Just talked with @VodafoneUK home #broadband tech support. @WeAreOpenreach network outage for the whole village of Dinas Powys, CF644QS. Since midnight. Engineers on it apparently. These things happen but with people working from home, it's a kick. #DinasPowys.

@VodafoneUK Just to confirm, there's no FTTC network issues in my village? We get so many calls from people claiming to be from @OpenreachHelp saying we have poor speeds. I'm fed up of the spam calls. When I politely challenge them on it they get abrupt. CF644QS.

@VodafoneUK Still isn’t working - won’t allow change from 1 at £1/day to a bundle because it says already on a bundle :( try to cancel bundle and says technical issues …meanwhile credit balance being robbed of £1 a day

@VodafoneUK It's only the next village over. I've just ordered a SIM for my mobile number two. I'll register my postcode & might do for that one as it's so close for when & if U do get the village covered. I know that maps are never really that accurate!

@VodafoneUK Hi Daniel, found a resolution after looking through other people’s posts here. Looks like the app no longer works with Chrome as default browser and I’ve had to go back to Safari in order to use it. Very disappointing! Please get app developers to fix for any browser. Thanks

@VodafoneUK I've been trying to speak to your agents to upgrade for over an hour. Twice it just disconnected me, both times I was close to getting it signed off. I can't seem to log into My Vodafone to do it either. Bad customer service.

If you are looking to change broadband providers then AVOID @VodafoneUK at all costs!! The worst service I have ever experienced. Currently looking like having no broadband for Xmas! Useless!!

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Yes. And debt is "sold" from one collector to another, so it never ends, even if you give in and pay it. I paid off a relative's debt and ten years later I'm still getting calls trying to collect again

@ThreeUK good customer for 12 years after being offered 3 different plans with you to upgrade which are still more expensive than @virginmedia @VodafoneUK it ends up your agents got it wrong, then promised a call back between 11am and 1pm by a manager - I have not had a call

@VodafoneUK - what does it take to get any customer service from you? I am getting charged and yet you can't produce invoices. Each time I get through to someone I'm assured I will get a call back within 3 working days - Manav on the 10/06 and Ameer on 5/07 - I am still waiting!!

I think you’ve been through a painful time and it’s a shame that instead of being able to fully comfort your dad and remember the happier times with your late mum that Vodafone did this BS. I don't have any stake in the company to say this, I just love them so much. Energy / phone / insurance / broadband etc all with this company, and no nasty behaviour like Vodafone
