@VodafoneUK Thanks, but yesterday our live chat experience was so poor I’m not sure I’d be any further on this evening, our customer service experience has been terrible. And I am perplexed as to why it breaches data protection to tell me if there are network problems for @vodafoneuk in LS29
-
Dan Surridge

@VodafoneUK so annoyed and angry with your broadband customer service - had a hardware issue with router last week, was expecting an exchange. Called this morning to check ETA and it turns out not only was the order not put in I now have to have a engineer visit before sending!

@VodafoneUK would it be possible to get some extra data for a few days for my mobile so I can wfh? My @EE broadband has gone down and the fix time is 24-48 hours! Would prefer not to get fired... The outcome of this will decide who is the best network 🤔

Hello @vodafoneuk we’ve been without broadband for 24 hours now. We spent at least 2.5 of those hours on your support chat, only to be told there is an Openreach problem in our area. So, can you confirm if that’s still the case in LS29?

Damien A Passmore
(@damien_a_p) reported
Well, @VodafoneUK, this morning you lost a customer. Two weeks of problems of your creation and "customer service" advisers that couldn't add a shred of humanity, understanding or ability to fix YOUR mistakes. Absolutely unacceptable levels of customer care.
-
Damien A Passmore
(@damien_a_p) reported
@ShitThingsRDG @VodafoneUK It's crazy. I know from my time there that they worked their arses off to improve the problems (and profile) of their customer service and it just feels like it's back to that substandard level again. An inflexible inability to recognise when a customer has been wronged
-
XAir
(@XAirMedia) reported
@TFM_MarkDavison @VodafoneUK I was with @VodafoneUK and they secretly over charged me... I was paying £22 for 2GB of data unlimited phone calls and messages. I'm now with BT I'm paying £20 for unlimited data minutes and texts. Tbh vodafone is just terrible.

So @VodafoneUK @VodafoneUKBiz despite repeated assurances you’ve not bothered keeping my old business landline. Going to take 10 days to get it transferred back. Terrible way to treat customers, business or otherwise. Any excuses?
