@VodafoneUK I’m in a Vodafone store with a wonderful man Fernando trying cancel my sim data only card. I’ve been trying to cancel myself for months. Fernando has been transferred four times by VF customer service. Now they want to send a pin to a data only sim!!

Why is it that signed up to fibre with vodafone and you gey a free amazon tablet once you signed up your told there was no tablet in the offer and if you push the issue there could be someone sacked absolutely shocking customer service @VodafoneUK

@VodafoneUK I can’t cancel my account @AhmedShelbaya I’ve been in store with Fernando, wonderful store manager and even he can’t cancel it. I have been paying for months and not used! How can this be possible. Fernando has been transferred five times by customer service.

@SamsungUK z3 flip less than 6 months old and crack has suddenly appeared on the fold . @VodafoneUK told me warranty is void and wants to charge £500. Although no trauma damage to outside or physical damage to screen .This is NOT acccidental damage. NOT fit for purpose!
