    @VodafoneUK Your auto help line is stupid I dumped "my Vodafone" help because of it..making me repeat simple questions like i'am a child,i'am 57 year old no a child.

    @VodafoneUK can you help? My parents are in their 70s and had set up a monthly Debit Card payment on PAYG. They wish to cancel it but don't know how. Is there a number they can call to cancel?

    Yet again @VodafoneUK another 2hr call and promised a manager call back, nothing again. Now on the phone again to you. What is the problem here ? Is it employing foreigners that barely speak English ๐Ÿค” Or are you just so incompetent that nobody has a clue ๐Ÿค”

    Hi @VodafoneUK if itโ€™s possible to video chat with people in space how come I struggle for any kind of decent network connection in our major cities. In the past month I have been in London and Birmingham and had to switch to free WiFi in places to get service.

    @VodafoneUK @CityFibre you have now cancelled three installation appointments for my poor father. He has no WiFi for weeks and is spending a fortune on phone data due to having to hot spot. Please can you get this sorted for him ASAP!!

    Iโ€™ve been a @VodafoneUK customer for over quarter century. I wonโ€™t be as soon as I land back in the UK. 3 plans, all roaming prepped in advance. One roaming failing completely, another charging per day extortion rates despite pass. Support systems either clueless or just broken
