@ChefWayner @MelissaCole @japster2008 @VodafoneUK @DailyMailUK I’m actually looking forward to this going to court, it’s a walk-over for me and the easiest way to get them to repair my credit file. Given my Mrs is a lawyer and leads consumer credit relations with the regulator, I know exactly what complaints to make - customer detriment main

@japster2008 @VodafoneUK 2/2 given that my wife is a lawyer and runs the regulatory liaison for one of the UK’s biggest banks, I look forward to my “customer detriment” complaint.. be afraid @VodafoneUK , you have no idea who or what I am.

@VodafoneUK You do genuinely want to help, but then you don’t keep your own promises. Each individual is nice enough, but the systems they - and presumably you - encounter are awful. I have had to start from scratch each time. Three times this afternoon alone - it’s intolerable.

Hi @VodafoneUK, do I have to be a customer to send you a DM? Your bot keeps asking me for my account information to send me a 4-digit pin...information that I don’t have. 🥴

So, the @VodafoneUK Smart App, which is a paid-for service, is now sending spam notifications. Bell-ends.

@VodafoneUK After spending several hours in the DMs... their solution?? 'We'll get you another code!' Even though that's been tried previously. It's not going to magically work again. Here's my advice: Don't move your complains to DMs, they just want to move you out of the public eye

So I was asked if I would recommend @VodafoneUK to friends or family. That would be a big No. They asked for my reasons In order to feedback to make improvements and I can’t help but feel that my words will make no difference. So I thought I’d share my thoughts with Twitter..
