    @VodafoneUK Please do some research before switching to this company. They are now under investigation by Ofcom and Trading Standards.They do not supply airtime to some PAYG customers,even when it has been paid for. They then promise a refund and this never happens.

    @VodafoneUK Are unprofessional,unpleasant and are very happy to take money and not supply a service. Under investigation,by offcom,they are not what they seem. Customer care staff are rude and unhelpful,they find it amusing they are ripping people off.

    @DjHarryHolmes11 @VodafoneUK Honestly never had a problem with them in the short time I've been with them. They might be a little more expensive than other networks I have been with before but I've always had good service if I've been stuck with something. This is probably just a glitch in the system tbh

    Disappointed with @VodafoneUK and their support for bereavement. This is very stressful. My 10 year old is getting messages about not paying her bill, it should have all been transferred from my husband to me weeks ago! Apparently my password isn’t right so no help on the phone.

    So @VodafoneUK, I wanted to change the email address on my account. After going through 3 login screens, and 3 sets of 2FA codes to get there, I discover the "Change" button doesn't even work. 👏

    @VodafoneUK. My plan has been upgraded to the wrong contract, wrong plan. Informed I would get £423 refund and not need to pay my phone bill for the next 8. Again youve taken money out of my account. No resolution, 2 complaints and multiple phone calls.

    @VodafoneUK DO NOT SIGN UP TO VODAFONE HOME BROADBAND. You will not be provided with a broadband service, and you will end up having to spend many hours on the phone to customer services, support tech teams, complaints teams etc, without any resolve. Disgraceful service.

    @VodafoneUK I’m trying to get my PAC code. I’m being passed between teams in the app and have been on hold on the phone for hours. It seems like I’m purposely being kept waiting so that I can’t cancel? I got through a lot quicker when I wanted to upgrade.

    @VodafoneUK terrible service from you recently. Been waiting three weeks for a NUC code to switch providers, and have been told to wait another 6-7 days. At this rate my PAC code will expire and I'll be tied into another month with you. Not good enough. 1/

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK I find it very convenient that after being kept on hold for hours, he picked up at 8pm on the dot, knowing he wouldn’t be able to help me cancel my contract. I’ve never had this many issues cancelled a phone contract before.

    @VodafoneUK lost for words how poor Vodafone service has been. Meant to install a phone line and broadband on 27th Oct for my elderly parents which failed. After lots of messing around attempted again today and failed. Lockdown with no landline or broadband and no resolution.

    @VodafoneUK have had very poor customer service after my phone stopped working a few weeks after purchase. Cannot escalate because phone support is working from home and it's therefore 'not possible'. How can I get a replacement?
