@VodafoneUK Do those steps involve manually changing the wifi channels because the auto setting on the router is unable to do this job effectively? If so, no thanks. Seriously, you offer 1gb internet. Please invest in decent routers for the sake of the customer and yourselves

@VodafoneUK ! What is going on with this joke of a service. So I have no network and now being told there is maintenance work which could continue for the next 2 weeks! It is unacceptable that I should be left with no signal for 2 weeks! With no solution!

@VodafoneUK Another thing ....... I tried a few years ago to pay over the Phone ......... I got a Drawn-Out PITCH Trying to sell me ALL of your other services .... It went on Sooooooo Looooooong I hung up and never went back again ..... Customer Service ?? Hmmmmm?????

@VodafoneUK my broadband with you has stopped working, after contacting your quite frankly awful customer support I was told it’s going to be 92hrs before someone can come repair your equipment. I’m now stuck at home in lockdown using my mobile data (also from Vodafone) TBC-

@VodafoneUK I refuse to pay for more of your data when I’m only using it because of your issue. Can you compensate me some data. I’m assuming you won’t as your customer care is unacceptable. Cannot wait for my Vodafone contracts to end. Overpriced junk.
