@VodafoneUK do you think it is right to sell your customers Broadband contracts without advising them during the sales process that you have known compatibility issues with Sky Q boxes. When I say compatibility issues, what i mean is your WiFi routers do not connect to SkyQ. 🤬🤬

@VodafoneUK I called this morning. The person said they had no idea my village had been upgraded at all 😭 they had no record of it being done. I can literally take photos of the new boxes on all the poles & the new thick wire though. Getting me down. Was so excited.

@VodafoneUK This annoys the hell out of me, I specifically told you in my Tweet that my phone does not support WiFi Calling. You haven't listened! I followed your link, and as expected it said there were no results for my handset and WiFi Calling. Also, it's affected not effected.

@VodafoneUK Awful customer services. Charged twice for my NHS discount then Applied a late fee even thought your advisers told me it was vodaphones system that cancelled the DD. Apparently can’t rectify this until next month! No managers available. I have to call them back to get it sorted?
