@Abbywright88 @VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK for Vodafone customers whose prices went up for no reason I’d recommend moving to any other network.... tricky part is actually getting hold of someone at Vodafone to sort this out. Less than 3 months into my contract and Vodafone is hiking prices. Very poor behaviour

Home Internet Speed: <10Mbs. 4G at home: 40Mbs. 5G in the next village over 137Mbs! Why is broadband so terrible? And why won't @OpenreachHelp roll out fibre to my area or @VodafoneUK upgrade the mast to 5G in my area?

@VodafoneUK I've got a little Vodafone PAYG phone which I keep as a spare. What rubbish. I've just spent the past HOUR trying to top it up and still haven't managed it. So slow and unresponsive and the MyVodafone app is awful.

@VodafoneUK hey logged into my account to upgrade a sim only yet there are miles better offers on your website for new customers such as £15 a month 30gb unlimited calls and txts 12 months why can’t I have that as an upgrading customer

I ALWAYS have to call @VodafoneUK multiple times to get one thing done. They always tell me I’m a long time customer but don’t treat me like it. Now I have to have another call tomorrow. So that’s 3 calls in total for one repair bag that should have arrived last week!!!
