    So after an hour+ on the phone to @VodafoneUK I'm no closer to having my case resolved. I knew upgrading was a bad idea and the trade in discount was too good to be true.

    @VodafoneUK @SteveVoller1 I have been with Vodafone for over 8 years and I'm very happy with the service...but if you decide that GB news is not safe then I'm gone as this is utterly ridiculous now!
