Anyone on @VodafoneUK having issues with their data disappearing? I've had my mobile data off for most of 24 hours and have had a text to say I spent nearly 6GB in the 2-3 hours I had it on - on Google Maps and socials 🙃

@VodafoneUK has confirmed that the company is a licenced scammer since it refused to refund my money. The customer service of will always give conflicting information order WEB-0001000023210679 which has been cancelled since October is yet to get refund

@TheFCA How can @VodafoneUK assign a defaulted account at an address I never lived at to my @Equifax file with no due diligence. When disputed it has taken me many hours to try and resolve and while being investigated still appears on my credit report affecting my rating.
