Vodafone Issues Reports Near Buxton, England

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Buxton and nearby locations:

  • NL_DannyW Danny Williams (@NL_DannyW) reported from Stockport, England

    1) It’s bad enough that my Mum has had a @VodafoneUK📱delivered this morning by @DPDgroup_news in #Stockport which she hasn’t ordered! Highly concerned that another #DPD Delivery Driver then attempted to recover it about 20 mins after. He was clearly #Fraudulent so unsuccessful.

  • jim_millen Jim Millen (@jim_millen) reported from Macclesfield, England

@RoscoMac @korintus @VodafoneUK Same issue here 😡 Did you by any chance recently sign up to the COVID track & trace app? Some speculation online it’s a data leak from there...

  • UnifiedVale Mark Vale | #Commsverse the #MSTeams conference (@UnifiedVale) reported from Macclesfield, England

@aj_180 @VodafoneUK Furthermore I moved house they couldn't supply new address. They told me that I'd have to go to a store to cancel a service I took out online... Went to store, got told this is a phone shop not bb... Phoned eventually got cancelled. Still tried to charge me disconnect fee

  • samhargreaves94 samhargreaves94 (@samhargreaves94) reported from Stockport, England

@VodafoneUK mobile data network has been (still is!) poor of late. Not good enough for the money I’m paying. Highly unlikely I’ll renew when my contract is up.

  • Anggarnett Ang Garnett (@Anggarnett) reported from Poynton, England

After 2 days of getting messages from @VodafoneUK promising to sort my account out and take the charge off and get back to me, it’s still on and heard nothing since yesterday afternoon. Poor Customer service

  • stokiedan1986 Dan Dob (@stokiedan1986) reported from Biddulph, England

@VodafoneUK having issues with the app. I keep getting error 6021 when I go to pay my bill. Any idea when it will be up and running?

  • shinyperson Max (@shinyperson) reported from Whaley Bridge, England

@NuttyRichie @KevinessW @VodafoneUK I can assure you, a five-year old issue on an improved credit report will not prevent access to service contracts. It impacts people who routinely, currently, regularly take out contracts for TV, mobiles, broadband etc and default on them.

  • andy4321 Andy Collier (@andy4321) reported from Stockport, England

    @VodafoneUK I'm reading a book about anti-gravity. It's impossible to put down!

  • steveberry62 Steve Berry (@steveberry62) reported from Chapel-en-le-Frith, England

@VodafoneUK You really are an utter shambles. Never again. That is all.

  • UnifiedVale Mark Vale | #Commsverse the #MSTeams conference (@UnifiedVale) reported from Macclesfield, England

@aj_180 @VodafoneUK I'm now on private fibre that is not a BT or Virgin service but rather kcom. My router and connection has been 100% since May. Only reboot was a fw update. And I've not had to call support yet. I gladly pay the premium price for a brilliant service.

  • jim_millen Jim Millen (@jim_millen) reported from Macclesfield, England

@sammyjomonkey @Julio_Geordio @VodafoneUK I’ve had the same problem, £89 out - fuming 😡 Did you by any chance recently register for the COVID track & trace app? Some speculation it’s a data leak....

  • shinyperson Max (@shinyperson) reported from Whaley Bridge, England

@NuttyRichie @KevinessW @VodafoneUK You'd also call companies out as irresponsible if they allowed customers to get into financial difficulty by taking out service contracts they couldn't afford. That diligence is them being a responsible creditor.

  • Jen1says Mrs Jennifer Sigley (@Jen1says) reported from Bredbury, England

@VodafoneUK Free tea. Didn’t realise how much I drank until it’s your own going down. 🤣🤣

  • shepsta Shepsta (@shepsta) reported from Stockport, England

@VodafoneUK help please: stuck in a loop being sent from phone to online chat and back again. I need to rearrange a broadband move but online say it can only be done on the phone and phone system says too busy to take call. As it stands we’re going to be cut off on Monday-HELP!

  • UnifiedVale Mark Vale | #Commsverse the #MSTeams conference (@UnifiedVale) reported from Macclesfield, England

@aj_180 @VodafoneUK I bought a draytek vdsl router in the end. Expensive, but solved my connection issues out. Their router is a pos. Wan side disconnections was apparently my WiFi in the house according to their technical support, even though they screen shared and saw the logs showing wan drops

  • pauljbarton Paul (@pauljbarton) reported from Chinley, England

@OpenreachHelp Fixed on day 3 of no connection by @VodafoneUK (happy now). The fix was taking the cover off the open reach socket and using the test socket inside! Who knew!

  • TommySull1 Tom Sullivan (@TommySull1) reported from Mellor, England

@VodafoneUK #VeryMeRewards My New Years resolution is to drink a minimum of 3 litres of water per day, which will ultimately entail more bathroom breaks.. meaning more opportunities to skive at work 😅😁😁😁 #WorkingHardOrHardlyWorking

  • UnifiedVale Mark Vale | #Commsverse the #MSTeams conference (@UnifiedVale) reported from Macclesfield, England

@aj_180 @VodafoneUK Even though terms state free disconnect if they can't supply new house. Apparently another trip to a store who didn't know what to do and eventually refunded. Oh and prime contact... Total shit. Never been able to speak to "mine"

  • UnifiedVale Mark Vale | #Commsverse the #MSTeams conference (@UnifiedVale) reported from Macclesfield, England

@aj_180 @VodafoneUK Don't get your broadband with them either. Dial up is more reliable. I went back to them 2 years ago. Wish I never. Good job contracts due up soon

  • n1rjeetsingh Nirjeet ✒ ਨਿਰਨਂਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ (@n1rjeetsingh) reported from Macclesfield, England

@VodafoneUK you have a terrible customer services support and I am having one of the worst experience ever trying to become your customer for the first time.

@VodafoneUK @virginmedia Thanks for the update. Is it true you are switching off all Sure Signal boxes on 30/4/21? If it’s true I would never have renewed my contract with you. Sure Signal is the ONLY reason I stay with you.

@VodafoneUK you've sent me round in circles since April. My router is broken, I've heard nothing from your tech team who were monitoring my line for 48 hours weeks ago. I've told you repeatedly what the problem is but it seems your CS have no actual understanding of how a router
