@RobinITFC @VodafoneUK Mine’s down too, Suffolk. Been waiting for 56 minutes to speak to someone. I’ve had issues since taking the contract out with @vodafoneuk in May, it’s been absolutely appalling service!!

@Joser_72 @VodafoneUK Haha fair enough! One thing I have learned is that being able to contact someone easily is very important. You have to start asking questions when a company's only way of fixing internet issues is to go online and do it....

@RobinITFC @VodafoneUK In Ipswich too and my internet has been down since this morning. I tried the online chat and they said it’s services are down in the are and it could take 72 hrs to fix 🙄 very inconvenient when you work from home!
