    @VodafoneUK I must say for a premium brand according to (Peter) your customer service is beyond awefull. Gave 30 days notice to cancel on 21/05/20 have proof just to be told have to ring again to cancel🤔 Premium brand my axxx! #poorservice

    @mrpauldunphy @VodafoneUK Took me over a month to get a resolution to a problem they created. One point a bloke shouted down the phone "YOU JUST DON'T GET IT DO YOU!". On the whole an utterly miserable experience.

    @VodafoneUK Got the SIM week ago with a phone. Still no activation. PM to customer services 5 times in a week. Still nothing. So I am going to cancel the direct debit and keep the phone. Let's see if that works.

    @VodafoneUK I emailed the CEO of Vodafone and didn't get an apology. I was offered £30 in goodwill and told that they couldn't help any further. I said that at the end of my current contract I will leave Vodafone, Amy, on behalf of the CEO didn't try to retain my custom

    @VodafoneUK in my experience doesn't care about retaining loyal customers and thinks it is ok to mislead customers. You lost a customer who has been on your network since 1998

    @DjHarryHolmes11 @VodafoneUK Honestly never had a problem with them in the short time I've been with them. They might be a little more expensive than other networks I have been with before but I've always had good service if I've been stuck with something. This is probably just a glitch in the system tbh

    @gcluley @VodafoneUK Had poor reception for months. Was told by @VodafoneUK that it was because I was using phone inside a brick building. Then couldn't explain why co-workers on other networks were fine. Canceled, never been back.

    @gcluley @VodafoneUK I got a free mobile dongle with an Alienware laptop in 2006 which came with £50 free credit. Sent off by post to set up the account. I used it for one month and they've been sending me invoices monthly ever since saying my account is £23.50 in credit. Never been able to cancel.

    @gcluley @VodafoneUK This is about @VodafoneAU, but they took 8 months to update my name in their systems after a legal name change, after about 3 attempts I just told them I wasn't paying any bills that weren't in my name and they immediately went to help me as much as they could
