    @VodafoneUK can you help? My parents are in their 70s and had set up a monthly Debit Card payment on PAYG. They wish to cancel it but don't know how. Is there a number they can call to cancel?

    @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK Write them a letter, I had the same issue, Indian call centres telling me I have no option but to pay. They soon wiped the debt when I wrote a strong complaint letter

    @VodafoneUK 4 failed contract orders in 4 days, endless broken callback promises, & zero help. As a vulnerable customer, being left with offline home security cameras for a week is a massive safety issue. I need an urgent response to raise an official complaint. DM me.

    @worldmeetdani @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK Same issue with O2 over an apparent 20 quid bill after I finished my contract but no letters or emails. Said they didnโ€™t have to. Defaulted on 8 months after they gave the โ€œdebtโ€ to another company. credit score in the shitter and almost never got a mortgage as a result ๐Ÿซ

    If you travel to Spain, make sure you use @movistar_es when data roaming. Superb network out there. I only wish the UK networks were as good. @VodafoneUK comes closest here in the UK.

    @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK Firstly raise a complaint via the credit reference agency - Equifax, Experian et al as theyโ€™ll be able to force Vodafone to review your credit file and make right. Then a complaint to Vodafone for compensation as their dodgy reporting may well have ruined your credit file
