    @VodafoneUK No thanks, we've moved to another provider so I just need to close my account. Had such bad support from Vodafone that there's no way we're staying.

    @emmalee909 Well you know how it is. He probably communicates via VodafoneUK and they just write whatever the fk they want. If he ever says his WiFi has gone down because of the kitchen microwave, it's definitely them.

    @VodafoneUK don’t ever buy their 30 day contracts. Complete con you can never get 30 days they charge you for 60 as have a 30 day cancellation. Ridiculous. Then when you do cancel if it’s half way through the month they still charge you for a full month even though it’s finished

    @MrComplaintBox Can you help, please? I bought a @VodafoneUK 4G router from @curryspcworld . It is locked to Vodafone's network. I need the network unlock code - NUC. Vodafone say they can't give it to me. Currys say only the network provider can give an NUC.

    3 weeks now and still can't get @VodafoneUK to unlock 2 phones. Absolutely disgraceful service. Maybe a call to @Ofcom would have better success. #EpicFail #CustomerService

    @VodafoneUK who thought it was a good idea to cancel the contract with London Underground. Now WE can't use the WiFi on the network and YOU will lose a lot of customers because of it. Why???

    @VodafoneUK So what you are saying is you don’t actually know. As I thought the gigacube was locked to your network so does that also include voxi by you or not?
