    @VodafoneUK No one replied to my DM. I rang and spent 40 mins on the phone to your customer service team till they hung up whilst I was on hold. I've been a Vodafone customer for 13 years but I'm definitely leaving you now.

    @VodafoneUK COMPLAINT: Signal 7 miles from Newbury and Vodafone HQ (!) absolutely terrible, can’t make or receive calls for over 12 months. Totally unacceptable for a paying and loyal Vodafone customer (20 years!) Please update me urgently on your plans to fix.

    @VodafoneUK now forty hours plus with no service. Esim activate QR code email not being sent. Love response from online help “this is new, we don’t know how to fix it”

    @VodafoneUK - having cut my terminally ill Mother off two days before her contract end you now send her a bill for £300 for ending contract early despite providing limited service fir last 6 months. You disgusting human beings. You don’t reply to DM nor by phone nor return calls
