Hey @VodafoneUK I cancelled a contract months ago and am continuing to get billed and charged despite numerous calls and chats with customer service. I have now cancelled direct debit (which you told me not to do) but haven’t been reimbursed for months of a service IM NOT USING

So frustrated. @VodafoneUK have looked at our internet for two weeks and claimed to have fixed it. Two days of it being ok since moving from the test port, finally, and it’s gone off again. It’s a disgrace. So tired of their poor service and inability to solve a problem.

@VodafoneUK why can I not get on the Wifi on the tube? It’s causing serious issues with my productivity. If it’s not fixed soon, I’ll need to jump ship (after being a customer of 16 years!)
