@VodafoneUK Oh god, security is you lot sending me repeatedly texts with a 4 digit number after I’ve told you I’ve No Service. Been there before, in one day over 12 times before the penny dropped I CAN NOT receive texts due to no service.

@VodafoneUK @Ofcom Furthermore there’s NO engineers at Grange Hill or Braeside Hilland. So I believe the service it trying to work off Perth Errol and Lomond hills which is resulting a restricted service. Still can’t receive/make calls and txts still fail to send, sporadic signal.

Been with @VodafoneUK for 6 months and it has never once been reliable. Their routers reliability and supposed delivery speeds are a thing of legend. Unfortunately the truth is they are awful and leave you to countdown 18 months with sheer anger

How's this for a @VodafoneUK customer journey?: I have some work travelling this year. The contract I was sold in September which included EU roaming, I was not told it would change. I had paid for that service. Since then the Ts and Cs have retrospectively been changed.

@DZL_2004 @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK My son uses ID Mobile which runs on the Three network and I use O2. I lost track of the numbers of times Three put O2 to shame. It’s not even funny. For info, O2 and Vodafone share the same masts.
