@VodafoneUK Ciara....a Vodafone personnel.....unfortunately I do not know her family name....if it were not for Ciara...my 30 years of association with Vodafone would have gone.....without her help I would have struggled to keep in touch with my son stuck abroad and can not travel back.

@VodafoneUK I have no signal in the HS20SN area. I called customer service where the person on the other end had a horrifically crackly line. I was told it would be fixed 'really really soon' and it's been 2 days. Can you give me any info? Useful info?

@VodafoneUK Thanks - it would still be good to perhaps change your practice so that they are not so persistent. A call here and there I can understand but they ought to get the message when someone doesn't pick up... leaving a voicemail would help too.
