Surely your company has the ability to detect, take down and have prosecuted for what is so obviously systematic abuse calling from Vodafone numbers. Please escalate this complaint.

Meantime I am paying for a service which isn’t being used. I have had 2 calls to staff who have not got any idea how to resolve. One call took 2.5 hours.

Without exception, your customer service people have been excellent. I compliment those in India on the 👍quality of their spoken English🙏🏼
