    @HJMovingFarAway @VodafoneUK My dad warned me about Vodafone before. But obviously I saw a deal. He wasn't joking about their customer services. Usually its been okay out of the 2 or 3 precious times I've contacted them. I've never had someone be awkward. She has to be new. Either new or lazy. Either all.

    @VodafoneUK customer service is shocking, they try every ***** trick in the book to prevent you from cancelling your contract, the phone line I’m on doesn’t even tell me the number I am in the queue, only that ‘there really busy at the moment and I be put through to someone ASAP’

    No wonder my partner's @VodafoneUK bills are so ridiculous, she's just been on MY phone to their hopeless customer service agents for nearly 2 hours. How does anyone run a massive business like that so badly? 14 years as a customer, and they treat her like an idiot.
