@VodafoneUK Hello, apparently it's a wider issue perhaps? Some with bt and sky have got the same problem. Possibly openreach have done something at the exchange point. She's already gone through the live web help chat and they've monitoring it but not sure what else we can do?

@VodafoneUK Hi there, I ordered an eSIM on 30th and haven’t received it by email yet. Just wanted to double check that is normal, the switchover from my current provider is happening today so wanted to check I wouldn’t be without service for too long

@VodafoneUK I am absolutely appalled by you service today. Tried to make a switch to voxi, wasn’t told about the fact I would lose phone signal. Tried to call and faced a wall garden 6 times. Spoke to complaints and I was disconnected 4 times and no one has rang me back!!!

Love sitting in @VodafoneUK's web chat for like 30 minutes+ just for it to reconnect me with the bot once I get to number 1 in the queue. All I want is a PAC code to leave the network and end my contract, shouldn't need to go into a webchat or ring them.

@VodafoneUK If you take more money than you are supposed one month more, I'm going to @Ofcom. Truly incompetent, incapable of fixing things. For the 3rd month, another incorrect amount taken from my bank after saying you fixed it. A number for a manager in Customer Care please.
