    @VodafoneUK Love when everyone at vodaphone says different things i have had a phone for less than 30 days and the phone had issues apparently Vodaphone cant help, this is my last contract with you livid custlmer service over the phone is just awful

    I suspect it may be time to move from @ThreeUK to @VodafoneUK as they don’t have #VirtualSim or #AppleWatch support, but the @ThreeUK #GoRoam plan is amazing. Decision later today. #NeedAllThree #PunNotIntended

    @VodafoneUK That’s Shu but it’s a terrible service. I’ve called 191 and haven’t once been able to get through to an advisor. Could someone please call me because I’ve called 191 and 56677 multiple times already today with no luck. I just want to pay my bill.

    @VodafoneUK absolutely rubbish service. Waited two weeks for an unlock code and now I have to wait longer with no definite time scale. Promised call backs not received. So angry 😡

    @_One8Seven1_ @VodafoneUK are shite mate, they rip you off over and over again despite being loyal. I binned them off for Three a few years ago, never had an issue with them

    Just had a great conversation with @VodafoneUK customer services. Just renewed 2 of my devices on unlimited sim only and taken out an additional unlimited sim only all with a token discount! Happy days 😀

    @VodafoneUK Shocking online customer service. Clearly said I wanted to cancel SIM only deal and both agents said you need to send the handset back in a pre-paid envelope. Thank goodness your telephone agent redeemed the situation.

    @VodafoneUK literally makes no sense to me... I can get my daughter a better deal on Vodafone by NOT buying frm Vodafone... Despite the fact that the 1st person who answered my call made a song & dance about my being SUCH a loyal customer and giving me the best deal possible...

    @VodafoneUK Kelly, thanks for the reply, just wish it was true. So they have reappeared on your website, as soon as the discount offer ended and nope, the offer did not come back. Very disappointing Vodafone, not something I hear that friends on other networks ever have an issue with.

    I decided to change from o2 to @VodafoneUK . So far I am not impressed with the customer service. Phones we ordered are on back order , that’s a week ago. Can’t get anyone on the line to track my order and as for finding out on line. You have to have a Vodafone number!

    @VodafoneUK I have tried several times with your technical support team to simply unlock my old phone from a Vodafone network and every time it has failed. Been trying to do this since Xmas with you. Absolutely disgusting.

    @MartinSLewis @VodafoneUK They now take responsibility but fix not due for Sony users until end of MARCH! 12 months after issue reported. I've had job interviews cut out after being made redundant. not good enough.Been paying for a service which @VodafoneUK have not supplied

    @Askvodafonegh I contacted you as soon as it happened and NOW you are confirming that a refund can not be offered! Is this how you treat your customers. @VodafoneUK I expect better than this as this is! I honoured the contact of data and you broke it. I want compensation for the inconvenience!

    @VodafoneUK you are a class act. Not content with keeping me tied to a contract I was mis-sold for two years. You also won’t let it be cancelled 6 months after the end date. I have tried repeatedly to cancel since then, but I kept getting passed to another agent.
