Given my Mrs is a lawyer and leads consumer credit relations with the regulator, I know exactly what complaints to make - customer detriment main

    @VodafoneUK day 5 without my paid for home broad band service. I called again this morning at 8am to ask anyone for an update, shame on you RAGAA Vodafone Manager who I was promised would give me a call back in 30 minutes after their morning manager's meetings....

    @VodafoneUK When I moved to this house, my phone signal was a usable –70dBm but for the last month (since storm eunice) it's been at a useless –110dBm. I can't get through to a human because my contract is with @lebara. What's going on!

    Listening to my boyfriend go through excruciatingly bad customer service with @VodafoneUK . Repeating themselves, can’t seem to join up parts of their organisation, empty apologies and not actually doing anything, but we wait on hold even more….

    @VodafoneUK total crap. If they dropped the gimmicks and moved call centres to UK they might be better. Definitely moving at end of contract.
