the greatest fear of doing #rcpestAs20athome is when your @virginmedia connection is abruptly gone and their service status website says nothing is wrong. Hopefully, the other delegates don't have a similar problem. Thankfully @VodafoneUK gave me a good data plan

Almost 2 hours on the phone to @VodafoneUK - passed to 3 different departments(explaining my situation each time🙄)only to finally be told to go to a store to sort it out once they reopen on the 2nd 🥵Also sent 4 DM’s on here with zero response.Pretty rubbish customer service 👎

@theshaunwalker @VodafoneUK Nice - ask up front. I had a looooong argument with (🤔 WSJ iirc) over their "cancel anytime" promise... which turned out to be "anytime, 10am-4pm EDT, by phoning a sales person, waiting on hold for an interminable about of time and eventually justifying yourself to them" 🤬
