Paul Jones - Performer/Shooter, Web sites๐ (@pauljonesAIR) reported@VodafoneUK OK, so, a complaint Phone, with bank cards, lost. No problem, get a new one. I went to the vodafone shop, with my passport and my bank statement. They can't help. They can only order a sim for a lost phone if I have my bank cards. The ones in the phone. That will take a week to replace. They told me to phone customer services. CS were surprised the shop could not help, so put me through security. Which I failed. I even have a 4 digit code? Never used it. My last bill? No idea, because it's a text on my phone. Look at my bank statement? Fair plan, but my LOST PHONE is my 2FA device, so before showing me my statement, my bank will send a text to my phone, the one I don't have any more... They said I failed security and the only option would be a security reset. They'd send me an email. You know what the security reset asks for? a PHOTO of my passport and a PHOTO of my bank statement. You know what is LESS SECURE than a person standing in front of you, with their physical passport and bank statement? A photo of those documents attached to a form. It's almost as though you have not paid attention to what AI image generation can do these days. If you ever need to get a DBS check, they require you turn up, in person , and present physical documents. Not photos. SUGGESTION : If a customer comes to a shop with their passport and bank statement, THAT IS SECURE ID and the shop should be able to order a sim replacement.

@screechy (@screechy451738) reported@VodafoneUK I have an open complaint (167430127). I'm moving house locally and you can only provide 60 Mbps instead of my contracted 900 Mbps. Your agent is demanding a ยฃ555 exit fee for a service you can no longer provide. This is a material detriment.

Mark Connolly (@macon1375) reportedAbsolutely shocking from @O2 today. Years of loyalty and 2 hours haggling still give me worse deals than a new customerโฆ.. who wants my business @ee @VodafoneUK

๐๐ฎ๐ก๐๐ข๐ซ (@zu_h_air) reported@VodafoneUK your support has been quite disappointing. I ported from Three this Monday and it was successful however I cannot access the app at all, only the website works. Looks like it's a reprovisioning error on your side. Investigation was raised but nothing's come out of it.

Habibi Brother (@0xHabibiBrother) reported@HMRCcustomers Like I said I am not in the country. So I don't know but it's that time of the year so I am pretty sure I have. I have contacted @VodafoneUK to issue me a sim digitally but since I purchased via @currys they are of no help, and I cannot get in contact with Currys.
