUK Just tried to upgrade as contract is finished. Constant emails n texts to upgrade!! Never missed a payment over at the very least 15yrs!!!….. Upgrade denied?Called for assistance , no upgrade staff available!!! Well I’ll be missing this month! Touché #

Since March I've spent more than 11 hours of my life on the phone to their customer services, I've had to spend £100s on mobile data, it's literally impossible to properly function in 2022 without broadband. It's been 118 days - @VodafoneUK when will you finally fix this?

@JuanSoloTGA @VodafoneUK Mine is back up in East Kilbride. It was down from 8:45 to 10am. Only After finding out about on Twitter that they’re was a nationwide issue. FTTP was showing connected but nothing was working.

@VodafoneUK recently I've been having problems with the signal quality, when I call people I get halfway through the phone call and it goes all jittery. It's definitely not the phone cos it's new so I'm wondering if there are any signal issues currently in Glasgow.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I worked in a call centre for a 🏴 energy company, and we were encouraged to treat people with hostility if they were refusing to pay. We were discouraged from solving problems like this. Customer service for big companies is toxic. I am so sorry for your loss and trouble.

@VodafoneUK can you help? Engineers came to install my broadband on Friday but weren't able to for tech reasons. I was told someone would be in touch to update me within 48hrs. Still waiting. Tried phoning but been on hold for over an hour. So I'm still without internet 😭😭

@JuanSoloTGA @VodafoneUK Scrub that. I can go online and download stuff on safari but I just came off Wi-Fi and onto 4g and I just had 12 emails through from late this morning to now. Apple services are not working properly either.

@DPDgroup_news I'm waiting on a parcel. 1st time you sent back to @VodafoneUK as it was broken, you've now delivered 2nd time to a neighbour, no card put through door and we can't find neighbour matching name. Please discuss... this parcel is required for tomorrow

@VodafoneUK my mothers broadband down AGAIN. 73, lives on her own, heating runs via WiFi. This is a regular occurrence. Shes called 3 times and been cut off. Nobody called her back. Utterly pissed off. Expect cancellation and refund request. Ombudsman contacted.

@VodafoneUK I got through to them that an eSIM was not a physical thing, they sent me the required email eventually 2 days later, and I’m up & running there at least. Between this & the broadband which still isn’t working, I’m distraught at the amount of hrs I’m spending trying to fix things

@reygar @VodafoneUK They want to compensate me £30 (A months cost). The sheer STRESS they caused me+my family throughout the toughest period in our lives was unbearable. We were travelling to hos out of town twice a day + ended up losing my Dad. We all had ZERO service throughout. Not acceptable.
