    since 1994 but tomorrow my first job will be to cancel my contract with you @VodafoneUK & find another supplier. Just when people need communication more than ever and you put your prices up. Makes my blood boil....

    @VodafoneUK do you think it is right to sell your customers Broadband contracts without advising them during the sales process that you have known compatibility issues with Sky Q boxes. When I say compatibility issues, what i mean is your WiFi routers do not connect to SkyQ. 🤬🤬

Given my Mrs is a lawyer and leads consumer credit relations with the regulator, I know exactly what complaints to make - customer detriment main

    @VodafoneUK Absolutely not @VodafoneUK I found out this week you’ve been overcharging on two of my accounts, charging me for devices that I have already paid off. Customer services refuses to refund. You’re right to blush, taking money you’re not entitled to!

    @VodafoneUK In my experience over the last 12 months your 3 & 4G network is anything but reliable. Constant problems with disconnecting, poor quality calls & no service.

    @VodafoneUK Thanks for replying, I will DM, but after hours of calls already, your customer service team has made it clear that taking money you shouldn’t is my problem not yours. Not award winning service at all.

    @VodafoneUK 24 hours later you’ve not responded to my dm and my data is still edge. I’m with you because of your roaming. No other reason. Your business accounts are still roaming fine. You’ve not given me a time frame for a fix. Who do I send my bill to for having to purchase a local sim.

    @Sparky_tarpi @SmileySibs @VodafoneUK I ended up going to Sky Broadband after trying to upgrade my Vodafone package to no avail. Spanish Inquisition question from customer services! They made things very difficult. Ended up leaving them!
