    @VodafoneUK can you help? My parents are in their 70s and had set up a monthly Debit Card payment on PAYG. They wish to cancel it but don't know how. Is there a number they can call to cancel?

    @VodafoneUK Hello. I have asked for the "Super Wi-Fi setting to be removed from my account as I want to control my router not use a broken app or call up when I want to change something, I asked for this to be done 5 days ago! I am on day 5 and it still turned on! I was told on Friday it was taken off my account but it's not! I am on the phone again to try and get this sorted AGAIN!

    @KirstieMAllsopp @VodafoneUK @lycamobile Had a nightmare with Lyca trying to save a few quid literally walked into my local tesco mobile shop and nearly cried whilst telling the brilliant youth my life story of hell ! ( lots of clicking of buttons from her back on Tesco !) joy - perfect - will never leave them !!

    Can’t believe @VodafoneUK won’t believe my mums DOB after her passing this week and won’t allow me to cancel the account. Her banks, energy companies have all shown great compassion and assistance but not our pals @VodafoneGroup They insist I’ve got the wrong information.
