@VodafoneUK PLEASE sort out your customer service. I've been trying to reach you for hours. Your chat support service is laughable. Business Support number keeps you on hold for 20m then disconnects. I FINALLY got through to an agent and it disconnected&I didn't get a call back.

@VodafoneUK customer service say it's all set up, but that Android shouldn't need a QR code to provision the esim (not sure how that's possible). Are you able to get a QR code sent to me please?

Almost 2 hours on the phone to @VodafoneUK - passed to 3 different departments(explaining my situation each time🙄)only to finally be told to go to a store to sort it out once they reopen on the 2nd 🥵Also sent 4 DM’s on here with zero response.Pretty rubbish customer service 👎

@VodafoneUK I have spoken to 4 separate people regarding an issue with my contract and it is still not resolved. No one is able to deliver on their promises and issue remains unresolved. Now discovering further issues that I cannot get someone to fix. Help!

@VodafoneUK absolutely appalled at how I've just been treated!! I've been a loyal over 10 years with multiple lines. after calling several times regarding my upgrade and even being on hold for over 2 hours I'm told that department cant help or transfer me to someone who can!
