@VodafoneUK appalling customer service from Vodafone. Repeatedly told over the last week I would be receiving my iPhone XR within 24 hours. To now being told it’s a 1-2 week wait! Not good enough!

@VodafoneUK Not happy with been left with almost zero bandwidth ‘for up to 3 days’ whilst the issue is escalated. Escalations shouldn’t come with a 3 day wait. Clearly an issue with your router... new supplier pending 😡

@VodafoneUK I’ve spent 5+ hours on the phone to your teams in the past week and the only solid answer I’ve been given is ‘reset the router and it might work in a few hours maybe?’ I shouldn’t have to chase a service provider in circles to provide a service I pay for.

shoutout to @VodafoneUK for being the most GARBAGE isp I have ever had the displeasure of using. They have divided our "max speeds" between people, give us sub 30 dl and 247 packetloss/latency. I have not been able to play my games for MONTHS. Stay clear of them lol.

@trwood85 @VodafoneUK Same issue in Dorset DT. Been told server update. As a brand new customer we are already unimpressed with the service. Something like this is important and it needs a 100% uptime. Sadly it's my first day and it's pants ATM

@trwood85 @VodafoneUK Had loads of issues with curve.Tracking&location works fine, the app is a waste of time&this is where the issues are.The history stopped working after a few weeks and now "live" location is delays by an hour.Latest issue, some server issue VF claim.Waste of time. Not recommended.

@VodafoneUK I’m on the phone as we speak jade trying to sort this out but nobody seems to want to help me. The upgrade department gave just told me that customer services don’t even want to talk to me because they can’t solve my issue.
