    @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK I had the same with Vodafone. Customer service was awful, I had them literally laughing and hanging up on me. Nearly caused us to lose a house move. Iโ€™ve sworn to never go back to them unfortunately!

    @VodafoneUK I thought in this day and age you were supposed to give me notice of any increase in price. I had my new bill today and it has gone up. I wasn't aware of any in reasonable due. Also it has never happened at this time of the year.

    terrible signal service since @ThreeUK and @VodafoneUK merged. all networks have been crap with 5g never working and 4g being downgraded but this is ridiculous. signal checkers always say its fine. @SMARTYMobileUK uses 3 and i can't ever use what i pay for. #smartymobile

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK I went through exactly the same issue, it was only when I threatened them with legal action and exposure they eventually cancelled the contract. Don't give up, don't pay a penny.
