Contacted shop where she got the contract but they said there’s nothing they can do as it’s just over 30days. She cannot use phone. Could you help?

Ordered a broadband service 3 weeks ago and received the strangest phone call today - apparently VF cannot connect my fibre service due to a damaged pole. Cannot give me a fix time and cannot give me a temp solution over their 4G network. ???
