@VodafoneUK do you think it is right to sell your customers Broadband contracts without advising them during the sales process that you have known compatibility issues with Sky Q boxes. When I say compatibility issues, what i mean is your WiFi routers do not connect to SkyQ. 🤬🤬

@graceblakeley @StevenGWalker74 @VodafoneUK Had a similar experience with Vodafone. Called them twice to cancel a finished contract. Both times they continued to take money so cancelled the DD. Then I started receiving debt collection letters. Ignored them, then got a letter saying they have made it into a paygo contract

@graceblakeley @VodafoneUK Did pretty much exactly the same with both me and my wife. Took over 4 months and 6 calls - hours of holding - and a threat of legal action to sort. I will never go back.

@VodafoneUK Tried ringing today and when you get through the barrage of taped voices got hung up on, then tried to talk to the stupid bor, complete waste of time. Very disillusioned at the moment. Long time customer as well .

So @VodafoneUK Broadband down again. 3 days last week 24 hours and counting now. Randomly asking questions until the service comes back on at some point doesn't qualify as customer service.
