@VodafoneUK @Ofcom Furthermore there’s NO engineers at Grange Hill or Braeside Hilland. So I believe the service it trying to work off Perth Errol and Lomond hills which is resulting a restricted service. Still can’t receive/make calls and txts still fail to send, sporadic signal.

@VodafoneUK Service still down and still can’t get my money back or any answers. Changing to another provider. Mainly because of the customer service issues and the way Vodafone staff have dealt with the complaints/queries over the weeks. But thank you for replying over 24 hours LATER 😐

@VodafoneUK Oh god, security is you lot sending me repeatedly texts with a 4 digit number after I’ve told you I’ve No Service. Been there before, in one day over 12 times before the penny dropped I CAN NOT receive texts due to no service.

@Pixel_Robots @VodafoneUK Apparently they take data protection seriously. So serious they like to hold on to customers data and keep accounts open long after they’ve left. Meaning that our data is with a company we are not a customer of and if they experience a breach our data is at risk. Excellent!

This is reality using @VodafoneUK in #hove . West of Brighton gets unusably bad and has been for ages. East is ok. It makes using the network on a walk quite miserable (streaming, looking things up). Can't understand why so bad

@VodafoneUK - massively disappointed with customer service. Called in February to cancel a number that had expired. Was persuaded to keep the contract and upgrade to a newer device on a good tariff. Was told the device would take 4 weeks to arrive. 9 weeks later, still no device

@VodafoneUK I’ve been on chat for two hours with an agent trying to tell me that my phone it’s unlocked when apple have confirmed that is not the case the DJ is not working and now I have to wait another 10 days this is very poor

@VodafoneUK bitterly disappointed with the appalling customer service! I have never been spoken to so rudely with the staff member laughing at my surname. When I do seek goodwill in upgrading none is forthcoming! I shall be moving my 4 lines elsewhere - very disappointing!!

@VodafoneUK On hold for over 45 mins, passed to another team, hold again as still with wrong team. Current call time 1 hour 42 minutes. After telling you on 11th April about moving you’ve messed up order and going to left with service for possibly 2 weeks 😡

.@VodafoneUK poor customer service. Trans 2 @giffgaff after years @Vodafone. PAC trans not completed properly, phone SIM locked, charged additional month. Have to reload software 4 phone to work. 30 mins into cust service call still no refund 4 cancelled service. #poorservice

@VodafoneUK Your customer service is horrendous. I'm paying for a service, which I keep getting incorrectly charged on, 6 nights on a chat & now after 43 minutes on hold after making a complaint I've given up. I bet if I cancelled the direct debit you would be in touch ASAP. JOKE

@VodafoneUK Just left Vodafone. Constant disconnection support was a waste of time. 3 engineer first just got fobbed of by then phone support. Moved to sky zero issues.

You all have seen my numerous messages to @VodafoneUK I've been absolutely F over by all the staff I dealt with about my Vodafone account. Dealing with a bunch of incompetent people and no manager gives a heck to call you and help you out.
