@VodafoneUK Service still down and still can’t get my money back or any answers. Changing to another provider. Mainly because if the customer service issues and the way Vodafone staff have dealt with the complaints/queries over the weeks. But thank you for replying over 24 hours LATER 😐

@VodafoneUK @Ofcom Furthermore there’s NO engineers at Grange Hill or Braeside Hilland. So I believe the service it trying to work off Perth Errol and Lomond hills which is resulting a restricted service. Still can’t receive/make calls and txts still fail to send, sporadic signal.

@Plusnet Hi there, it's apparent that the factors in this case are down to @VodafoneUK having better organisational skills... Or possibly clout with Openreach... Which is ironic considering who owns who in the telecoms market. Yes we're online now, although speeds are still inconsistent.

@20Rothmans @VodafoneUK If you are wanting your Alexa device and fire stick call up Customer Service and they will issue you with £100 credit to your account straight off your bill rather than waiting the mandatory 30 days and then three months and then however how else long They want to drag it on for

Trying to resolve the issue and get sense from Vodafone was useless they wanted the name of the person who spoke to me in the shop and I had no idea but would recognise him. It went no further as ai had paid the baliff
