    so, today has been all about contract issues with 2 firms I have been very loyal to for many years, @VodafoneUK and @virginmedia Both of which have made me feel less than a valued customer. Sad times.

    @VodafoneUK hi my Account Number: 7059384730. i signed up the contract with £20.7 per month, but i have been charged correctly for the first month and the third month, the rest months i have been overcharged. i rang up in July and was told that you would correct it but never did

    @VodafoneUK Need better customer service at your Braehead store. Completely unhelpful and couldn’t even get in the store to discuss problem. Staff member at door dismissive and unhelpful #dobetter
