@VodafoneUK Spent about an 1 hour & a half onto customer care today for a explanation of why I can't ring this number as part of my big value bundle. 3 different explanations & I still can't call this number. I'm able to call other numbers no problem.

@VodafoneUK I called the number the chat bot gave me simply to be told to hang up and click a link to chat to someone. What is going on? Why can’t customers just simply speak to somebody anymore this is painstakingly pathetic and main reason for leaving. Absolutely had enough.

2nd evening wasted on the phone with @VodafoneUK to try to fix the sync between a phone and a watch. As many ideas on doing it as there are customer service representatives! And we are none the wiser. Not working. Not reasonable. #techfatigue #TechTyranny

@VodafoneUK best Worst broadband provider. Every advisor tells you something different and puts you in a different queue. Wasted hours on chats to **** Tobi and on calls.

@VodafoneUK Awful service for a new fibre broadband customer. Router connected and FTTP lights green. Router still flashing red more than 24 hrs later and I’ve been fobbed off via chat. Your 24 hr service is a bot. I am the customer who NEVER comes back and tells everyone I know.
