    After almost 12 years with @VodafoneUK, I have moved my PAYG U.K. SIM to @ThreeUK, and it was the best thing I’ve done recently! @VodafoneUK’s unfriendly and complicated way (the only option is to have a BOT chat) to easily top up one’s PAYG data was the main reason! Never again!

    @VodafoneUK Hi, it's supposed to be fixed so I'm told this morning, yet it broke down at 8am for 20 mins! Yesterday I was told you needed to send an engineer out to the junction box, today I've been told that wasn't the case, and it's sorted from afar, yesterday I was supposed to get a call

    @O2 I’ve never had SO many spam texts since moving to you . Three in the last hour / these are just a few from last few days . I send them to 7726 but you do nothing beginning to this you send our numbers out for this type of thing. I have two kids on @VodafoneUK and not one !

    @VodafoneUK It has now been 2 weeks without broadband although you don't even seem to know or care about it. Yesterday on chat you had the audacity to ask me how many days it has been and what the fault is, does your support team works from paper notes maybe?
