@VodafoneUK The agents or customer Vernice team cut me of three times while I was trying to resolve this issue. On the third time, in a space of 15 min I asked the agent to call me back, giving him my number but that never happened.

@VodafoneUK Kelly, thanks for the reply, just wish it was true. So they have reappeared on your website, as soon as the discount offer ended and nope, the offer did not come back. Very disappointing Vodafone, not something I hear that friends on other networks ever have an issue with.

@VodafoneUK when you going to fix the network in NE100QH. Yous did work in the area on 18/12/2022 and despite you telling me its been fixed the connection 4g is still rubbish. It makes the old dial up connection look amazing. For 9 hours per day I can't yous my phone.

@LisatheSimpson @VodafoneUK Every time I need something from Vodafone there is an Issue without fail. The app is terrible, the customer service is terrible. Soon as my contract ends I’ll be going elsewhere too
