@VodafoneUK absolutely abysmal customer service again! Yesterday i order a new Apple Watch, and today my WiFi calling turns off and can’t be switched back on until I sync with my new watch! Which i have no idea when will arrive, so basicallyi can’t use a phone I pay £60 pm for👍🏻

@VodafoneUK Hi Daniel, found a resolution after looking through other people’s posts here. Looks like the app no longer works with Chrome as default browser and I’ve had to go back to Safari in order to use it. Very disappointing! Please get app developers to fix for any browser. Thanks

@DJAshBash @ThreeUKSupport @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK I am also on Vodafone. And I would agree they now have overall a formidable network But they have less bandwith 5G than Three..50mHz as opposed to 140mHz so when Three eventually launch 5G 5G it'll be interesting how it all pans out.

@VodafoneUK recently switched to your unlimited max sim only from monthly plan and have rubbish signal since the switch. Brand new sim as of Monday, apps won’t load, emails unable to download (mailbox can’t even recognise when I’ve read/deleted), what’s app struggling to load.

Just talked with @VodafoneUK home #broadband tech support. @WeAreOpenreach network outage for the whole village of Dinas Powys, CF644QS. Since midnight. Engineers on it apparently. These things happen but with people working from home, it's a kick. #DinasPowys.

@VodafoneUK I have been a customer for over 4 years, always paid my bill on time and this time I asked to change my payment date as I was struggling to pay on-time, my payment date was changed now I'm being charged a late payment fee even though my bill is paid before it's due!!

@pdkmitchell @VodafoneUK Good luck, sounds terrible. I've observed with energy suppliers that basic functions of commercial services, like being able to switch, correcting an error etc are increasingly simply just not working, in ways that make mainstream policy discussions increasingly irrelevant.
