    @VodafoneUK Your auto help line is stupid I dumped "my Vodafone" help because of it..making me repeat simple questions like i'am a child,i'am 57 year old no a child.

    @VodafoneUK can you help? My parents are in their 70s and had set up a monthly Debit Card payment on PAYG. They wish to cancel it but don't know how. Is there a number they can call to cancel?

    @VodafoneUK 4 days in a row now I’ve had broadband connection problems. Up from 3 days last week. Last week you told me to get a screw driver and take my box apart. When i was ready to put it back together the call centre had cut me off as they had gone home for the day!

    @VodafoneUK trying to get a response re a phone on my account that is continuously restarting. Being sent to a digital chat room not working. This is a crap response for the £100+ you take from me each month and have done for 10+ years.

    @VodafoneUK I wanted to cancel my contract when it ended but was encouraged to switch to Voxi, now I’ve realised I’m still being charged for my Vodafone contract. Unable to find a real person to talk to when using the app.

    @VodafoneUK I chose Vodafone due their good customer service. It’s so pathetic now. First they made changes to my plan without informing me. Then they are incontactable.

    @VodafoneUK I did that and it’s showing full red bars. It was working fine UNTIL I changed my data plan last night and it’s been slow with pages taking 1 minute to load
