@VodafoneUK Service still down and still can’t get my money back or any answers. Changing to another provider. Mainly because if the customer service issues and the way Vodafone staff have dealt with the complaints/queries over the weeks. But thank you for replying over 24 hours LATER 😐

@VodafoneUK @Ofcom Furthermore there’s NO engineers at Grange Hill or Braeside Hilland. So I believe the service it trying to work off Perth Errol and Lomond hills which is resulting a restricted service. Still can’t receive/make calls and txts still fail to send, sporadic signal.

Just lost my internet with @VodafoneUK … nothing but problems with this company for the last few weeks. ****** speeds. Crappy Wi-Fi ‘expert’ customer service and attitude. No compensation for a fault they acknowledged and now deny happened. Now loss of service.

Today @VodafoneUK you said someone will call at 1400pm.....didnt happen. Just received a link to online tech support, chat with them said it will be working by the end of the day? Am i just being fobbed off yet again....did that just mean call again tomorrow?
