Given my Mrs is a lawyer and leads consumer credit relations with the regulator, I know exactly what complaints to make - customer detriment main

    @VodafoneUK do you think it is right to sell your customers Broadband contracts without advising them during the sales process that you have known compatibility issues with Sky Q boxes. When I say compatibility issues, what i mean is your WiFi routers do not connect to SkyQ. 🤬🤬

    Worst customer exp of my life today with @VodafoneUK. I received an email telling me they were cancelling my broadband at my request, I told them this isn’t true, they claimed to undo the cancellation, and today I wake up to my broadband terminated. Deeply frustrating

    @VodafoneUK I took an entertainment package out - your site doesn't let me activate my YouTube subscription. Cust support say it's a known issue, to keep getting in touch for updates. That's a massive waste of everyone's time and effort. Why not post updates on ur site/twitter??

    @VodafoneUK been with vodafone for over 10years. Looking to renew my broadband package but not being offered a competitive price. Will be looking to cancel. It’s a shame Vodafone no longer appreciate loyalty like they used to.
