Now into day five with no working landline and now the fibre had gone down. ******* @VodafoneUK are beyond useless. Unacceptable lack of service and a phone support is staffed by a bunch of incompetents

@VodafoneUK I’ve been trying to cancel my internet broadband contract with yourselves but I’m unable to obtain a cancellation email. I spoke with your cs team a few times (including a senior) and their unable to advise. Also I have no idea how to return your router… plz advise!
