    @VodafoneUK Hi Chazz, still need help. Have you an email address for someone in Customer Services Business BB. Trying to get a Customer moved over to you from BT but he has what I think you call a ‘thin’ credit file, old school and is in the fortunate position never to have needed credit.

    @VodafoneUK so once again I am told someone will get back to me and no one has not. Please can you give me the number to call to escalate a complaint , I have never seen such awful customer service in my life . I am desperate just to talk to someone who has the authority to help
