@VodafoneUK Service still down and still can’t get my money back or any answers. Changing to another provider. Mainly because of the customer service issues and the way Vodafone staff have dealt with the complaints/queries over the weeks. But thank you for replying over 24 hours LATER 😐

@VodafoneUK @Ofcom Furthermore there’s NO engineers at Grange Hill or Braeside Hilland. So I believe the service it trying to work off Perth Errol and Lomond hills which is resulting a restricted service. Still can’t receive/make calls and txts still fail to send, sporadic signal.

I’m sick of @VodafoneUK I ordered the new iPhone the week it came out for pre order I STILL haven’t received it. Ring to cancel it and they literally make it impossible, worst type of companies to deal with.

Well what a disappointment today has been. Promised new phone would be delivered today between 8am & 6pm, yet it's 6.30pm and nothing here. Not even contact from courier @DPD_CustUK. First time I've been let down by @VodafoneUK and I've been a customer for around 25/30 years.
