@VodafoneUK can you help? My parents are in their 70s and had set up a monthly Debit Card payment on PAYG. They wish to cancel it but don't know how. Is there a number they can call to cancel?

@VodafoneUK Of course they’re never welcome, but you appear to be taking advantage of the current high inflation rates to justify the unjustifiable, knowing that people in the middle of a contract have no way out. I will be take this into consideration when my contract is up for renewal.

@VodafoneUK I do not accept your 8.2% price increase on my bill. And when my contract is due to be renewed in August I'll be choosing another network provider. #Vultures

Just found out something really annoying - numbers you block can still leave you voicemails on @VodafoneUK. A customer who has suspected dementia and has gotten hold of my personal number instead of using the work one, but apparently the only option is to report to police?!

Hi @VodafoneUK, I contacted you twice recently, and within the 14 day cool-off, to cancel an order. I was assured this had been taken care of but I’m still being charged. Can you help?
-
Stuart Fergus
(@stuartfergus) reported
Absolute dog **** of a service from @VodafoneUK promised deal would stay in place for new contract by at least 2 members of staff and new upgrade handset would be sent out once back in stock, this was confirmed twice to me and now they say I have to start the application again!

@VodafoneUK Thanks. Busy now but will do later if the call doesn't work out.

@VodafoneUK how can you justify a 9.3% increase on your bill, then to be told that you aren’t willing to help reduce costs by a resolution manager. Well that’s 4 phone contracts you will be losing in the coming months.
