@VodafoneUK I’ve spoken to sales, been on with your online reps…nothing. 20yrs a customer, wanting to charge me an upgrade fee, offering some of the worst deals going and not prepared to reward loyalty. No one will even ring me, I have to ring you and be put on hold for 20mins at a time

If you're thinking of trying @VodafoneUK broadband. Don't bother. Mine went down Wednesday, was quoted a max 72 hour fix. After 8 hours of speaking to customer service agents, still haven't been contacted by 2nd line tech who were to contact me for fixing the problem. #broadband

@VodafoneUKBiz @VodafoneUK @VodafoneUKBiz refusing to cancel the new contract as per its own 30 day fault returns policy, unless I pay £165 termination fee. I'm stuck paying for a phone line I can't use. I'm repeatedly told it's been escalated to technical dept, with no fix date in sight. #Endthenightmare

@davesleney @VodafoneUK Worst experience with @vodafoneuk too - I’ve given up. Reviews on Trust Pilot are shocking. They get away with it - you eventually lose the will to chat/DM/call. They are very cagey about sharing their formal complaints procedure process, but I found it and intend to complain!
