    @VodafoneUK Not happy with been left with almost zero bandwidth ‘for up to 3 days’ whilst the issue is escalated. Escalations shouldn’t come with a 3 day wait. Clearly an issue with your router... new supplier pending 😡

    @VodafoneUK I was offered an upgrade deal, I advised I would think about it and call back later. When I called back no deal existed, very rude customer service, awful complaints department and still no call back from a manager.

    @Matthew_Wright @VodafoneUK I wouldn’t use Vodafone, Three or EE. I was with O2 from the very beginning and recently changed to Sky (best deals on phones and sim). Haven’t had any issues so far.

    @VodafoneUK SHOCKING. Had my Order cancelled once already. New order placed and WiFi Hub to be delivered today. Hasn’t. You’re team can’t tell me when it will. Spent 3hr and 40 minutes on the phone to sort all this out. Terrible
