Hey @VodafoneUK - I’ll give you this for free - spend some time overhauling your Live Chat service. My wife spent almost two hours on live chat just to cancel her Apple Watch cellular plan with no joy. I spent 12 mins on the phone and didn’t get success purely because it hit 8pm.

@VodafoneUK Oh god, security is you lot sending me repeatedly texts with a 4 digit number after I’ve told you I’ve No Service. Been there before, in one day over 12 times before the penny dropped I CAN NOT receive texts due to no service.

@VodafoneUK why are the offers on your site not available on your chat live box (on your website) when the site says to contact the live chat team due to errors? I've had 2 SIM offers now that I want to upgrade to but when I try to they get revoked and the price goes up!

@VodafoneUK @Ofcom Furthermore there’s NO engineers at Grange Hill or Braeside Hilland. So I believe the service it trying to work off Perth Errol and Lomond hills which is resulting a restricted service. Still can’t receive/make calls and txts still fail to send, sporadic signal.

@Pixel_Robots @VodafoneUK Apparently they take data protection seriously. So serious they like to hold on to customers data and keep accounts open long after they’ve left. Meaning that our data is with a company we are not a customer of and if they experience a breach our data is at risk. Excellent!

@VodafoneUK Worst customer service ever experienced in the Huyton store yesterday. Went to buy S21 5g handset on in store only offer. Agent happy to sell me the phone on a monthly plan, but refused to sell phone outright. Disgusting customer service. Avoiding Vodafone in future.

@NobbyFM104 My @VodafoneUK broadband has been down for over a week now. No calls or efforts or any updates with sla or when it is going to be fixed. my wife is a dr and it has been awful past 10 days. Also have children who have to put up with a useless broadband supplier! BW
