@VodafoneUK an elderly friend recently got an iPhone on contract from you. She has since been diagnosed with macular degeneration. Contacted shop where she got the contract but they said there’s nothing they can do as it’s just over 30days. She cannot use phone. Could you help?

Hi @VodafoneUK I’ve spent three hours trying to resolve a simple request which has now turned into poor customer service resulting in me being quite frustrated. I wouldn’t normally contact a company in such a public manner about this, but nothing else seems to be working. Help.

@VodafoneUK what a total disgrace. IWatch contract ended on 18Dec and still your staff can’t figure out how to switch it to sim only. I’ve called three times so far for this issue. Spent over 4 hours on the phone. Will have to call again yet. Terrible service!

@MoistPirate @VodafoneUK, about 15 years ago i was behind on a bill. They told me to borrow some money from a friend and pay it. they then sold the £70 to a collection agency who demanded nearly £500. That was pretty damn disgusting.

Ηi @VodafoneUK . I am a customer of yours and I am getting spam calls to my landline all day today from a number that I am unable to see in my landline's screen (it says unavailable number) and therefore I cannot block it. They are calling every 5 min! This is very annoying.
