I always think about getting fit but I always think I’ve got no time or not enough money. My son said to me yesterday I could go running or exercise in the garden, there’s no excuse really, then I saw #VeryMeRewards offer £1000 to start a new resolution @VodafoneUK. No excuse!!!

  • shinyperson
Max (@shinyperson) reported from Whaley Bridge, England

@NuttyRichie @KevinessW @VodafoneUK I can assure you, a five-year old issue on an improved credit report will not prevent access to service contracts. It impacts people who routinely, currently, regularly take out contracts for TV, mobiles, broadband etc and default on them.

  • UnifiedVale
Mark Vale | #Commsverse the #MSTeams conference (@UnifiedVale) reported from Macclesfield, England

@aj_180 @VodafoneUK I'm now on private fibre that is not a BT or Virgin service but rather kcom. My router and connection has been 100% since May. Only reboot was a fw update. And I've not had to call support yet. I gladly pay the premium price for a brilliant service.

  • NL_DannyW
Danny Williams (@NL_DannyW) reported from Stockport, England

    1) It’s bad enough that my Mum has had a @VodafoneUK📱delivered this morning by @DPDgroup_news in #Stockport which she hasn’t ordered! Highly concerned that another #DPD Delivery Driver then attempted to recover it about 20 mins after. He was clearly #Fraudulent so unsuccessful.

  • JulieIves4
Julie Ives (@JulieIves4) reported from Ashton-under-Lyne, England

    @Andyscott01 @JonJlydiatt @ThreeUK @O2 @EE @VodafoneUK Couldn’t care less if it happens with every network. With what’s going on it shouldn’t happen

  • CharlySlade
    . Charlotte☁️ (@CharlySlade) reported from Ashton-under-Lyne, England

So whilst other companies are doing all they can to help out whilst myself & millions of others are furloughed & taking paycuts, @VodafoneUK instead text to say that my plan will be increased by 2.5% from April. Thanks alot you snakes 🙂👍🏼

  • TommySull1
Tom Sullivan (@TommySull1) reported from Mellor, England

@VodafoneUK #VeryMeRewards My New Years resolution is to drink a minimum of 3 litres of water per day, which will ultimately entail more bathroom breaks.. meaning more opportunities to skive at work 😅😁😁😁 #WorkingHardOrHardlyWorking

  • pauljbarton
Paul (@pauljbarton) reported from Chinley, England

@OpenreachHelp Fixed on day 3 of no connection by @VodafoneUK (happy now). The fix was taking the cover off the open reach socket and using the test socket inside! Who knew!

  • andyhersh
Dr Andy Hershon (@andyhersh) reported from Glossop, England

@VodafoneUK rang re son’s contract. Paid off phone 3 months ago, but of course no one thought of letting us know. Gone SIM only now, but no thanks to your poor Customer Service who seem very pleased to say nothing and take my money @MartinSLewis @MoneySavingExp

  • jmjones1971
Jason Jones (@jmjones1971) reported from Ashton-under-Lyne, England

Why can't @VodafoneUK get things right!! On top of rubbish BBAND, they messed up our phone tarrifs 3times and now after 3 goes of the sorting the FREE entertainment package, they charge me for it and it STILL doesn't work!!😠 #time4achange

  • shinyperson
Max (@shinyperson) reported from Whaley Bridge, England

@NuttyRichie @KevinessW @VodafoneUK You'd also call companies out as irresponsible if they allowed customers to get into financial difficulty by taking out service contracts they couldn't afford. That diligence is them being a responsible creditor.

  • UnifiedVale
Mark Vale | #Commsverse the #MSTeams conference (@UnifiedVale) reported from Macclesfield, England

@aj_180 @VodafoneUK Don't get your broadband with them either. Dial up is more reliable. I went back to them 2 years ago. Wish I never. Good job contracts due up soon

  • UnifiedVale
Mark Vale | #Commsverse the #MSTeams conference (@UnifiedVale) reported from Macclesfield, England

@aj_180 @VodafoneUK I bought a draytek vdsl router in the end. Expensive, but solved my connection issues out. Their router is a pos. Wan side disconnections was apparently my WiFi in the house according to their technical support, even though they screen shared and saw the logs showing wan drops

  • UnifiedVale
Mark Vale | #Commsverse the #MSTeams conference (@UnifiedVale) reported from Macclesfield, England

@aj_180 @VodafoneUK Furthermore I moved house they couldn't supply new address. They told me that I'd have to go to a store to cancel a service I took out online... Went to store, got told this is a phone shop not bb... Phoned eventually got cancelled. Still tried to charge me disconnect fee

  • steveberry62

  • UnifiedVale
Mark Vale | #Commsverse the #MSTeams conference (@UnifiedVale) reported from Macclesfield, England

@aj_180 @VodafoneUK Even though terms state free disconnect if they can't supply new house. Apparently another trip to a store who didn't know what to do and eventually refunded. Oh and prime contact... Total shit. Never been able to speak to "mine"

  • andy4321

  • Willow_s72

When did @VodafoneUK become so poor with customer service? Been with them for many years now, but over the past few years service has gone downhill. Time for a change in September I think?

  • Alvie_Mahmud
    Alvie Mahmud (@Alvie_Mahmud) reported

The order from 1st Apr for Activation on the 28th got cancelled. @VodafoneUK's reason was that @CityFibre cancelled it on 22nd due to the number port but didn't let me know. @GiganetUK did cancel the cease of the line but I was left without internet over the bank holiday weekend

  • roboemjay
    Smooth-Em-Up (SmoothEmJay) (@roboemjay) reported

@VodafoneUK James. Your (Vodafone's) "offer" was BS. I spoke to live chat (see screenshots) and so far all your "technical experts" have done is FURTHER slow the connection down and SLIGHTLY lower the buzzing on the line (VERY slightly). If you mark this as "fixed", then I'm going elsewhere.

  • dentistlady

@VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK to work with WM Reply \ Canvas Reply team from Belarus, Stop Kill Ukrainian Children. Stop War. If you work with them you support massacres and genocide

@VodafoneUK Your @Apple Watch mobile data plan set-up is the worst example of UX/UI I have ever come across. Not to mention the grammar on your error messages.

2 hours on the @VodafoneUK app chat and got passed around 3 times and then was 1st in the queue for 10 minutes till i got kicked off cause they closed for the night, unacceptable customer service and I'm only on there in 1st place because their home broadband isn't working. Avoid
