    (1) On the phone to @VodafoneUK for over 2 hours calling about the terrible service in my area. Told the mast being fixed would be fixed by 12th. Rang today to be told mast still isn’t fixed and I have 2G within my area

    @VodafoneUK hi, do you have any network issues in Birmingham B1? I have a mobile and a 5G device for broadband and both give great speed tests but the internet is slow, I’ve tried on all my computers and wired/wireless are same, websites take about 7-8 seconds to load
