@VodafoneUK why is it since the start off this whole lockdown last year you have started adding charges for late payments..... people having trouble paying and you slap on an extra £5 if its a day late. All that unpaid tax still not enough for your bonuses?

@VodafoneUK your chatbot repeatedly says it has a technical error and your phone line message says nobody is available to help sort out the missing items from my order. Is anyone out there, at all, to help customers?

@VodafoneUK Hmmm there used to be a number you could text with a promise to pay in 7 days.... so there was never a charge for being a day over due.... only started getting these charges since this pandemic started.
