@VodafoneUK do you think it is right to sell your customers Broadband contracts without advising them during the sales process that you have known compatibility issues with Sky Q boxes. When I say compatibility issues, what i mean is your WiFi routers do not connect to SkyQ. 🤬🤬

My god what a horrible #CustomerService @VodafoneUK Over 1hour on the phone trying to order broadband and you failed to honour your own advertised offer for cashback or Amazon credit. This is clear misrepresentation and one to report to @Ofcom and @TradeStandards
