Upgraded with @VodafoneUK after 10+ years of being with them. Confirmed with an agent the delivery time of my phone. Have had others confirm since that it would arrive by Friday. Today, told another 2 week wait. Then told they can't give me a complaints email address. WTF.

@VodafoneUK you are the worst firm in the world to deal with. I have been trying to complete a Transfer of ownership for 5 days. I've spoken to 7 vodafone employees and each one has failed to do anything, except lie to me. They are an absolute disgrace.

So after about 3 weeks of trying to give @VodafoneUK my money, I think I'm finally giving up, if dealing with them is this much of a headache when you're just trying to sign up, I can' imagine what it'd be like trying to contact them for any issues once you're in contract
