@VodafoneUK the worst customer service in terms of following up on an order. Since Jan, I tried to set up broadband, 3 times cancelled, no fault of my own. I only kept with them as I was promised goodwill against once set up. It was only in Aug it was done & went back on promise.

@abishop1980 @VodafoneUK @RobShand1 4G is unusable now, never above 1meg. Yet before upgrading I got 30meg. Utter rip off.
