since 1994 but tomorrow my first job will be to cancel my contract with you @VodafoneUK & find another supplier. Just when people need communication more than ever and you put your prices up. Makes my blood boil....

  • Happy_Appetite Ross Boyce (@Happy_Appetite) reported from Longniddry, Scotland

@ChefWayner @MelissaCole @japster2008 @VodafoneUK @DailyMailUK I’m actually looking forward to this going to court, it’s a walk-over for me and the easiest way to get them to repair my credit file. Given my Mrs is a lawyer and leads consumer credit relations with the regulator, I know exactly what complaints to make - customer detriment main

  • gjonesy09 Geoff Jones (@gjonesy09) reported from West Barns, Scotland

@VodafoneUK do you think it is right to sell your customers Broadband contracts without advising them during the sales process that you have known compatibility issues with Sky Q boxes. When I say compatibility issues, what i mean is your WiFi routers do not connect to SkyQ. 🤬🤬

  • Happy_Appetite Ross Boyce (@Happy_Appetite) reported from Longniddry, Scotland

@japster2008 @VodafoneUK 2/2 given that my wife is a lawyer and runs the regulatory liaison for one of the UK’s biggest banks, I look forward to my “customer detriment” complaint.. be afraid @VodafoneUK , you have no idea who or what I am.

hi @VodafoneUK was on chat almost an hour requesting my pac code. Told it would be sent by sms - no text recieved. I don't have time for chat again. can you help?

  • GHS_ZA Greg, 1 G; Not the Baker🥐 (@GHS_ZA) reported

@DnyLdn Who are you with? We got home Sunday after a week away to find @VodafoneUK #SuperFast900 is down, took 2 days to tell us "it's external to your property" but not yet fixed w no solution. Family going nuts!

  • exiledwolf Exiled Wolf (@exiledwolf) reported

After being reassured by @VodafoneUK support that they'd repair the device under warranty, I sent it back a week ago and today they have today emailed me to say it's not under warranty. Very unhappy, the device is clearly not as described and not fit for purpose.

  • VModifiedMind Vince (@VModifiedMind) reported

@VodafoneUK I did… And you don’t - because multiple responses completely missed the point. It magically fixed 7h 40m ago… after being broken everywhere from 10am yesterday… and you spent all of yesterday denying the issue via every support channel - and not just to me!

  • VModifiedMind Vince (@VModifiedMind) reported

@VodafoneUK Well… could I politely suggest if you don’t want customers to feel that way, that you start getting some clueful support, and stop actively spending your time denying network issues exist, when it’s bleedingly obvious they did all day, and stop blaming “local” issues or my SIM!

  • robertelston Robert Elston (@robertelston) reported

@VodafoneUK To the store as I had to escalate the issue. 5. The store agreed with me that it had come in perfect condition and escalated. 6. Wasn’t allowed a copy of that escalation. 7. Was told today they have no copy of that escalation as if it’s urgent it takes 5 working days!!

  • VModifiedMind Vince (@VModifiedMind) reported

@VodafoneUK You really didn’t understand or help. You just frustrated by trying troubleshooting steps that were not relevant. What route is there to get support from you that doesn’t involve boilerplate rubbish like it’s your sim or device when it blatantly isn’t and wasn’t?!?

  • 041a16d9c34cd91 Ronnie Random (@041a16d9c34cd91) reported

@VodafoneUK Why is it acceptable to leave an area without any phone signal for 6 weeks, and not even to attempt to make a repair or update your customers with what's going on, even following complaints? Customers rely on 4g in rural areas to be able to work... 1/

  • robertelston Robert Elston (@robertelston) reported

@VodafoneUK In summary, why I think your service sucks 1. Took my phone in under warranty with battery not working. 2 you took so long delivering from your store it was out of warranty. 3. Then was told it had a cracked screen and said I must be mistaken when I said it didn’t. 4. Went back

  • VModifiedMind Vince (@VModifiedMind) reported

@VodafoneUK …what is the point of you having any form of “support” because you don’t seem to have anyone capable of helping people with issues that aren’t the most basic problems, and you have clearly no network monitoring for non-RAN issues.
