@VodafoneUK @OmbudsmanPh This will take me over my contract date. If I want it to stop on the 29th I will get charged around £28. And if I call back on the 29th to cancel my contract I have to pay the same as I'm on now even though the contract ends on the 29th?

It really is amazing @VodafoneUK and @VOXI_UK are owned yet 19 hours after transferring my number from Voxi to Vodafone I still can't access my sim. I even had to call 999 (emergency line) to speak to samaritans, How's that fair on people having a real emergency!!!!!!!!

@VodafoneUK What a joke Vodafone customer service had a fault on my landline the Tech dept reset my router, and now my landline now is unobtainable and on checking the number that it is working on its a Wales number and I live in Suffolk you just could not make it up
