    @VodafoneUK Since visual voicemail was rolled out I’ve never been able to set it up. Several hours with support yesterday including a reset of my voicemail at your end and still no visual voicemail. Nothing online or via chat has resolved the issue. Can this please be looked at?

    @VodafoneUK your online chat option is utter garbage. Wasted two hours this morning trying to upgrade. Cut off/stopped working for a second time after another 45 mins. 2 hours wasted. 12+ years with your network and customer service has always been amazing. I’m so disappointed.

    @VodafoneUK Hey Vodafone, been a customer for years now and have just moved home, your signal here is quite poor, but keen to stay with VF…until today’s news about EU roaming. Just made it a very easy decision. Thanks for doing this pre iPhone launch so I can shop elsewhere
