Doug (@dougaitken) reported from Dundee, ScotlandHey @VodafoneUK - I’ll give you this for free - spend some time overhauling your Live Chat service. My wife spent almost two hours on live chat just to cancel her Apple Watch cellular plan with no joy. I spent 12 mins on the phone and didn’t get success purely because it hit 8pm.

☁️ L I S A ☁️ (@Lisalocket13) reported from Dundee, Scotland@Pixel_Robots @VodafoneUK Apparently they take data protection seriously. So serious they like to hold on to customers data and keep accounts open long after they’ve left. Meaning that our data is with a company we are not a customer of and if they experience a breach our data is at risk. Excellent!

I explained he had terminal cancer and wouldn’t be returning home. Her response was “I hope he gets well soon!” Tesco Clubcard, the lady was so kind!

Gary Stafford (@staffordgary) reported@VodafoneUK why are my customers receiving a voice message that I deleted last year telling people I’m on holiday until 8th September? I have had support remove voice message service and re add it, I’ve deleted all messages, including the option to record my own message.
-
Harry Singh (@HarrySi58712694) reported@VodafoneUK Heads up to anyone using Vodafone, anyone who gets a phone call from +44 20 8073 0971, be cautious, they are scammers who will imply you need a new SIM, I spotted the signs so averted any issues but others may fall for it.
-
Ed Sabella (@Ed_Sabella) reported@DanielPriestley I don’t think this is really about protecting kids, it’s more about collecting information on everyone. I have two young kids and use @VodafoneUK . I used to block specific websites easily through the router, but Vodafone removed that option and replaced it with their so-called “Secure Net” app. Now you can only block by category, not by individual websites. It turns out this is perfectly legal. The UK government doesn’t require providers to offer specific site blocking. They only want category blocking, which gives parents far less real control. It’s the same problem as YouTube: no matter how many categories you block, creators always find ways around it. I highly recommend moving to @Starlink like I did

Tevis Knight (@tak_1505) reported@VodafoneUK 3 days now with no Wi-Fi, none of your call centre customer service agents can help, no openreach engineers working on any of the cables nearby ??
