    @VodafoneUK @Ofcom Furthermore there’s NO engineers at Grange Hill or Braeside Hilland. So I believe the service it trying to work off Perth Errol and Lomond hills which is resulting a restricted service. Still can’t receive/make calls and txts still fail to send, sporadic signal.

    @VodafoneUK I’m trying to reset my password, but I think your website is having issues. When I enter my username and click go to be sent a passcode, nothing happens.

    Hey @VodafoneUK - I’ll give you this for free - spend some time overhauling your Live Chat service. My wife spent almost two hours on live chat just to cancel her Apple Watch cellular plan with no joy. I spent 12 mins on the phone and didn’t get success purely because it hit 8pm.

    @VodafoneUK Oh god, security is you lot sending me repeatedly texts with a 4 digit number after I’ve told you I’ve No Service. Been there before, in one day over 12 times before the penny dropped I CAN NOT receive texts due to no service.

    @Pixel_Robots @VodafoneUK Apparently they take data protection seriously. So serious they like to hold on to customers data and keep accounts open long after they’ve left. Meaning that our data is with a company we are not a customer of and if they experience a breach our data is at risk. Excellent!

    @VodafoneUK No Service, again, most of the day now. You lot are becoming unbearable. No point to your online chat helpline just rubbish customer service the past year.

    @VodafoneUK Service still down and still can’t get my money back or any answers. Changing to another provider. Mainly because if the customer service issues and the way Vodafone staff have dealt with the complaints/queries over the weeks. But thank you for replying over 24 hours LATER 😐

    @VodafoneUK absolutely terrible service been onto broadband support 4 times in week I have had service constantly cutting out and getting absolutely nowhere

    @VodafoneUK do you have broadband problems at the moment? Sync speed says 61Mb but streaming speed test shows 1.5Mb max on both PC and smart TV. I can't even get to my account page on your site to start a status check.

    @VodafoneUK disappointed with customer retention care, been with you 20 years, had my handset since 11th March 21, sound is not working can’t make calls, no customer loyalty just simply nothing you can do as out of warranty - well i will be out of contract and changing providers

    @kev_g1 @VodafoneUK kev this was a new one on top of what we had. It should have been simple, they sent the wrong phone, then had to cancel & restart, th n claimed the phone would be exchanged, th en said there was a technical problem. Now want us to wait a week plus are charging is in the meantime!

    @VodafoneUK In true horrific Vodafone service style, the number you gave isn't just for cancelling& I've currently been on hold 20mins so far JUST TO CANCEL! It isn't enough I spent 18mnths overpaying for a service you didn't provide, you have to make the final step as painful as possible 2

    @VodafoneUK I started my call at 7.30pm, and was put on hold, listening to the same 3 songs over and over, occasionally interrupted by being told we are really busy, not once did it mention closing at 8pm, so I was still on hold when it was closed according to you!!! Great service.. 🙈

    @VodafoneUK What's difficult? I've never even seen this call screen so I'm guessing it's iOS, but it looks like the left is to end the current call and answer the new, the middle is stay with the current call and decline the new and the right is hold the current call and answer the new.

    Absolutely shocking service from @VodafoneUK resulting in a cancellation of a new contract and no doubt extra charges I will end up having to argue over due to incompetence not once but twice. Beware!

    @VodafoneUK what the hell is going on at Customer Services? 40 minutes on hold?? I cannot wait to leave your network, that's if I can ever get through to cancel it. I can only imagine the reason it's busy is hoards of people ringing to cancel.
