    @VodafoneUK You just sent me a bill for an account I closed in 2017. What is going on? I don't owe you anything. In fact for many years you owed me and I only got that back in December. I have no idea what the login details are and I will not accept my credit score getting ruined

    @VodafoneUK can you tell me why I've not had working broadband for 3 months, had 8 engineers out, the last 4 open have said we need a new router yet we have been refused everytime by your call centers? Your customer service is absolutely shocking. Weve wasted hours on the phone.

    @VodafoneUK Please can you advise if there is a mass outage (or in Braintree at least) or are we being mislead by your support team? Up to 72h to find out an update on a fix isn't a helpful enough SLA for business broadband.
