@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport still, after years of promises that the problem is being looked at, the data rate in Leeds Centre is non existent. My phone is unusable without WiFi for 8 hours a day. I've resorted to using @VodafoneUK. I've still almost another year of my contract 😡

@CraigCRogers @VodafoneUK I provide the mobile to my 21 year old daughter, the contract ends 26 Jan. VF said I had to go into PAYG for 30 days before I could transfer the number to her own new line. We left, got a new line with EE and PAC’d the number over. I’ll never use VF again.

Anyone else found it impossible to actually get the compensation promised from @VodafoneUK for being without internet for a long period? Months without the service we’re paying for and now they’ve decided not to bother reimbursing us as promised in November! Can’t wait to switch.

I'll tell you what, moving to @VodafoneUK internet because it was cheaper and my mobile contract was already with them is up there with one of my biggest mistakes. I'm no more than 20 feet from the router and I cannot get signal without it dropping every minute. Waste of my time
