Since March I've spent more than 11 hours of my life on the phone to their customer services, I've had to spend £100s on mobile data, it's literally impossible to properly function in 2022 without broadband. It's been 118 days - @VodafoneUK when will you finally fix this?

@VodafoneUK Worst Broadband service I have ever experienced. Was supposed to be activated on the 14th of Dec. Cancelled, then 23rd, then 29th then, pushed to the 5th of January, then the 6th, then one agent is telling me it will be the 7th whilst my partner is being told 12th.

@VodafoneUK can you help? Engineers came to install my broadband on Friday but weren't able to for tech reasons. I was told someone would be in touch to update me within 48hrs. Still waiting. Tried phoning but been on hold for over an hour. So I'm still without internet 😭😭

[1] Lied to again from, they said on the 7th that am engineer was 100% booked to come out today, and now just got off a call from vodafone saying that a booking was never made. My advice would be to 100% avoid Vodafone services @VodafoneUK @Ofcom

@TheBearBoo @VodafoneUK @Twitch Boo, don't you guys have a government office that take care of this kind of issue, we have one here for telecom, and when the telecom company don't provide the proper service those guys chew them hard. You can see they are just pushing the issue while charging you.

So @VodafoneUK put up their prices by exactly the same amount as @EE, 10.5 + 3.9%. Remember it is because they have exactly the same costs as each other and because, according to #EE anyway, out the goodness of their hearts they are helping the poor (by creating more of them?).

@vodafoneuknews @VodafoneUK Vodafone are losing 4 contracts. Ive been lied to one too many times, I am about to walk away after 30 years of being a customer. Still waiting for a refund of £166.05 from Dec 2022. 5 people say it has been processed, I’ll get it today. Today I’m told it’s not been actioned 🤬🤬
