    since 1994 but tomorrow my first job will be to cancel my contract with you @VodafoneUK & find another supplier. Just when people need communication more than ever and you put your prices up. Makes my blood boil....

    @VodafoneUK my contact is finished so I’m waiting to move to another network but keep the same number but when I went in the shop they said to ring but not sure how to get the PIN number I requested a phone call online but never had one

    @VodafoneUK Hi. That took me through eventually to an advisor, who could not help. All I need to do is to speak to an actual human, in person, who can sort my upgrade, and apply the VEA code. Why does this seem so impossible?

    @VodafoneUK No…..but I’ve often wondered if anyone from Vodafone is actually really going to deal with our account problems ?! Day no.99 (yep really). Possibly nearly 50+ different agents and still no solutions! They’ve admitted the problems and promised to make it all okay (on repeat)

    The @O2 @VodafoneUK mast is down AGAIN in #Cardiff #Pontcanna - as customers we are simply not important and are being charged £££ in 2021 for zero mobile services via unfit for purpose contracts. This is a disgrace @Ofcom
