@VodafoneUK the most expensive and worst network in UK and maybe Europe. 5G in my city centre Edinburgh and now Manchester the worst. My partner has Vodafone too and it’s the same issue. Horrible!

@VodafoneUK I think you’re missing the point here. I know these responses are automated I’m more frustrated at the fact that it’s been over a week & I was told it’s be with me within 7 working days. As a long high spending customer you’d think I’d be told correct information when I upgraded

@TonzerWee @VodafoneUK I had an issue with them. I was given permission by my mum to speak to them on her behalf. She would have to give her date of birth for this to be able to happen. When my mum had told her the date of her own birth the lady on the phone told my mum her date of birth was wrong 🤔

@MarcusNawAh @VodafoneUK Exactly why I quit with them many years ago. Customer service was shocking. Went into a store to cancel and they said they couldn't cancel instore and had to be done via their online customer service team.

@VodafoneUK Thanks for replies Lisamarie, thing is upgrades can rarely beat online offers from 3rd parties if at all 🙄 whether it’s monthly cost, upfront or valuation of the old handset, the deals are almost always worse. Even not being an ideal “loyal” customer, I want to save too.

@VodafoneUK charge, even the young lady herself was embarrassed about the charge. I have been a @VodafoneUK customer for 10+ years never changed providers, not my fault they had no phones in store. Happy to sell it to me, surely I shouldn’t have to pay the £6.99.

@VodafoneUK They don’t. But if I’m a Voda customer that got a deal through 3rds with Voda, in order to switch my current (out of contract - also Voda) number, 30 day to payg and then switching back from payg to contract. I need to pay for the time on both so could end paying double - right?

@VOXI_UK and @VodafoneUK any chance you can turn on 4G and WiFi calling now at the network level for the @NokiaMobile 8.1 given you are turning off your 3G network next year? The phone supports these calling methods but *your* network doesn't (currently) allow them. Thank you!
