@VodafoneUK do you think it is right to sell your customers Broadband contracts without advising them during the sales process that you have known compatibility issues with Sky Q boxes. When I say compatibility issues, what i mean is your WiFi routers do not connect to SkyQ. 🤬🤬

@gcluley @VodafoneUK My partner got her account taken over by someone while on holiday, they took out a new contract in her name, they never bothered to inform her until we noticed her sim was deactivated, fun times doing that in tenerife! And expensive.

@VodafoneUK ive not had internet now for almost a week and you’ve said it would be fixed within 72 hours of our last contact and after refusing to help as my parents are deaf and unable to communicate. we were on the phone to you for about 4 hours until someone actually helped us
