    @VodafoneUK can you help? My parents are in their 70s and had set up a monthly Debit Card payment on PAYG. They wish to cancel it but don't know how. Is there a number they can call to cancel?

    .@VodafoneUK FINALLY got “free” succulents from month ago & loads broken. Less plants & more propagation. Expected more from YouGarden & yourself. All 3 boxes contained broken succulents. Basically leaves. Packaging should’ve protected so think they were broken b4 sent out.

    @VodafoneUK after I was on the phone for two hours upgrading last week, then another day for 40 mins, then two visits to your Loughton store.. you’ve managed to cancel my order. Brilliant, wasted my time, think I’ll leave now, ridiculous. Nurul in your store is lovely tho btw

    @VodafoneUK I am affected by the current issue you have with Xbox series S/X connected via ethernet to the router. When starting up the Xbox shows as not connected to the internet. What options are you offering to customers affected by this issue? 1/2

    @VodafoneUK I’m always loosing reception and 4G is untrustworthy. Then my bill 😡 I have iPhone and Apple Watch on same account but 3 different payments? App is useless as well as customer service
