    @VodafoneUK to a different vf contract and retain my number. Very idiot vf agent misunderstood and cancelled my 441 number which stopped working on 29 Apr (which I never requested. When I called up, I was stuck with a new contract of 2 more years and they ordered a temp number

    I can't believe how stupid Vf is. On 29th Mar I called up to cancel my other number ending 070. They cancelled my current 441 number. And now they have issued me a bill of 135 pounds. @VodafoneUK don't understand basic instructions and simple English.I am not paying for vf fault.

    @VodafoneUK Hi Shu, don't worry Customer Relations have my complaint. They are now dealing with it and, apparently, they are the highest I can go. I await their call "in 2 days or by 2nd Sept" with bated breath. At the rate the compo is racking up, I won't be paying for gigafast until 2023

    Any idea @VodafoneUK why signal has gone so bad now in the last few months??? Used to have full signal and 4G in the SA66 7 area of north pembrokeshire, now hardly anything!!! 😤😡
