    @japster2008 @VodafoneUK 2/2 given that my wife is a lawyer and runs the regulatory liaison for one of the UK’s biggest banks, I look forward to my “customer detriment” complaint.. be afraid @VodafoneUK , you have no idea who or what I am.

    @VodafoneUK @AhmedShelbaya I thought @ThreeUK were bad, but at least you could get answers from their customer service team. When it was clear they were at fault they allowed us leave our contract without penalty. You want to charge exit fees for a service you haven't provided?

    @VodafoneUK assured me credit on my account for loss of service Now the issue looks to be resolved (for now) they have back tracked I shouldn't have to pay for a service that wasn't provided

    @VodafoneUK Still no improvement a week later. Another 2 hours of my life lost talking to your agents only to be told network issues will be resolved 'soon' with no metric of what soon is. Apparently, I'll still have to pay an early termination fee? WTF?

    @VodafoneUK same issue hasn’t been solved for 25 days. It’s getting absolutely ridiculous. Every time I DM I have been asked the security question not focusing on getting my internet back.

    @VodafoneUK I've got an issue with an order which I was assured would be resolved today. Just had notification of another delay, no one seems interested in helping. Tried to call and got redirect to online chat which is too busy to help. Really frustrated

    @MrSaffron @VodafoneUK @thinkbroadband Mind if your watching your netflix or prime or using it as a hotspot on your phone then no problem good download, BUT if you have big file to upload not good

    @VodafoneUK appalling service and we keep getting lied too, would defo not recommend for broadband at the moment, we’ve been over 36 hrs with no service!!!!
