    since 1994 but tomorrow my first job will be to cancel my contract with you @VodafoneUK & find another supplier. Just when people need communication more than ever and you put your prices up. Makes my blood boil....

    @DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK When my father died I transferred the vodafone accounts to my mother -it was one of the biggest mistakes I have made -it took over 3 months to resolve , so many phone calls and so many e mails , their complaint system doesn't work and their bereavement team have little empathy.

    @VodafoneUK I honestly think it’s crap that I cannot get the £258 for the trade in if my iPhone XR to pay off the early upgrade fee to get the new iPhone... but instead yous want my phone for free and still pay the early upgrade fee... that is just unfair

    @VodafoneUK I can not believe that after the extensive promises to fix my issue and arrange a simple collection with @DPDgroup_news I still haven't received any communication about when it will be sorted. And I keep getting kicked off the web chat. #worstcustomerservice

    @VodafoneUK Upgraded a couple of days ago. Phone, Huawei P30 Pro, supposed to arrive yesterday but still waiting to even hear when it's due. Accessories from Amazon arrived this morning but no phone. First time in 25+ years I've been let down.

    @VodafoneUK definitely one of the worst customer experiences out there. Would avoid if thinking about moving to them. 7 years a customer and will definitely move next time. Over a month without a router and nearly 2 weeks without internet coz of these scripted clowns. #avoid

    @VodafoneUK #VodafoneBlackFriday the end call button to customer services is my best feature after the handling of my last complaint. You guys need to really to move mountains to keep me. £80 goodwill gesture just to stop me taking my complaint further.

    DO NOT BUY OR DEAL WITH @VodafoneUK . #avoidthiscompany they say they will help and get any issues sorted but it's all #fake .they do not care at all if they leave you with a dodgy phone. How is this acceptable? #poorcustomerservice
