I called up on monday (whilst waiting for my order) as the link i was sent to ‘upgrade now’ let me go all the way through to payment and never once mentioned out of stock or a delay. You may have changed that now but that was always the case!

He wasn't joking about their customer services. Usually its been okay out of the 2 or 3 precious times I've contacted them. I've never had someone be awkward. She has to be new. Either new or lazy. Now spent over an hour with ‘technical’ support telling me how to reset network settings and wait 40 minutes for it to work (which it won’t!) 😡

Told the guy what I wanted, if not I would nip upstairs to EE who could give me just that. No problem in fact I got more than I expected & saved a few quid in the process. I did not expect that. 👍😎
