    @VodafoneUK I just refused the iPhone 12 Pro I ordered on a call to Vodafone a few weeks before Christmas as was told by a guy on the phone as I wanted a different phone and they couldn’t cancel it and so does that mean my bill will currently stay the same as it is at the moment?

    @VodafoneUK our network coverage is crap phone says 3 bars of coverage in the house but when you try and make a call it drops out altogether! So the only way to make a call with 4 phones on Vodafone is to stand at the end of the garden!

    @VodafoneUK in my experience doesn't care about retaining loyal customers and thinks it is ok to mislead customers. You lost a customer who has been on your network since 1998

    @VodafoneUK - and then he started to stress that we must pay things such as council tax. As a responsible tenant who already is highly aware of this I found this absolutely shocking, and this has upset me very much. The whole process was horrible and I felt misinformed and made to feel a -

    @VodafoneUK well done for leaving a vulnerable 84 year man who is shielding without a phone even though the replacement phone was ordered and confirmed but then cancelled by you without ANY NOTIFICATION- disgusting customer service let’s hope it turns up now

    Hi @VodafoneUK i've been trying to get a pac code since 8pm yesterday. When i rang, customer services said the system is down (i was on hold for an hour to be told this). It's still not coming through when i text pac and my pin. Can you help please.

    @VodafoneUK I emailed the CEO of Vodafone and didn't get an apology. I was offered £30 in goodwill and told that they couldn't help any further. I said that at the end of my current contract I will leave Vodafone, Amy, on behalf of the CEO didn't try to retain my custom

    @Rhianlovesbooks @VodafoneUK I'm on on Vodafone but no problems but my mums iPhone has now decided not to recognise numbers in her phone book when someone rings her.the solution was to delete her phone book and start again.the numbers came up unknown or +44 in front of the number.try that Rhian

    @VodafoneUK - told him I worked at santander in passing. The employee was rude and didn’t inform us of a credit check done. He was patronising and made it very apparent he though we were a young couple (he said he thought we were under eighteen whilst laughing)

    @Rhianlovesbooks @VodafoneUK Hopefully that solves the problem phones are great but the slightest thing and they are no better than 2 baked bean cans and a piece of string lol you would of thought they would show a bit more urgency with your dad being disabled.i always play the Disability card

    ***** sake @RoyalMail why are your staff so useless I told him LEAVE THE PARCEL then my signal cut out as @VodafoneUK are bad. Then he gives it to my neighbour which I don’t want! @AmazonUK this counts as NOT DELIVERED I’m not pissing around waiting for neighbour to be home

    I’ve discovered why my posts are constantly going into my drafts box. My network is crap where I live. I’m not at home now so no problems. @VodafoneUK and no it’s not my phone cache etc. it’s a lack of network speed / capacity. Just found this in my Draft box. @X is weird

    @VodafoneUK is 10 days reasonable to fix a faulty phone you sold me for £1200 and your app said it’s a faulty battery. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to have a faulty phone repaired or replaced within a "reasonable time"
