@VodafoneUK @richieprawn Out in CO5, very annoying to have no time frame. Take it as we are coming up to 24 hours without a service which impacts many others that our bill will be discounted? Do you have any other solutions???

@VodafoneUK It's Vodafone Spain. Your company. They are offering a €10 pay as you go sim including free roaming in the UK. I might as well cancel my contract in the UK and buy one from Vodafone Spain.

@VodafoneUK @OmbudServices Thanks Alex- as we are now into unknown duration territory e.g. this could be a further number of days outage, what contingency do you have in place for your customers- what are our options if not on voda mobile for data tethering. People still need to work.

I go to put a movie on Netflix for me & cub to watch for his next feed, I forgot the Internet is still not working.@VodafoneUK any updates? Would be nice to know what's going on and how long it's going to take now.Wish I didn't do another contract with you at this rate

@VodafoneUK That funny because I just got off the phone after waiting for 2hours and one of you customer service team said 24-48hours. Seem funny how Vodafone problems always seem to occur on the weekends. I’m sick of this rubbish service. I shall be changing provider in the new year.
