@VodafoneUK Bought a phone Dec 16th 2020, Feb 3rd still not working and after over 20 calls plus tweets and messaging nothing from Vodafone. Anyone else impressed with their non service??

@VodafoneUK Nah I'm good, your customer relations and live chat people have wasted 20 hours of my time only to tell me what I knew all along... The coverage in my area hasn't changed a bit in 5 years and you can't even get 2G

@VodafoneUK just a thought for this and next year, thousands of brits will undertake caravan holidays in the Uk (haven etc) these sites often have the worse signal strength of anywhere being costal, this could be a huge marketing and revenue source with extra data etc used

I've been trying to buy a 24 month contract for two items all day from @VodafoneUK I give up. EE also offer a watch3 service so I'll try them. If Vodafone treat new clients this way, how will they treat me after I've signed the contract.

@VodafoneUK were quick enough to sell her the deal (which they’re now saying didn’t exist) and sign her up to a new contract. Now when she spends her incredibly precious free time sorting out (their) problem everybody hot-potatoes her query. /2

@Askvodafonegh @VodafoneGhana @VodafoneUK I waited for you to resolve my basic issue. I speak with Chris for 3hrs and STILL no answer after waiting 24hrs (the timeframe you gave) and he ends the chat?! This customer service is poor. This is a simple task!
