In 2022, UK mobile network operators completely abandoned 3G network. In 2012 when I was using my 3G for internet, I could easily stream youtube video, nowadays once network drops from 4G/5G to 3G - I basically have no internet at all. This is absurd. @VOXI_UK @VodafoneUK

@VodafoneUK I'm not 'feeling the connection' with your customer service on the online chat. I've spent about two hours trying to cancel my contract and still no further on! Half an hour this morning, and now booted off. Very poor.

@VodafoneUK Tried that several times as per your advisers instrutions. Last time we phoned for help you deleted our passwords so we are unable to access anything. Dealing with your help desk is a waste of time.

@Craigchelsea91 Yes, their customer service is appalling. @VodafoneUK had been overcharging me for months and offered not enough refund. They are not solving it within their own agreed 7-10 days. It’s probably worth trying Sky mobile, they have better prices.
