    @VodafoneUK That’s pretty poor customer service - especially when it’s not my fault. I was told it the device was in stock. That’s wasn’t the case. You advert says ‘the latest phone’, but because of the stock issue, I will NEVER have latest phone when I upgrade.

    @vodafoneuk i have now been on hold for over 1hr and 15 minutes, after trying to a get resolution with your customer relation department. This is the 7th phone call to you and now this is about 8 hrs on the phone. I am reasonable but this is a sure way to annoy your customer.

    @VodafoneUK data single in SN2 has been god awful for about 48 hours and no 5G to be seen. Considering I pay for 5G and am not currently getting 5G….
