  @VodafoneUK I have 2 handsets on my account for upgrade now so that would be a great start - flagship Nokia for me and iPhone for my wife, years free broadband would be good and a good strong signal at my daughters, in West Cornwall, please! I have been a loyal customer for over 23 years now

  @VodafoneUK Would love to say I would like to win, but never know of anyone who does and never any winning storys. Been with Vodafone for 15 years normal service. But this last upgrade left a sour tease questioning the future who ever wins 🏆please let know if it was worth it and let us know

  @VodafoneUK A new phone for myself daughter and son. Upgrade day today but prices are too high to get new handsets so would be nice to get something back from Vodafone after being a loyal customer for 18 years and never seam to get a deal

  @VodafoneUK A competitive upgrade option available from day 1 instead of having to call many teams to get this. It’s pretty obvious if my current monthly rental and usage is low, I don’t want to be offered deals costing me £30 a month more. Also from a very loyal customer...

  @VodafoneUK Have waited, heard nothing still have same issue. WiFi is not visible on the laptop. It sees multiple wi-fi's and connects to my phone hotspot but the broadband WiFi keeps disappearing from its list of available connections.
