@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport still, after years of promises that the problem is being looked at, the data rate in Leeds Centre is non existent. My phone is unusable without WiFi for 8 hours a day. I've resorted to using @VodafoneUK. I've still almost another year of my contract 😡

So @VodafoneUK, I wanted to change the email address on my account. After going through 3 login screens, and 3 sets of 2FA codes to get there, I discover the "Change" button doesn't even work. 👏

@mrpauldunphy @VodafoneUK Took me over a month to get a resolution to a problem they created. One point a bloke shouted down the phone "YOU JUST DON'T GET IT DO YOU!". On the whole an utterly miserable experience.

@VodafoneUK your broadband has been intermittent all morning and pretty crap this last month. Initially I thought your router was playing up so swapped it. Its now crap again so not the router. Can you quiz openreach and ask if they are working in the area, this is pretty shitty.

They might be a little more expensive than other networks I have been with before but I've always had good service if I've been stuck with something. This is probably just a glitch in the system tbh

I struggle to understand how @VodafoneUK can never understand my query when I call. The training in these centres are either sub-standard or they've done a huge recruitment drive and EVERYONE is new. Nobody knows anything.

@VodafoneUK My broadband has been throttled on download to about 5mbps, while my upload that I do not use is 20mbps, this is shocking I work till 10pm on a VPN, which keeps failing, can you sort out this shocking service ? Not sure why am tweeting this as nobody ever gets back

@VodafoneUK Since the day I had my Home Broadband with you, I have been having severe issues wherein I am thrown out of MS Teams meetings because the network drops to zero. This has been going on for months now and numerous calls to your call centre have been a futile exercise.

@VodafoneUK @ajqb86 This is a cop out response. He's clearly complained because there IS an issue. Like the rest of us. Vodafone's network has been horrendous and consistently unstable during the last few weeks but the network status never reflects this
