    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup 5 weeks since our complaint. No response. Is this how you cater to customers? Wrong phone sent, false contract granted, administrative difficulties, staff arguments, staff confusion all at the expense of the customers time that we will not get back.

    I can't believe how stupid Vf is. On 29th Mar I called up to cancel my other number ending 070. They cancelled my current 441 number. And now they have issued me a bill of 135 pounds. @VodafoneUK don't understand basic instructions and simple English.I am not paying for vf fault.

    @VodafoneUK to a different vf contract and retain my number. Very idiot vf agent misunderstood and cancelled my 441 number which stopped working on 29 Apr (which I never requested. When I called up, I was stuck with a new contract of 2 more years and they ordered a temp number

Rubs salt in the wound / underlines how customer support is not joined up. Should be “our bereavement team will call you today / tomorrow”

    I spent over an hour yesterday speaking to customer services who said no point complaining we know the issue & nothings going to change and NO I cannot speak to a manager. This is pandemount to obtaining monies by deception @VodafoneUK @EE have perfect service in same area
