    @VodafoneUK yr chat lines are garbage. no reply and have been online 4 ages. i owe you money and wld like to pay. my phone no longer on your nwk so cant go further on yr 03 numbers ending 0191 or 8065. demonstrates why i left. is there a human i can speak to resolve this?

    Thanks @VodafoneUK you, for no reason what so ever, cut of my sim for almost 2 weeks now. I have covid, can't make or receive calls! Worst company ever!

    @VodafoneUK i've had to open-reach engineer visits and was told the router is faulty. And I keep getting texts from you telling me the problem is sorted, it is not.

    @VodafoneUK really do just keep proving they are the worst network! How hard is it to actually be competent in what you do with the amount of training you have?! Can’t wait to go with another provider
