@VodafoneUK spent 2 hrs online chat, then a further 1hr phone chat. To be passed around to numerous teams with no team actually communicating with each other. 3 hrs of my life wasted with your customer service.

@VodafoneUK I took a day off work to wait for an engineer. First man came, trod dirt through our new rug and did half a job. The second man didn’t even turn up. 25 minutes spent on hold, only to be told no one will assert me until next day. How do I escalate this complaint?

@VodafoneUK But its not really the point. I was given a code last night. I can't retrieve it and I've to wait 3 days for them to fix it. I try new links l,they don't work. Why is it always the same drama? Its almost like you promote the scheme to get the businesss but don't want to honour it

@VodafoneUK Yeah buts ridiculous. The data is so less for what you are paying. Other companies have good service and have cheaper and good deals. You lot must be having a laugh or something if someones paying £8 for 1GB of data. I pay 10 for 3 mobile and get 30Gb

@VodafoneUK agreed a 24 month contract which was due to finish tomorrow and they want a 30 day notice. I pay £90 a month for it, I called a couple of days ago and they wanted £5 odds to cancel then. I agreed 24 not 25. Can a a manger get in contact and call me back please?

I can't believe how bad communication has been between @VodafoneUK and @CityFibre. My fibre service went down on 3rd February and still no signs of when it might be fixed. There's been no update on the fault ticket in 3 days! What's going on? No broadband for 6 weeks :(
