@VodafoneUK Service still down and still can’t get my money back or any answers. Changing to another provider. Mainly because if the customer service issues and the way Vodafone staff have dealt with the complaints/queries over the weeks. But thank you for replying over 24 hours LATER 😐

@VodafoneUK @Ofcom Furthermore there’s NO engineers at Grange Hill or Braeside Hilland. So I believe the service it trying to work off Perth Errol and Lomond hills which is resulting a restricted service. Still can’t receive/make calls and txts still fail to send, sporadic signal.

@VodafoneUK Hi, my Vodafone home broadband has been really poor over the last 2 days. Keeps cutting off and practically unusable. I have reset and rebooted, no improvements and when it does work, only hit around 6mbs...please can you assist?

@VodafoneUK So order was stuck on pending so told I need to cancel and reopen it and they'll transfer me to the people to get that done, wait after a while and get told by the new person I'll need to be transferred again..... why is ordering with Vodafone such a massive pain!?
