    @VodafoneUK can you help? My parents are in their 70s and had set up a monthly Debit Card payment on PAYG. They wish to cancel it but don't know how. Is there a number they can call to cancel?

    @VodafoneUK Your auto help line is stupid I dumped "my Vodafone" help because of it..making me repeat simple questions like i'am a child,i'am 57 year old no a child.

    Ordered iPhone 17 Pro 6 days ago and order hasn't even been processed yet, is this the service people expect from @Apple? I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra from @VodafoneUK and it arrived 22 hours later.

    @VodafoneUK Currently 9 days into new contract and still no service. Numerous hours of phonecalls and trip to shop and still no sign of getting what i've paid for. Surely this is unacceptable @Ofcom @CommsOmbudsman. How do I get what I've paid for when vodafone refuse to provide.

    hi @VodafoneUK - over the last few months your coverage has got so bad that I not only don't get a signal in my village, but I have problems in central London too. Any particularr reason for this? Given it's a business phone, it's not ideal!

    @VodafoneUK cant order broadband online PR7 7JY number 57 can you fix? "Network is at capacity so a new ONT cannot be ordered." I suspect this is what your checker is flagging on. However, this caveat only applies to installations requiring a new ONT -ONT is already present

    @VodafoneUK customer service is a piss take, my contract has ended and Iโ€™ve now received a text to say I have a bill to pay when I have already paid my list bill, but itโ€™s also now not showing me my bills as Iโ€™m no longer a customer and I also canโ€™t use the chat bot

    @VodafoneUK your support has been quite disappointing. I ported from Three this Monday and it was successful however I cannot access the app at all, only the website works. Looks like it's a reprovisioning error on your side. Investigation was raised but nothing's come out of it.

    @Apple @VodafoneUK 8 days have passed. Phone cases and screen protectors have all arrived from China. Phone still not shipped. This is shite service @Apple.
