@TonzerWee @VodafoneUK I had an issue with them. I was given permission by my mum to speak to them on her behalf. She would have to give her date of birth for this to be able to happen. The lady on the phone told my mum her date was wrong 🤔 Awful company

@VodafoneUK the most expensive and worst network in UK and maybe Europe. 5G in my city centre Edinburgh and now Manchester the worst. My partner has Vodafone too and it’s the same issue. Horrible!

@MarcusNawAh @VodafoneUK Exactly why I quit with them many years ago. Customer service was shocking. Went into a store to cancel and they said they couldn't cancel instore and had to be done via their online customer service team.

@VodafoneUK so my partner has 2 phone contacts , a tablet ,broadband and 2 smart watches. The watches had to be returned due to issues. This was 6 months ago , you e now lost them and the issue has not been resolved 😤 yet we still pay the bill 🤔please help 🙏

@VodafoneUK Have waited, heard nothing still have same issue. WiFi is not visible on the laptop. It sees multiple wi-fi's and connects to my phone hotspot but the broadband WiFi keeps disappearing from its list of available connections.
