@VodafoneUK When does your service actually work? I’m definitely cancelling Vodafone. No internet most of the time and when we do have internet the speeds are low irrespective of us buying 900MBps plan and playing extortionately.

@VodafoneUK @Sonya_LeanOnUs Why are you advising this? I'm a network engineer, and its clear you have had a major failure within the Vodafone network. Please be honest with your customers. If this was due to maintenance work over Easter, I expect Vodafone to be transparent regarding their change controls.

@AmandaR37638151 @VodafoneUK If you on the new white hub with Vodafone. U get a red light in front of broadband saying there a issue. The small white 4g back up device will switch from white light to blue light saying the 4g switch on

@VodafoneUK I paid extra to upgrade to Vodafone Pro, supposedly unbreakable Wi-Fi. So how come I've had no internet access since very early this morning? The app still says "No reported issues"? #Vodafonedown
