    @VodafoneUK Service still down and still can’t get my money back or any answers. Changing to another provider. Mainly because if the customer service issues and the way Vodafone staff have dealt with the complaints/queries over the weeks. But thank you for replying over 24 hours LATER 😐

    @Pixel_Robots @VodafoneUK Apparently they take data protection seriously. So serious they like to hold on to customers data and keep accounts open long after they’ve left. Meaning that our data is with a company we are not a customer of and if they experience a breach our data is at risk. Excellent!

    @VodafoneUK Oh god, security is you lot sending me repeatedly texts with a 4 digit number after I’ve told you I’ve No Service. Been there before, in one day over 12 times before the penny dropped I CAN NOT receive texts due to no service.

    @VodafoneUK @Ofcom Furthermore there’s NO engineers at Grange Hill or Braeside Hilland. So I believe the service it trying to work off Perth Errol and Lomond hills which is resulting a restricted service. Still can’t receive/make calls and txts still fail to send, sporadic signal.

    @VodafoneUK No Service, again, most of the day now. You lot are becoming unbearable. No point to your online chat helpline just rubbish customer service the past year.

    @VodafoneUK If you have so many great agents waiting to talk to me on live chat (according to your phone message) then let them, a paid human being ask me. In was first in queue twice, one to speak to Rachel, and once Taranjit, both cut me off as soon as they knew I was trying to cancel.

    @VodafoneUK 56 minutes and they won’t let me raise the complaint about the fact that GDPR has been violated. I have witnesses to verify everything. Failed to send through email. Then put me on hold again.

    @VodafoneUK When you upgrade your phone to a new one it said on it website two weeks to wait for new one to arrive. I’m still waiting and it’s been over 21 days. Very poor company.

    @VodafoneUK @vodafonegroup do nothing to safeguard your data. They sell data to foreign countries and do nothing when you file nuisance calls. I was abused but one today. Enough is enough. Disgusting service
