@VodafoneUK I want to cancel the Vodafone one number on my account. I have logged into the platform where I subscribed pressed cancel subscription and am given a message to call customer care. If a subscription can be set up via the platform why can’t it be cancelled from there?

@VodafoneUK I appreciate your assistance Ben, but I've messaged you guys a few times, and tried 'fixes' on my S21 Ultra, which was suggested might be to blame 🤔 I pay for 5G, in a 5G area, and when that doesn't work I don't expect to be faced with 1mbps 4G (clearly limited, was 30 before)

Dear @VodafoneUK. I recently got one of your Gigacubes. I told the salesperson I love online gaming. They said it'd be "perfect" for this. Now I discover it doesn't work for most online gaming on #NintendoSwitch because of the router NAT type. Very annoyed.
