Meantime I am paying for a service which isn’t being used. I have had 2 calls to staff who have not got any idea how to resolve. One call took 2.5 hours.

Without exception, your customer service people have been excellent. I compliment those in India on the 👍quality of their spoken English🙏🏼

I ring that number and don't get through to a person!! I switched my mobile to O2 today cause I've had ENOUGH !!
