@VodafoneUK I’m a very pissed off customer, had my line disconnected on my birthday, when I contact customer service being told I’ll have the money I’ve paid extra beforehand will be taken off from this month, so Vodaphone already owe me money & disconnect my phone

@VodafoneUK My 4g speed is absolutely shocking. I m getting 0.5 or 1mb speed or the speed test crashes on the vodafone app and other speed test apps. I am paying for for something that doesn't work. Not good enough.

@VodafoneUK you’re ****. My partner called your service team to ensure she had international roaming before driving to Austria from the UK. Of course it’s not working and now she has 1,000 miles to travel with a disabled child and no way of contacting emergency services if needs

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Well done george. I also have a complaint in progress with Vodafone at present. Was trying to get a good deal as my contract ends in sept, and have been met with rude advisors who cut short the online chat. And who also insinuate that you are lying. Wish id never got involved.
