    @VodafoneUK can you help? My parents are in their 70s and had set up a monthly Debit Card payment on PAYG. They wish to cancel it but don't know how. Is there a number they can call to cancel?

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK A month after my old Mum died, Virgin called me and said she was eligible for an upgrade. The lady on the phone couldn't grasp she'd passed even though her contract had been terminated. She kept saying she'd been a Mobile Customer for 10 years, she would get a great deal. Useless

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Condolences to you. They were awful when we cancelled mum's too, kept insisting they couldn't cancel without her approval but she didnt have capacity. When she died we found Severn Trent were the best overall, they didn't charge for her last few weeks, or while we were selling

    @VodafoneUK @vodafone Without doubt, the worst provider! May I suggest you actually check when bills are paid, in stead of sending messages threatening late fees & limited services! Concentrate on given the service you promise for the outrageous prices you charge! Thieves!

    @VodafoneUK openreach have just installed a cable into my gardenโ€ฆ Iโ€™m so confused! I signed up for Vodafone broadband in November! After many issues I called to cancel in April and was told Iโ€™d get a label to return router. today a cable has been diverted into my garden! Help!

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK We had so many problems with EE when my dad died in October 2025. Apparently death does not terminate his contract with them, we are having to carry on paying for his sports package until the end of the 2 year contract, as I own the house. Outrageous!
