    @VodafoneUK appalling customer service from Vodafone. Repeatedly told over the last week I would be receiving my iPhone XR within 24 hours. To now being told it’s a 1-2 week wait! Not good enough!

    @VodafoneUK Hi, I’ve updated my phone to IOS 16 and can no longer access the network. There is nothing in the mobile data settings just a blank screen. Turned phone off and still not working and switched flight mode off and on. Any known issues with this update that caused it?

    Dear @VodafoneUK When I call up on a landline, and your robot advisor asks me to briefly explain the issue, and I explain that the phone isn't working due to a sim error, why would you then text me advice and end the call without allowing me to speak to an advisor? 4 times?

    @virginmedia No Internet since 11pm last night, issues in the area!!when finally spoke to customer services no help at all and no technician until Friday. 02 and @VodafoneUK we appreciate your mobile data to get us through whilst virgin constantly disappoints. time for a change

    @J_cooper1990 @VodafoneUK I've tried this (twice), but it looks unsuccessful - like they say they're going to do it, and then don't. At the risk of looking stupid, though, is there any way to check whether they've credited my account? I keep checking my app, but nothing seems to have changed. Thank you!

    @VodafoneUK Why am I being transfered from bot to person and back to bot? Why are your team texting me pins that I can't receive? Why is my phone not working??

    @VodafoneUK No that doesn’t help as that’s not the question I was asking 🙄 can I upgrade to sim only before my contract end date? I’m aware I’d be able to upgrade to a new phone but want to keep my current one

    @VodafoneUK I was told by a lady on 191 I could easily change my plan to one with more data. I was then told by a man on your “dedicated sales team” number I’d have pay to cancel my current contract and start again. Would be good if you all read from the same instruction manual.

    Hey @VodafoneUK ! We can't make outgoing calls from our landline phone. Your online TOBi digital assistant doesn't understand; Your 'Chat To Us Online' feature doesn't work; Calls to your 0333 304 0191 number simply refer us back to your website. So asking via Twitter! What next?
