Been with @VodafoneUK 23 years & my 'upgrade' options are the same price as new customer price. Loyalty doesn't pay does it. Fed up of 'disconnections team' discounts - about time all loyal customers got valued not just those who threaten to leave Are all networks the same?

@DaveMerchantCBC @VodafoneUK I know, they’re quick enough to sell you their phones ,after sales service should be much better. Not sure they can cut you off though. They’ll want their money. Phone back and say your willing to pay so much. I am payg as I had a carry on with contract. I only pay £10 a month.

@VodafoneUK Send me texts and messages through the app telling me to upgrade early (as per my plan). I call up, auto system quotes me a price. Get through to human to order, “You’re not eligible. I can’t give you a price” 🤬 …This is before we get to the appalling signal in N13

@VodafoneUK my daughters phone looses 4g nearly every month and you say that you have fixed it. Reported again 24/9 and still not resolved. Disgraceful service. I can see why you too ofcoms worst customer service stats 😤
