    This was NOT made clear to me when I signed up and it was certainly not made clear to me that my current provider would it me off instantly leaving a massive (nearly 2weeks potentially) gap in service) not pleased @VodafoneUK, not pleased at all

If you know bit about GDPR the. You should know that how to keep the customer data. Clearly you can not have it laying around the desk #unattended

    @VodafoneUK I really didn't wanted to name the store but wanted to just feedback so that you can put some emphasis on this matter. However , after waiting for simswap to complete, only just realised from speaking to your customer service team your store have just make me suffer more.

    To all following the @VodafoneUK #Vodafonedown saga, no broadband since Friday, no engineer looked at it until Monday, Thursday b4 we get an update (not a fix) cancellation process started, but only when I can phone, phone ruined in the process. Thanks @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK Hi. Can I raise an official complain about this Wilmslow store. I went for swim swap and they gave me some card too. But later when they found out about this issue , they have cancelled the sim swap and left wrong notes on account. I didn't not expected this customer service

    @VodafoneUK no #internet for 8 days, no home devices or TV working, no hotspot as mobile data is too slow, after 6 phone calls to #Vodafone they are now asking me to wait 72 HOURS, I have already lost 3 days salary & I'm a sole earner in lockdown with 2 kids I'm beyond frustrated

    Made the error of continuing broadband with @VodafoneUK They cancelled my service due to an error their end. Being told I cannot get reconnected until 27th May. I cannot work because of it. No solutions no apologies, just long wasted calls with no responsibility taken.

    What a total an utter con by @VodafoneUK!! Sent my phone off for repair under warranty when it stopped working and they now claim there was physical damage and demand money for the repair!! There was ZERO physical damage. Refusing to send me a copy of the technicians report!!
