@VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup 5 weeks since our complaint. No response. Is this how you cater to customers? Wrong phone sent, false contract granted, administrative difficulties, staff arguments, staff confusion all at the expense of the customers time that we will not get back.

I can't believe how stupid Vf is. On 29th Mar I called up to cancel my other number ending 070. They cancelled my current 441 number. And now they have issued me a bill of 135 pounds. @VodafoneUK don't understand basic instructions and simple English.I am not paying for vf fault.

@VodafoneUK @GeorgeMonbiot I was on a call with Vodafone for 2hrs after which the call was stopped (by Vodafone) because it had reached the 2hr limit. My request to cancel 2 contracts was only partially fulfilled. One staff member was just simply rude and aggressive. Modus operandi indeed!

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Exactly the same treatment in Spain. My wife died in 2020. Tried many times to cancel her contract. So gave to lawyer dealing with estate. They tried to fool the lawyer, she announced who she was, contact cancelled.

I sincerely hope they change their ways.
