    @VodafoneUK really disappointed with the customer service I received when calling about our broadband. The Technical team didn’t know how to resolve the issue, so asked me to send them pictures to an email address but when I tried to send them it says the e-address doesn’t work.

    Utterly runbish customer service today @VodafoneUK Since moving BB to you service been intermittent. You monitored line for 24 hrs, said there was a fault. You booked an engineer for today. I took time off wrk. You called to discuss issue & said there was no engineer booked.

    @VodafoneUK Hi Rachael, can YOU please speak to your fraud team? I'd have thought Vodafone would want to make it as effective as possible to terminate the service of scammers using your network and numbers to commit fraud and theft - I've given you all you need! Why all these barriers?!

    @VodafoneUK You lot are a joke. since October my mum’s broadband has been down three times for over two weeks. Non-English speaking customer advisors can’t understand her and are useless in support and you’ve still not reimbursed her! Shambles of a service.

    @VodafoneUK And just to add - security wasn't required to submit the complaint in the first place; therefore would be odd to have to go through security to add to this complaint despite not been a GDPR requirement in this situation.

    @VodafoneUK In this situation, GDPR is not required by law. If it's vodafone's own policy, it's further evidence of poor customer focus. Tbh, this exchange has now made me reach the end with Vodafone so later today we will cancel and go elsewhere. Life is too short for this hassle. Thanks.

    Honestly @VodafoneUK have the worst customer service of ANY company I deal with on a regular basis. A whole system designed to avoid contact between staff and customers even though in 95% of cases you could get an issue dealt with quicker with a call. 1/2

    @VodafoneUK why am I unable to log into online account app also why are you charging me early termination fee when you couldn't provide the service £47 for so called superfast broadband yet couldn't get signal half time I've now switched to sky #avoidvodafone #absoulteshambles

    @VodafoneUK Not what the engineers said. Dsl comes down one line and fibre down a completely different new one. They told us to leave the old connection running until the new one is live. We’ve had neither.

    @VodafoneUK Wait 3 days,wait another 3 days, it will be working by 15.00 today, lies lies and more lies. Not getting the service I am paying for, more issues in 2 months than with 5 years with @EE. It can’t be that difficult? phone works on any network except the contracted one
