@VodafoneUK do you think it is right to sell your customers Broadband contracts without advising them during the sales process that you have known compatibility issues with Sky Q boxes. When I say compatibility issues, what i mean is your WiFi routers do not connect to SkyQ. 🤬🤬

@VodafoneUK @lukerichardson Jason, I would recommend you search Google or Twitter for “Vodafone down”. Even The Sun are reporting on it. Generic responses like yours make you look stupid, I’m afraid, as you’re quite clearly ghosting your customers.

@VodafoneUK @Graeme_Hinde Me and another customer also had drops 11:14-11:19 and 13:04-13:12 or so, pings to 8.8.8.8 worked but pings to 1.1.1.1 did not, looks like routing issues?

@VodafoneUK I’d be really interested to know why when I’m paying extra for your broadband with 4G backup I can’t get broadband service at all? On hold for 25 minutes with customer service so hung up.

@VodafoneUK Kate, I’ve had to wait over an hour on hold & nobody was able to help me. Can vodafone just address the multiple regional broadband outages & fix the problem asap? In todays climate of working from home this is a real nuisance and the network needs to be more reliable
