@VodafoneUK Messaged you, I really want to cancel, for your team to say the socket is dangerous but then not to send an engineer is very poor. Also how can you install broadband without an engineer actually coming into the property and carrying out the essential checks and getting it working

not answering me how they are gonna match that when they don’t have my DOB in the acc. I sent in my ID, they lost that, I sent in another, and today they tell me they can’t help because “Your DOB doesn’t match.” @VodafoneUK you are a joke and an identity theft.

@VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup thinking you’ve cancelled a contract by paying over £700 only to have to tell you that it’s added as a credit, has never been cancelled & if I wanted to cancel I’d have to pay another £200!!! Livid isn’t strong enough for how I feel right now!!!
