@VodafoneUK It’s too late Steph; I’m long gone. The last and latest issue was that nobody told me I had to get an NUC code for my device, was only told I would be getting a PAC code. This meant I had no working phone with coverage for four days. Pathetic.

@VodafoneUK appalling customer service from Vodafone. Repeatedly told over the last week I would be receiving my iPhone XR within 24 hours. To now being told it’s a 1-2 week wait! Not good enough!

@VodafoneUK Why do I have to pay extra for my UK data in Turkey?! That is outrageous. I would hapily pay £15 for a 2 week pass, but £6 a day - never!! If this isn't resolved, I'm requesting a refund (I am within 14 days of getting a new contract)!

Appalled that you can sign up to @VodafoneUK online but you can’t cancel your services online. If you’re a non speaker for whatever reason you have to phone or go through a third party to speak ( on the phone ) for you. Is this so they can dissuade you? #broadband #Disability

I've been with @VodafoneUK for more years then I can count. Several phone contracts , home broadband, watches, the lot. They way thier customer service have dealt with a small enquiry I had has been disgraceful, and I'm off. Taking all my contracts to literally anyone else

@EEPChris @VodafoneUK Hi Chris, Are you cancelling your broadband to go with another provider or for other reasons? Because if you're cancelling your broadband to go with another provider, you give your details to the new provider and they will cancel your broadband with Vodafone.
