@Pixel_Robots @VodafoneUK Apparently they take data protection seriously. So serious they like to hold on to customers data and keep accounts open long after they’ve left. Meaning that our data is with a company we are not a customer of and if they experience a breach our data is at risk. Excellent!

  • Casumptious Caroline Santos (@Casumptious) reported from Newburgh, Scotland

@VodafoneUK Service still down and still can’t get my money back or any answers. Changing to another provider. Mainly because if the customer service issues and the way Vodafone staff have dealt with the complaints/queries over the weeks. But thank you for replying over 24 hours LATER 😐

@VodafoneUK No Service, again, most of the day now. You lot are becoming unbearable. No point to your online chat helpline just rubbish customer service the past year.

  • Casumptious Caroline Santos (@Casumptious) reported from Newburgh, Scotland

@VodafoneUK @Ofcom Furthermore there’s NO engineers at Grange Hill or Braeside Hilland. So I believe the service it trying to work off Perth Errol and Lomond hills which is resulting a restricted service. Still can’t receive/make calls and txts still fail to send, sporadic signal.

  • Casumptious Caroline Santos (@Casumptious) reported from Cupar, Scotland

@VodafoneUK Bye bye Vodafone! If by 3 weeks you can’t give customers any update it’s time to part company and choose another provider. Your customer service is impossible to get through too. 👋 bye.

@VodafoneUK How much time wait Today it's been 5 days. If I don't get its solution today, I will take it big action.

  • thebizarch Rob Lyle (@thebizarch) reported

@VodafoneUK Haha ... I am number 51 in the queue. My call is no doubt important to you. TOBI doesn't work in Chrome, so had to use Edge. It is really rather difficult communicating with you @VodafoneUK

  • chrisdaleoxford Chris Dale (@chrisdaleoxford) reported

Gibberish. The “dedicated” team at @VodafoneUK “will help you with the best accordingly further”. And now they just give me a phone number so I must all over again

  • TheBlackGate Paul Draper (@TheBlackGate) reported

@VodafoneUK It ends up being a huge amount banked by the company and I'm pretty sure that interest isn't returned to the user. The inflexible "machine" as your colleagues called it will be a reason I won't return to using your broadband service in the future - please feed back.

  • PeterMatza Peter Matza (@PeterMatza) reported

@VodafoneUK ps it would help to have someone who has english as a first language too.

  • MarcMorph Marc Smith (@MarcMorph) reported

@VodafoneUK Stace, I have been called by telephone, emailed, and sent a text message from someone purporting to be from customer relations. They left a phone no. and reference number to call back TODAY before 6pm. I have done so, to be told that they are not in the office until 19th Feb ?!?

  • ACQuinney Adam Quinney🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 (@ACQuinney) reported

@VodafoneUK Yes there is, it came up as maintenance beginning of the week, we need the phone not just for business use but also for individual safety working alone. Maintenance and poor signal getting far too regular

  • DrewJLindsay Drew (@DrewJLindsay) reported

@VodafoneUK Can someone explain to me what's going on, activation date : 14th Feb, call in to only be told work wont be finished until the 8th of MARCH? Internal server errors trying to log in to your website. Please!! #angry

  • MarcMorph Marc Smith (@MarcMorph) reported

@VodafoneUK Todays update: just spoke with ‘customer relations’: It will be addressed in 3-5 working days. Oh dear, you already told me that FIVE WORKING DAYS AGO. Is it a standard process for @VodafoneUK to continually lie to customers ? This lot has now gone to OFCOM.

  • thebizarch Rob Lyle (@thebizarch) reported

@VodafoneUK It is tiring, and sad, that you continue to enable "SecureNet" despite my categoric statement NEVER to enable it. And your website enables Advertising and Targeting cookies despite my repeated disabling of them. It is why I do not visit your website. FYI
