    @VodafoneUK Your auto help line is stupid I dumped "my Vodafone" help because of it..making me repeat simple questions like i'am a child,i'am 57 year old no a child.

    @VodafoneUK hi. I’m having trouble updating my voicemail greeting. I keep getting an Error 1035 pop up. I’ve tried resetting network, doing this with 4G and airplane mode. Still says the same thing. Can you help me please?

    @missbecka_ @VodafoneUK Urgh, did they give you the standard line about checking DPD when it ships which does not address your question. On the outside they say they want to help but really they seem clueless.

    Can't help thinking that being transferred 4 times for a simple account question means your customer service system has got too complicated @VodafoneUK. Maybe drop the chatbot and invest in training for real people so that they can answer a wider range of queries?

    @VodafoneUK The offer is no longer available. I need my previous order upheld. Given that it seems there is no customer support available even to get a confirmed order actually installed, I’m no longer sure I want to chance it with a 2 year contract with Vodafone.

    @VodafoneUK having taken out 2 new contracts with you on the 1st I am still not receiving the signal I'm paying for therefore I wash to cancell both of them and return to @EE. Please tell me how I go about this.

    @cmiddisd @VodafoneUK Clair I'm waiting 12 days and my orders are waiting in dpd to collect. I've only been told wait for a text from dpd when they are delivering. Problem is dpd are at least 7-10 days behind on there order collection and deliveries. Shocking service.

    All I want to do is ask @VodafoneUK to deliver a broadband booster promised twice but never arrived. I've already been transferred twice this morning. Would be fabulous to be able to email and then get on with my day but perhaps that tech is too complex :-D

    DAY 2. STILL STRANDED ON VODAFONE messages are painfully slow and are not really moving the situation forward. They take hours to reply! So regret leaving O2 for this shower of ****. @VodafoneUK
