All I want to do is cancel my phone contract with @VodafoneUK and I was on the phone waiting to get through for over an hour and half before giving up. I then tried to chat online and was on hold for 30 minutes before them closing the chat! I’m so annoyed, what terrible service

Wait until you leave your phone on between Portsmouth and Caen and see what vodafone charge you for roaming then. Total nightmare . Time for Royal Commission for Responsible Capitalism
