His £20/m mobile broadband (data only) sim contract became £200/m. 3 times he called and they promised to block all payments. He cancelled in the end and went off-line.

I upgrade my phone last week with Vodafone. Since the upgrade I have no internet on my phone and after spending hours and hours on the phone to them I’m no further forward. Customer service is atrocious @VodafoneUK
