    Hey @VodafoneUK - I’ll give you this for free - spend some time overhauling your Live Chat service. My wife spent almost two hours on live chat just to cancel her Apple Watch cellular plan with no joy. I spent 12 mins on the phone and didn’t get success purely because it hit 8pm.

    @Pixel_Robots @VodafoneUK Apparently they take data protection seriously. So serious they like to hold on to customers data and keep accounts open long after they’ve left. Meaning that our data is with a company we are not a customer of and if they experience a breach our data is at risk. Excellent!

    @VodafoneUK why are the offers on your site not available on your chat live box (on your website) when the site says to contact the live chat team due to errors? I've had 2 SIM offers now that I want to upgrade to but when I try to they get revoked and the price goes up!

    @VodafoneUK @Ofcom Furthermore there’s NO engineers at Grange Hill or Braeside Hilland. So I believe the service it trying to work off Perth Errol and Lomond hills which is resulting a restricted service. Still can’t receive/make calls and txts still fail to send, sporadic signal.

    @VodafoneUK Service still down and still can’t get my money back or any answers. Changing to another provider. Mainly because of the customer service issues and the way Vodafone staff have dealt with the complaints/queries over the weeks. But thank you for replying over 24 hours LATER 😐

    @VodafoneUK Buy now - joke. Been with Vodafone for 5+ years and had a phone and tablet with you. NEVER ONCE missed a payment and for ever getting asked to take out more lines, wanted to upgrade but get knocked back. Customer service is a joke.

    @VodafoneUK Oh god, security is you lot sending me repeatedly texts with a 4 digit number after I’ve told you I’ve No Service. Been there before, in one day over 12 times before the penny dropped I CAN NOT receive texts due to no service.

    @VodafoneUK Slightly worried just how difficult it is to reach out you by phone no. 191. It was doing EVERYTHING to prevent actually talking to someone. When it finally did start ringing the line went dead after 1 minute. Also, the Webchat link you texted doesn't work.

    @VodafoneUK hi! I recently sent my iPhone to Vodafone for repair (it wouldn’t switch on). Ive just got it back (after 30 days) with a note saying no problem was identified. It switches on now but fails on startup. What would you suggest I do? I don’t want to wait 30 days again.

    Wouldn't mind but you pay for a promised 72mbps and get half that, they keep saying we'd get engineers to help but that never materialised Just stay away from @VodafoneUK broadband. With other providers you have the right to cancel due to poor speed, these expect payment before
