So @VodafoneUK pair my eSim for new Apple Watch to the wife’s No. and after 24hrs of trying to sort via chat and calls, I know have to wait up to 72hrs because the 5th level of help I need to rectify don’t work a Sunday. Meanwhile I’m supposed to just leave the watch off. 🤬

Email from @VodafoneUK about bills increasing.. I wouldn't mind but I pay for 5G already but there is no 5G coverage in my area, the customer service is awful & the signal is terrible most of the time. Can't wait until my contract ends.

@VodafoneUK Worst case scenario my next bill is £117 as I’m paying for 2 phones, or my bill is £66 on my old plan for a phone that I’ve already paid off. The plan I ordered (which apparently doesn’t exist even though I have the order no.) was just £51 - way more manageable!
