    @VodafoneUK Your auto help line is stupid I dumped "my Vodafone" help because of it..making me repeat simple questions like i'am a child,i'am 57 year old no a child.

    So, switched to Sky Mobile who use the o2 network. Can’t believe how poor their signal is. Nowhere near as good as @VodafoneUK Big big mistake to save little £££s

    @VodafoneUK since when did you get so rubbish at customer service? Upgraded , received a faulty phone, three calls and one store visit later I’m still trying to return this item??? Absolutely abysmal !

    I am so fed up with having connectivity issues with my home broadband. Every time I ring they say they have fixed it and then it goes off again. I would not recommend @VodafoneUK for broadband.

    @VodafoneUK how can I make a complaint and speak to someone in the UK? I have had no internet for over a week now and open reach are doing a terrible job and I'm getting no where with Vodafone as well.

    @VodafoneUK Interesting scam attempt today. Call from landline claiming to be vodafone with a discount for my monthly payment for being a loyal customer. Scammer is able to generate a 2-FA code to be sent from Vodafone and they ask for the code. Just hung up on them lmao.
