@VodafoneUK Not happy with been left with almost zero bandwidth ‘for up to 3 days’ whilst the issue is escalated. Escalations shouldn’t come with a 3 day wait. Clearly an issue with your router... new supplier pending 😡

@VodafoneUK I’ve tried that, they’ve said the phone line is down and they can’t do anything for another 3 hours so to ring back then This is an absolute joke. I knew I should have changed to elsewhere instead of renewing my contract.

@VodafoneUK my partner has an issue with her WiFi. Connects fine to phone and TV but no actual speed coming through. Router is lit correctly but no Web pages load on phone and catchup TV can't work as connection speed is nil. She has contacted online help who will 'monitor line'

Hey @VodafoneUK my FIL left you in March, and settled his account. He received a bill in April which I spoke with Customer Service about and they confirmed it was a mistake and he owed nothing. This month he received a further (larger) bill and assumed it was a scam 2/8
