@VodafoneUK Not happy with been left with almost zero bandwidth ‘for up to 3 days’ whilst the issue is escalated. Escalations shouldn’t come with a 3 day wait. Clearly an issue with your router... new supplier pending 😡

@VodafoneUK Tried sending a message. No response. As soon as we leave Crosshill, Maybole into open country side the 4G comes back. Need a fix as I can't work. The post office are having problems too. Postcode K19 7RN

@VodafoneUK hey there. Are there issues in KA19 7RN today? Have gone from good 4g and a full bar to 1 bar and barely any internet. I need the data to work while in a rental! Status checker not loading for me. 😔

@Moonstomper83 @VodafoneUK I wouldn’t bother Ive heard so many excuses they can’t meet the demand their routers don’t have the range and the speed is useless i was told this by an open reach engineer who also has the same problem
