    1/2 @VodafoneUK 23 days without a landline or broadband and today was my fix date but guess what? No landline or broadband!!! And Iโ€™m now trying to ring them and the line keeps going dead

For your info with regard to your issue - virgin media have just been fined ยฃ28m for preventing people ending their contracts. Perhaps talks to the culture internally that you are describing
