So @VodafoneUK pair my eSim for new Apple Watch to the wife’s No. and after 24hrs of trying to sort via chat and calls, I know have to wait up to 72hrs because the 5th level of help I need to rectify don’t work a Sunday. Meanwhile I’m supposed to just leave the watch off. 🤬

@VodafoneUK @aligav_torr needs a new phone. Throughout lockdown she has missed out on pain killing injections and hands on back support yet still helped out with our 93 year old neighbour to get through this and still have a smile. She has been epic #win #VodafoneTreats

Email from @VodafoneUK about bills increasing.. I wouldn't mind but I pay for 5G already but there is no 5G coverage in my area, the customer service is awful & the signal is terrible most of the time. Can't wait until my contract ends.

@ITVWales I have been advised by @VodafoneUK this afternoon that their network outage in parts of Pembrokeshire which has been down since 03Aug. is now likely to be down until the end of Aug. Most of the other mobile providers are also down .Are you aware of this @ITVWales ?

A few weeks ago, I got the "white screen of death" on my Samsung S20 - a month before finishing my £50/month, 2 year contract. Phone in perfect condition, barely left the house with it and both @VodafoneUK and @SamsungUK @SamsungMobile refuse to offer to fix it. 🧵
