Just been in to be told ‘oh yeah technical team will tell you to do that but it won’t make a difference, we don’t know when it’ll be sorted’. Some customer service!

If I renew my contract for another red package including entertainment do I need to cancel & resubscribe or do you roll the sub? Called 191 and no help.
