So @VodafoneUK @VodafoneUKBiz despite repeated assurances you’ve not bothered keeping my old business landline. Going to take 10 days to get it transferred back. Terrible way to treat customers, business or otherwise. Any excuses?

@VodafoneUK I wish mobile data and signal in my area working as it used to. It's been more than 3 weeks now of no service! I wish Vodafone would start taking their customers seriously and stop giving excuses instead of fixing the problem. Perhaps its time to move to another provider...

@TFM_MarkDavison @VodafoneUK I was with @VodafoneUK and they secretly over charged me... I was paying £22 for 2GB of data unlimited phone calls and messages. I'm now with BT I'm paying £20 for unlimited data minutes and texts. Tbh vodafone is just terrible.

Hello @vodafoneuk we’ve been without broadband for 24 hours now. We spent at least 2.5 of those hours on your support chat, only to be told there is an Openreach problem in our area. So, can you confirm if that’s still the case in LS29?
