Given my Mrs is a lawyer and leads consumer credit relations with the regulator, I know exactly what complaints to make - customer detriment main

    @VodafoneUK I signed up over a week ago (week last Saturday). I've yet to have my SIM. Your call centre won't help. Just want my SIM. How can I get one today? It's a pay as you go SIM that I bought a pack on. You will be running the clock down but I've got no sim

    @VodafoneUK Why has 4G been so bad for the last few months in South Wales? It’s not even usable, nothing loads when using it. Your status checker doesn’t work either, it just gets stuck updating the map.

    @VodafoneUK As a new customer what would be a treat is actually receiving my router. Today is the fourth consecutive day I've been told it will be delivered. Instalment engineer is going to have a wasted trip tomorrow.

    Terrible spend limit experience from @VodafoneUK - can’t remove it abroad because you’ve taken the website down to update it and I can’t book a cab.. this is pretty dangerous
