It took them 4 months to cancel my contract despite being completed. Now those 4 months have backed up and my information has been passed onto some vulture debt company

Just been in to be told ‘oh yeah technical team will tell you to do that but it won’t make a difference, we don’t know when it’ll be sorted’. Some customer service!

Called to report an issue with being able to log on to internet banking, to then have to battle a recorded message that kept telling me to log on to my internet banking to report! Eventually managed to bypass & reach a human!
