    @VodafoneUK I’m on the phone to your team and they’re telling me 9-15 days wait. I knew there was a problem but after trying to get through for 24 hours I’ve had to find out myself there’s an error and now I’ve got to wait. How is this fair? Fed up of being messed around.

    @VodafoneUK Honestly can't wait until December so I can cancel my contract. Other networks now giving alot better deals and after over 20 yrs loyalty think it's time for a change

    When you call @VodafoneUK about your Internet consistently not working but yet the bills paid on time and their answer is they don't have access to their own system lol.. This is meant to be their customer service? Lol

    @1878Johnny @VodafoneUK they are all as bad as each other, i just cant see how hard it can be to take and process an upgrade and deliver a phone on a date they promised. Its laughable. If our sales team performed like that they would all be canned.
