I just texted @VodafoneUK for a PAC number so that I can switch to an EE Sim with BT Broadband I have just been informed by Text that I will be charged a Cancellation Fee of £227.96 I only pay £16.86 a month because I have Agoraphobia and never go out! Is this charge normal?!

@VodafoneUK I can't get TOBi to work. I need to stop my order. I was ordering a top-up. Instead, a SIM was ordered. Please cancel the order ID T0011473589 and refund immediately. Shame on you for having no working TOBi for days now. It's hard enough to reach you.

@VodafoneUK Vodafone - you are impossible to get hold of on 191 and I have been trying for a week. Your automated phone menu is unhelpful and is not quicker. If paying for a service, the below is unacceptable after a week - how do we speak to you to sort out a billing issue?:

Hey @VodafoneUK WiFi has again cut-out. Fourth time in 4 weeks and second day day in a row. Is there a planned outage I haven’t been made aware of? Is it again @CityFibre doing works? Am working from home online this weekend and need the WiFi to work, please.
