Julie Ives (@JulieIves4) reported from Ashton-under-Lyne, England@Andyscott01 @JonJlydiatt @ThreeUK @O2 @EE @VodafoneUK Couldn’t care less if it happens with every network. With what’s going on it shouldn’t happen
-
Max (@shinyperson) reported from Whaley Bridge, England@NuttyRichie @KevinessW @VodafoneUK I can assure you, a five-year old issue on an improved credit report will not prevent access to service contracts. It impacts people who routinely, currently, regularly take out contracts for TV, mobiles, broadband etc and default on them.
-
Chris Bradbury (@ted1716) reported from Macclesfield, England@VodafoneUK help! Since reporting my sons phone stolen and sorting out a new sim, he hasn’t been able to make calls. What do I need to do?

EMMA STOTHARD (@emstoth) reported from Cheadle Hulme, England@VodafoneUK are there any known issues with the network over the last few days? My phone keeps losing signal and 4G/5G fully and the only way it comes back is if I go on and off airplane mode? Happening a few times a day since last week.
-
Max (@shinyperson) reported from Whaley Bridge, England@NuttyRichie @KevinessW @VodafoneUK You'd also call companies out as irresponsible if they allowed customers to get into financial difficulty by taking out service contracts they couldn't afford. That diligence is them being a responsible creditor.
-
Richard Gahagan (@RichardGahagan) reported from Cheadle Hulme, England@VodafoneUK can you confirm this number is you guys, upgraded but very strange service and behaviour since: 0800 098 7937

-
Mark Vale | #Commsverse the #MSTeams conference (@UnifiedVale) reported from Macclesfield, England@aj_180 @VodafoneUK Even though terms state free disconnect if they can't supply new house. Plant a Tree 🇬🇧 🏴 🚜 🥩 (@EugeAMM) reported@VodafoneUK Leaving after years with you. Donating free SIM cards to undocumented migrants arriving illegally on small boats is where I draw the line. I’ll be taking my custom to a network that respects UK border control and the rule of law. #Vodafone #CancelVodafone
-
Lucy Slater (@lucindaslater83) reported@VodafoneUK 30 yr customer.. no more. I refuse to support a company that support ILLEGAL immigrants, criminals entering this country, attacking men, women and children and enabling them to do so with free phones/sims, same phones they've been filming their rapes on. #traitors

Or Sassur (@Orsassur2) reported@VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK, your customer service in London was an absolute disgrace. I went to your store simply to buy a Vodafone SIM card and was treated like an enemy of the Crown rather than a potential customer. The attitude of the staff was arrogant, hostile and completely disproportionate to such a simple request. When a customer challenges poor service, your employees should not respond with intimidation, threats or an attitude designed to make the customer feel unwelcome. Your store staff are there to serve customers—not interrogate them as if they were members of the Secret Service. I expected professionalism from a major British telecommunications company. Instead, I experienced arrogance, hostility and behaviour that left me questioning whether Vodafone actually wants customers. @VodafoneUK, is this really the standard of customer service you consider acceptable in London? Because if so, the problem isn't the customer. The problem is Vodafone.
-
Mr Crypto Project Manager (@Benson93077859) reported@VodafoneUK been with Vodafone 12+ years, I just wasted hours on the phone to their support because I get intermittent coverage at both of my properties & it’s getting worse, yet I’m paying 100% of the bill only to be told it’s tough & they are sorry! Absolute joke, moving to EE
-
Quentin Stephens (@Quentin_Stephen) reported@VodafoneUK Your Broadband app is as useful as a chocolate teapot in areas of poor reception.
