@japster2008 @VodafoneUK 2/2 given that my wife is a lawyer and runs the regulatory liaison for one of the UK’s biggest banks, I look forward to my “customer detriment” complaint.. be afraid @VodafoneUK , you have no idea who or what I am.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I listened to you on Radio 2 today. I am so sorry for your loss and to hear the way Vodafone has treated you & others. I had an awful experience where Vodafone ripped me off, I cancelled my DD and now have a CCJ. Thank you for challenging them & best of luck with your meeting.

@PaulCowland_ @VodafoneUK I think trying to move any service, in fact just contacting O2 and virgin recently I found one mistake after another. Too much remote service. Poor service.

I (& the multifarious shortcomings of @bankwithsmile ) have tested @VodafoneUK 's customer service to destruction since Friday (broken phone, new phone, lost phone, customer's SIM swap, new phone). All @VodafoneUK staff I have dealt with have been brilliant.

@PaulCowland_ @VodafoneUK Wow Paul that’s awful and sounds like you have had a bum deal. Got to say that since I swapped to Vodafone I have had excellent service and no issues. O2 on the other hand were absolutely rubbish so I guess it happens on all the networks sometimes

Over a week waiting for someone from @VodafoneUK to call me back regarding issues with coverage. About 6 hours or 7 hours on hold when I ring them. Worst customer care I’ve ever come across

@iansltx In the UK there’s a lot of difference between buying gigabit FTTH via a quality ISP like @zeninternet vs a vile one like @VodafoneUK in terms of speed, latency and uptime, not to mention customer service. Losing that choice would be devastating.
