@VodafoneUK Not happy with been left with almost zero bandwidth ‘for up to 3 days’ whilst the issue is escalated. Escalations shouldn’t come with a 3 day wait. Clearly an issue with your router... new supplier pending 😡

@VodafoneUK appalling customer service from Vodafone. Repeatedly told over the last week I would be receiving my iPhone XR within 24 hours. To now being told it’s a 1-2 week wait! Not good enough!

If you buying a new phone please be aware that the customer service that @VodafoneUK offer is terrible I was told I’ll get a call back from a manager within 24 hours 9 days later still nothing. After being lied to by two managers. Not what u expect when you need help

@VodafoneUK Yes. You could be a decent phone company. Unfortunately I have had numerous issues with your company. I would advise anyone thinking of using #Vodafone to think again. To save yourselves a lot of trouble, don’t use this company.

@VodafoneUK but I get promised speeds!! But when faceplate is back on master socket I lose 20mnps and I have a landline. Also screwed up my home move took them 4 days after home move to actually cancel service at previous address shockingly poor, looking to leave after 16 years

@VodafoneUK Hi Trev nothing to do with my phone as I haven’t changed it since I never get signal constantly on 3G nothing ever loads and if you can see from my previous complaints nothing has change since in regards to fixing the area issue. Also to mention it isn’t my area is whenever I go
