If you are looking to change broadband providers then AVOID @VodafoneUK at all costs!! The worst service I have ever experienced. Currently looking like having no broadband for Xmas! Useless!!

Just talked with @VodafoneUK home #broadband tech support. @WeAreOpenreach network outage for the whole village of Dinas Powys, CF644QS. Since midnight. Engineers on it apparently. These things happen but with people working from home, it's a kick. #DinasPowys.

@VodafoneUK I've been trying to speak to your agents to upgrade for over an hour. Twice it just disconnected me, both times I was close to getting it signed off. I can't seem to log into My Vodafone to do it either. Bad customer service.

@VodafoneUK Just to confirm, there's no FTTC network issues in my village? We get so many calls from people claiming to be from @OpenreachHelp saying we have poor speeds. I'm fed up of the spam calls. When I politely challenge them on it they get abrupt. CF644QS.

@VodafoneUK It's only the next village over. I've just ordered a SIM for my mobile number two. I'll register my postcode & might do for that one as it's so close for when & if U do get the village covered. I know that maps are never really that accurate!

@VodafoneUK Still isn’t working - won’t allow change from 1 at £1/day to a bundle because it says already on a bundle :( try to cancel bundle and says technical issues …meanwhile credit balance being robbed of £1 a day

@VodafoneUK Thanks for the thought, but I wasted 4+ hours a day for most of a December trying to sort out my account so that I wouldn’t get a bad credit rating etc for a contract I’d never taken out. Got phone calls from you at 3am etc. I met others going through the same thing.Never again!

@VodafoneUK partner upgraded today was told will be delivered tomorrow, you guys took wrong number of house down booked it for number 16 not 60, called straight away when realised to be told now have to wait till Friday….. it’s 22 houses up the street ffs 😡😡😡

@VodafoneUK what a crap company! Ordered a phone to be delivered today, no communication that it has been cancelled and even the help team on the phone can’t see why! Then have to wait 48-72 hours for a Manager call back! Wow, what a way to lose a long term customer!

@VodafoneUK are complete rubbish. I've had a billing issue for 3 consecutive months and they promise to change it next month. finally got through to a person and got cut off. my 20 + years as a customer is close to the end #vodafone #terribleservice
