    @VodafoneUK to a different vf contract and retain my number. Very idiot vf agent misunderstood and cancelled my 441 number which stopped working on 29 Apr (which I never requested. When I called up, I was stuck with a new contract of 2 more years and they ordered a temp number

    @VodafoneUK how do you expect for someone to be without a connection for 48+hrs? Every time I get in touch with your customer service they tell me it will be a few more hours. On hold for hours and the eSIM still now working. Customer of over 10 years and this is how you treat me

    @VodafoneUK DM’ed you. Took 12 hours to get back to me. Tried chatbot again. Useless. Been into your store. They were better but couldn’t do everything. Just spent 40 mins on chat with an operator. Have service back (after 3 days). Now can’t log into my account. Really really poor.

    ANOTHER bill from @VodafoneUK for a service cancelled by them and therefore never delivered. I have no faith after speaking to the 5th (& very rude) customer service rep since Dec that this will be resolved. Steer clear of this company 😡

    Just wondering why Three Mobile are providing me with broadband now I'm not paying when they and Vodafone consistently failed to provide me with service when i did pay them for 2 years eh @VodafoneUK @3mifi I mean the way they treated me while i was in Palermo was the worse ever ( refused to let my payment for roaming go through so I'm wandering back streets in 80 degree heat ) and their minions are trained to lie like robots - need i go on.     @VodafoneUK Dreadful customer service. I bought a £40 bundle that doesn’t work or give me data. I’ve spoken to four agents and been told different things. The last promised a credit, then hours later said they couldn’t do it due to “technicalities.”

    @VodafoneUK as a communication network your customer service is awful. Can't collect a new phone from your store because of a system issue, but told it will take 24-48 hours to resolve as the tech team has gone home for the day. The whole process to upgrade has been a joke
