    @VodafoneUK Get a unique experience by signing up to #vodafone : get ripped off, spend hours with chat-bots, never get through, get told what you were told, have your phone cut off for no reason. Over two decades and now stuck with a company for the next two years that I DETEST. Inhuman.

    @VodafoneUK Was told to wait 24 hours for an e-swap to go through that’s passed now and it’s still not working for the 4th time I’ve been advised that this needs to be escalated as I’m not getting anywhere and being sent round in circles can you DM please to get this escalated

    me: also, my work phones which are @VodafoneUK are bricked also. 02: *runs checks again* No, our mast is working fine. Must be a technical problem your end! me: but that wouldn't explain why all my colleagues phones aren't working, or my work phones on another network?
