    @VodafoneUK really disappointed with the customer service I received when calling about our broadband. The Technical team didn’t know how to resolve the issue, so asked me to send them pictures to an email address but when I tried to send them it says the e-address doesn’t work.

    I hope you are proud of yourselves @VodafoneUK ? A week after our router broke, and still a week away from fix date, my wife ran out of data due to having to tether to her phones hotspot for both work and pleasure. This despite several repeated promises to award unlimited data
