Trying my hardest to sort my accounts out, doesn't help when @VodafoneUK can't take there direct debit payment on the correct date and offer me £5 goodwill gesture when they keep putting me in trouble with the bank. Absolutely disgusting.

@VodafoneUK I obtained an NCK from one of your online agents for my Samsung S10. As this code was incorrect I now need an MCK code to unblock the ability to enter an NCK. Every single agent I speak to has no idea what an MCK is or tries to give me another NCK. Horrid service.

So far I've been on the phone to @VodafoneUK customer services for 1 hr 43 minutes. All I want to do is cancel a contract I set up last week because I'm unable to use it. They said: "Don't worry, you can cancel within 14 days if there are any problems, just ring 191"!! Not simple

Disgusting treatment of my elderly, medically vulnerable parents by @VodafoneUK. Broadband fault reported last Tuesday. They are still without service. Promises of calls but none received. They are having to the chasing. SORT IT OUT AND COMPENSATE THEM. Outrageous 🤬🤬🤬
