    since 1994 but tomorrow my first job will be to cancel my contract with you @VodafoneUK & find another supplier. Just when people need communication more than ever and you put your prices up. Makes my blood boil....

    Whatever the question, chatbots and online chats are not the answer. Had shocking customer experiences with both @VodafoneUK and @ScottishPower in the last few days. Please can I actually talk to someone in future. It works so much better.

    @VodafoneUK just wondering what your logic is on insisting on exactly 30days notice for letting you no I no longer need your services after my contract ends? I am not trying to cancel early or get extra days,just at the date it ends but I am told to call back in 3 days #pathetic

    Dear @VodafoneUK, I was disappointed to see my bill jump from £33 to £38 without any prior notice. However, I'm having trouble reaching a live representative to address this issue as your IVR system isn't helpful. Could you please assist me in resolving this matter?

    @VodafoneUK I’ve left BT to join your broadband due to a good deal. No problems for 2 years with @bt_uk. Been with #vodaphone 2 weeks and already my internet has gone down. My ASD kids are so upset right now. Completely regretting the switch right now

    @TheFCA you need to start looking at what @VodafoneUK are doing bcos why would they have the power to increase a customer billing for an active contract that has already been signed without the customer’s consent & approval. This is a whole new kind of deception. An act of fraud

    @VodafoneUK complaint put in about customer service regarding no internet and how I had broken promises with time frames etc. I then get message from complaints department yesterday with a time slot to call me today. Waited in 2+ hours and no call. literally depressing. #awful
