@VodafoneUK why can’t I connect to my antivirus providers server using Vodafone at home when it works fine with another provider at the office? Occurs on Apple and Windows devices and different servers. Bad!

@Ofcom been collecting evidence of broadband instability for 11 days now. @VodafoneUK can't/won't demonstrate any steps taken to fix the issue. I'm lucky if a callback actually happens. They need serious investigation and corrective action

@VodafoneUK I wasted two hours talking to your customer service and they screwed it up so badly I'm going with someone else even though its more expensive. Screw vodafone, I'll never ever use any of your services ever again.
