Pressed refresh, asked to pay bill again, so I did and the same thing happened. Checked my bank and I've been charged twice.

By saying there is nothing wrong with it then they can basically leave me with a dodgy phone. The @VodafoneUK policy is to replace if can't fix after 3 attempts.

Can’t even contemplate using Bluetooth in the car until you’re a few minutes drive out of the area as it’s so intermittent. To their credit though, they are bringing two new masts to planning in due course.
