@VodafoneUK oh dear not a good start to our new relationship. I’ve just come over to you as you promised better service at a better price! Not my experience in the last two days of being a customer. Auto service said wait time 1-2 minutes errr 22 minutes so far! #regret so soon.

@VodafoneUK our broadband with you was due to be activated yesterday. Today, still no broadband. All lights on router indicate no issues, but can't connect wirelessy or with cable I'm having to work from home and need access to internet

This is a company that kept on sending phone bills to my friend’s deceased husband for years - even if she informed them of his passing.
