    @VodafoneUK after lots of time on the phone to a variety of your staff and having all sorts of promises of better service my broadband has dropped again. I can not get hold of anyone to fix this because no one is available . I am so far from amused

    @VodafoneUK what is the status with getting service back at YO19 6EA ? There has been no service for days, and when you need to receive texts for online services / 2FA it is of no use at all. It is not good enough. Do we get a refund for no service at our home address for days ?

    @VodafoneUK shocking service chasing a phone for 3 weeks. For my daughters Christmas present Not told it was out of stock when upgraded. Not giving me all the options when wanted to change phone. Lady that served me today, only highlight. Who was a credit to otherwise shambles.

    @VodafoneUK this is ridiculous! Not only no service after signing monthly contract 5 days ago, plus mixed msgs from customer services with me chasing... But now on PAYG? (sipposedly) AND you've wiped my credit!!! THATS THIEVERY

    Absolutely terrible service from @VodafoneUK for broadband. Getting less than 3mbps every night. Tier 4 and no TV thanks a lot. 😭

    @VodafoneUK have you guys adopted a policy to harassing the customers? your customer teams cant understand simple tasks and everyone who comes on the call has a different story. very bad please do reshuffle your team and educate them for the betterment of customers.

    @VodafoneUK we have been investigated for fraud but your courier service stole the phone on 2 occasions. We get verified after supplying all ID and evidence. Then the SIM card is faulty Then I call about 5 times a week on hold for over an hour to be lied to numerous times.

    @VodafoneUK Your people have been trying to sort this issue out for a few weeks now, you’ve compensated us due to the speeds but no improvement, wasted hours trying to sort it out, just want a resolution

    @VodafoneUK I have been waiting over 4 Weeks for my giffy bag to arrive made over 6 calls during this time and still NO BAG!!! What is going on, I am appalled at this service, your agents are useless
