    @VodafoneUK appalling customer service from Vodafone. Repeatedly told over the last week I would be receiving my iPhone XR within 24 hours. To now being told it’s a 1-2 week wait! Not good enough!

    @VodafoneUK Not happy with been left with almost zero bandwidth ‘for up to 3 days’ whilst the issue is escalated. Escalations shouldn’t come with a 3 day wait. Clearly an issue with your router... new supplier pending 😡

    @VodafoneUK hi I've just sent you a DM regarding my broadband service that's due starting tomorrow & my router still hasn't been dispatched. Can someone please look into it for me? As it stands I'm going to be left without internet access as of midnight.

    @VodafoneUK @Ofcom 12 days later and no resolution to my gigicube issues. At the point of being locked into a contract for a product which doesn't work, keep being told to give Vodafone 24 hours, being cut off by call centre in Egypt who have said they have connectivity issues.

    @stelarge30 @VodafoneUK I have exactly the same issue, same phone, upgraded to the most expensive contract and since then its been diabolical. Mind you they sold most of their masts and 'rent' 5G signals.

    @GraemeBandeira @lizardschwartz Sadly they won't. I tried in vain to get an answer out of @VodafoneUK for ten days last year and they didn't respond to tweets, texts, emails, calls - just absolutely dreadful customer service

    Hey @VodafoneUK my activation date is today- is there a way I can tell if the internet being on a red light is a me problem (eg not plugged in right) or just that it’s not activated yet?
