I imagine this should be a priority particularly if they support the NHS as there are thousands of staff here this would impact in a positive way.

Yesterday i order a new Apple Watch, and today my WiFi calling turns off and can’t be switched back on until I sync with my new watch! Which i have no idea when will arrive, so basicallyi can’t use a phone I pay £60 pm for👍🏻

Hysterically the landline in preference to one of the mobiles. Anyway the messaging service doesn't work - press 1 to hear the message just repeats it and cuts off.

Or are poor customers just left at the mercy of overseas call centres that are no help? My phone has not been working since last Friday evening. Can you provide an email address so I can write a complaint and explain the events? I am also pursuing this with the regulator.
