Pressed refresh, asked to pay bill again, so I did and the same thing happened. Checked my bank and I've been charged twice.

Im aware that there could be drop outs or slow speeds in 1st 10 days, but the Internet LED lights been flashing all day so I've had no internet at all. Any ideas whats up?

Just been in to be told ‘oh yeah technical team will tell you to do that but it won’t make a difference, we don’t know when it’ll be sorted’. Some customer service!

They’ve been charging us more for a SIM only deal since last contract expired than they charge for an upgraded phone deal even. And still want far more than they would charge a new customer for the same deal. How is that acceptable?
