This was NOT made clear to me when I signed up and it was certainly not made clear to me that my current provider would it me off instantly leaving a massive (nearly 2weeks potentially) gap in service) not pleased @VodafoneUK, not pleased at all

Why can't @VodafoneUK get things right!! On top of rubbish BBAND, they messed up our phone tarrifs 3times and now after 3 goes of the sorting the FREE entertainment package, they charge me for it and it STILL doesn't work!!😠 #time4achange

To all following the @VodafoneUK #Vodafonedown saga, no broadband since Friday, no engineer looked at it until Monday, Thursday b4 we get an update (not a fix) cancellation process started, but only when I can phone, phone ruined in the process. Thanks @VodafoneUK

They are notorious round here for constantly claiming attempted deliveries when they’ve done no such thing. Four weeks of no mobile data or voice on new #apple iPhone 13 pro and @vodafoneuk still clueless as to why. Technical support don’t call you back when promised. Most useless phone and “service” provider imaginable. But they still take the money.

@VodafoneUK 7 weeks without a stable Internet connection has taken its toll. We have had to relocate for 2 x 2 week periods just to get a Internet signal. The Scottish guys in the WiFi experts team have been sympathetic but have no control over the easy switch team.
