    @VodafoneUK you are the SINGLE WORST ISP in the UK. So you increase prices, but then SLOW the connection down and make it unreliable (out for a fking HOUR just now!). No I won't give you my details. You KNOW you've got problems, ******* FIX THEM.

    @Dhivyavasudeva1 @VodafoneUK Hate to break it to you, Dhivya but Vodafone UK don't care once you've signed up. They're easily the worst internet provider I've EVER had. Pulling tricks like lowering your connection speed, disconnects without warning, a tech team with ZERO tech expertise. Utter garbage fire.

    @VodafoneUK has the absolute worst customer service. 40 minutes on the phone to my "dedicated line" for Pro customers and no response. Utterly dreadful.

    Dear @VodafoneUK, why is it impossible to cancel my account online? I don't want my PAC or STAC and you need to sack TOBI. I cannot use the SIM to call you, I just want to cancel as my contract is up. C'mon, it shouldn't be this difficult!

    @VodafoneUK 😡😡20 mins on phone to your CS team to then be told. Sorry can’t help you. You need to call another team and change your tariff to get something which I requested be included when I upgraded. 😡😡

    @VodafoneUK it should not be this hard to upgrade my phone, delivery date given, find you cancelled order with no notice/reason, 67 minutes on chat just now and then the messages vanish!! WOEFUL service
