since 1994 but tomorrow my first job will be to cancel my contract with you @VodafoneUK & find another supplier. Just when people need communication more than ever and you put your prices up. Makes my blood boil....

@VodafoneUK Extremely frustrated! I’ve been trying to resolve my issue for the past month! Can’t get through on the phone & no help from web advisors. Haven’t received my trade in bag to send my old phone back, now you’ve take the discount off. Rang the number that you gave 1/2

@MelissaAmes73 @VodafoneUK Thank you. That’s lovely for you to message. The trouble is I am stuck with a 24 months contract with network that fails 3-4 a day. Unable to use Zoom or video. I couldn’t speak to family and they tone in DM is very rude and they say you must pay us regardless 😨

Also if anyones interested, spent 3 hours talking to @VodafoneUK and after 8 different people handed me off to someone else, a lady finally said, 'oh we can't do anything over web chat, you need a phone'. If you are feeling down and want someone to kick you in the head - vodafone

@IAMDesignerBeth @VodafoneUK The only way they could match Three (in £ if not quite in data) was for me to cancel my contract and take out a new "basic" plan. At which stage its just like changing provider, but I thought staying with Vodafone would be less hassle 😐
