    @VodafoneUK Oh god, security is you lot sending me repeatedly texts with a 4 digit number after I’ve told you I’ve No Service. Been there before, in one day over 12 times before the penny dropped I CAN NOT receive texts due to no service.

    @VodafoneUK Service still down and still can’t get my money back or any answers. Changing to another provider. Mainly because if the customer service issues and the way Vodafone staff have dealt with the complaints/queries over the weeks. But thank you for replying over 24 hours LATER 😐

    @VodafoneUK @Ofcom Furthermore there’s NO engineers at Grange Hill or Braeside Hilland. So I believe the service it trying to work off Perth Errol and Lomond hills which is resulting a restricted service. Still can’t receive/make calls and txts still fail to send, sporadic signal.

    @VodafoneUK I’m trying to reset my password, but I think your website is having issues. When I enter my username and click go to be sent a passcode, nothing happens.

    @Pixel_Robots @VodafoneUK Apparently they take data protection seriously. So serious they like to hold on to customers data and keep accounts open long after they’ve left. Meaning that our data is with a company we are not a customer of and if they experience a breach our data is at risk. Excellent!

    Hey @VodafoneUK - I’ll give you this for free - spend some time overhauling your Live Chat service. My wife spent almost two hours on live chat just to cancel her Apple Watch cellular plan with no joy. I spent 12 mins on the phone and didn’t get success purely because it hit 8pm.

    @VodafoneUK no you have sent it back (finally) but yet again you have done absolutely nothing with it. Same battery error. I have a feeling you don't actually do battery refresh as this is 2 times and you have literally done nothing & just sent it back... madness 🤯terrible service as always

    @parami @VodafoneUK We left Vodafone when we moved house to an area with poor coverage from them. They were supremely unhelpful. We let our contracts run out and will never use them again.

    I am now in a really bad mood. Having a nightmare trying to organise moving my broadband to the new flat. Already spent over an hour between online chat and telephone and now just heard there is no more cable available at my new address so there you go.Disappointing @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK my number should have been ported on 7th June. Why do you never update as promised? The social media team are inactive and don’t take ownership. The complaints team never return calls. Do you actually want me as a customer?
