    @VodafoneUK I honestly can’t cope with the customer service here, told them my phone is restricted so can’t call their free number, and then they fob me off with their automated service to log in to my account which has been restricted and won’t let me reset my password 🤬🤬

    @VodafoneUK I just got a bill from Vodafone which includes an £18 charge for calling Carphone Warehouse (CW) on 08700870168, for 26 minutes. That works out to be roughly 70p a minute; 3p comes from CW and 67p comes from Vodafone. This is a shocking way to treat your customers.

    @VodafoneUK so my partner has 2 phone contacts , a tablet ,broadband and 2 smart watches. The watches had to be returned due to issues. This was 6 months ago , you e now lost them and the issue has not been resolved 😤 yet we still pay the bill 🤔please help 🙏

    Stay away from @freemobile - cheap service with TONS of hidden fees and hidden “premium phone numbers”. $20/mo service routinely charges me $100 for a single 20 min phone call within Europe. You get what you pay for! Use @VodafoneUK or @ThreeUK.
