    @japster2008 @VodafoneUK 2/2 given that my wife is a lawyer and runs the regulatory liaison for one of the UK’s biggest banks, I look forward to my “customer detriment” complaint.. be afraid @VodafoneUK , you have no idea who or what I am.

Given my Mrs is a lawyer and leads consumer credit relations with the regulator, I know exactly what complaints to make - customer detriment main

    @VodafoneUK Happy to discuss here thanks. I have travelled extensively throughout the UK all 4 regions and continually the signal has been poor. So much so I had to use my wife’s cell on @ThreeUK to get any work done. Really fed up with the very poor performance.

    @VodafoneUK I know you won’t be able to do anything about it as regards signal strength. And I doubt I would get a reduced tariff for both numbers. So whilst I appreciate your help Mo I will not be giving personal information via DM.

    So had a text from @VodafoneUK saying my @Spotify premium sub is coming to an end and if i don't cancel I'll now be charged £9.99 Im 5 months in to a contract and assumed just like the last 3 1/2 years nothing will change but..

    @VodafoneUK absolutely disgusted with the delivery service of my new upgrade! It’s such a simple task yet I’m still waiting! The lack of communication between the store and on the phone is baffling it’s like you are 2 different company’s!!!

    @VodafoneUK I’ve been trying to use my phone for internet on the 4G network, but the speeds were incredibly low, to the point that nothing wanted to load up. I have 160GB package, but it is no use if the speeds are so low. Any idea what is going on please?

    @VodafoneUK The deal was only sent at 11:30 this morning and didn’t state it was time bound, not a great way to treat existing customers that you are looking to retain, has definitely spurred me on to look at the market, thanks
