    @VodafoneUK @Ofcom Furthermore there’s NO engineers at Grange Hill or Braeside Hilland. So I believe the service it trying to work off Perth Errol and Lomond hills which is resulting a restricted service. Still can’t receive/make calls and txts still fail to send, sporadic signal.

    @VodafoneUK Bye bye Vodafone! If by 3 weeks you can’t give customers any update it’s time to part company and choose another provider. Your customer service is impossible to get through too. 👋 bye.

    @VodafoneUK I tried after 6 pm , 1hr 36 waiting then cut off. I just tried at 21.40 the offices are shut. How can I speak to someone!!! i have been a Vodafone customer for years this is terrible!

    @VodafoneUK your webchat team are useless I asked them to get me a call from customer service to be told he can’t do that 🤔 when asked why he couldn’t be Ended the chat 🤬 I’m having issue with slow broadband and just want it resolved getting nowhere please help!!

    @VodafoneUK Beware i took out broadband with Vodafone most of the time it don't work and trying to find a good English speaking person at costumer service is a joke. I am leaving Vodafone for good

    @SpotifyCares @SpotifyCares once upon time you use to help now you really cld not give a crap paid a subscription premium then @VodafoneUK has made it free account by mistake & now there making me run around between them in trying to sort this out each blames each other but not sorting it 😖

    @cgledhill @VodafoneUK The big tariffs have been relying on customer apathy more and more nowadays. They've got a big customer base, and a lot of folks understandably don't want the hassle of switching.

    After 2 years of only being able to iMessage people and @VodafoneUK telling me to reset my phone (which was never the issue). Today I finally was able to change providers and straight away I can text a non iPhone normally 🙌🏻🙌🏻
