@Notorious_Shell @VodafoneUK They delete your card details and re insert. They can’t see the details previously stored. Standard procedure if you called them to make the change I don’t see an issue unless they as your PIN number!!!

@VodafoneUK please can someone help me? Because there is a delay connecting full fibre to my house, I was sent a 4G dongle and SIM with unlimited data to get me by until OpenReach connect me. However, the data just ran out on the SIM. It is meant to be unlimited data

.@VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup my Internet was working, sign up for another 2yrs & now its stopped working, what are you doing? Nothing needed changing other than new 2yr contract, nothing needed activation, so why is my Internet dead, factory reset not the answer. Find a solution!

@VodafoneUK Brought my daughter a tech 21 for Xmas. It was faulty do brought it back within 14 days. Jody the assistant manager didn't even bother look at the faulty case but told me they wouldn't except it. She was very hostile and rude. Embarrassed me in front of others in store.
