They were better but couldn’t do everything. Just spent 40 mins on chat with an operator. Have service back (after 3 days). Now can’t log into my account. Really really poor.

Person 19 spoken to tonight - reset router - nothing - put through to escalation- on hold for 1 hr - then cut off after team went home. Day 8 tomorrow

On our credit card bill !!!

They still kept asking me if i still wanted the contract…

They put the bailiffs onto me and had me credit blacklisted but I had no correspondence from them to tell any of this? Sorry for your loss and the upset to your father.

Public sector's no better. I made an application to the Court of Protection in February and they've still not got around to dealing with it.
