@PaulCowland_ @VodafoneUK Had massive problems with Vodaphone about 10 years ago. I hope the poor bloke in the shop has manged to extract the handset from where I suggested it get shoved. Haven't been near them since and certainly won't as all I hear is horror stories.

@PaulCowland_ @VodafoneUK If u want Vodafone's coverage & network but non of their bull-s**t DD payment issue nonsense then go SIM only if poss on VOXI as all socials, YouTube e.t.c DOES NOT form part of your Data Allowance plus no payment issues

@max_tappenden @zeninternet @VodafoneUK Yeah, we basically don't have that issue now. Verizon tried putting Netflix over a barrel, as did Comcast, but there's enough competition now that routing is reasonable and uptime issues are limited to last-mile infra issues 99.9% of the time.

@PaulCowland_ @VodafoneUK I think trying to move any service, in fact just contacting O2 and virgin recently I found one mistake after another. Too much remote service. Poor service.
