Will the price go up every month? Or will I find at some point it isnโt? PS, Iโve been with you 23 years, but I donโt think weโll make 25. Poor.

Can't collect a new phone from your store because of a system issue, but told it will take 24-48 hours to resolve as the tech team has gone home for the day. The whole process to upgrade has been a joke

I ported from Three this Monday and it was successful however I cannot access the app at all, only the website works. Looks like it's a reprovisioning error on your side. Investigation was raised but nothing's come out of it.
