    Picking up WiFi from next door neighbours and even someone’s printer. Can it connect the WiFi which is in the same house as I’m in though can I @VodafoneUK - I’ve never known a service so appalling.

    Utterly runbish customer service today @VodafoneUK Since moving BB to you service been intermittent. You monitored line for 24 hrs, said there was a fault. You booked an engineer for today. I took time off wrk. You called to discuss issue & said there was no engineer booked.

    @VodafoneUK really disappointed with the customer service I received when calling about our broadband. The Technical team didn’t know how to resolve the issue, so asked me to send them pictures to an email address but when I tried to send them it says the e-address doesn’t work.

    @VodafoneUK I did that and there was a problem - hence the email asking me to call tried calling and online chat for 5 days but no one available. My guess is the black Friday upgrade offers will no longer be available so customers will have missed out!!

    @VodafoneUK Asked why my mother is being charged £1 a day. Your customer service person could only reply what was on her script. We are now looking at other mobile companies for her. She has been with Vodafone for years. Vodafone treat their customers appallingly.

    @VodafoneUK new customer, ordered a broadband deal and today was the activation date. Was told that I was supposed to receive the router 3 working days before hand and yet it’s still not here today. I have been told the connection is live but I still have no router.

    @VodafoneUK hi I'm really had enough of Vodafone. All I want to do is cancel my contract I have tried emailing your media relations info. Every email I have for past two weeks no one helps at all. I am in a remote location and can not get access to live chat or phone. I needhelp

    @VodafoneUK rejected Port request of my number +919456590393 more then 12 time saying different reasons. I mailed, call many times, but very bad experience, support system give assurance for resolving but finally sms comes always of rejection,disturb me from 5 Oct -21, very bad

    @VodafoneUK hi vodafone. i know you are having problems with dispatching but how long can i expect to wait for my device? i made the and the agent said my device will be delivered monday (yesterday) or tuesday (today) but according to your tracker it isnt even dispatched yet

    @VodafoneUK That’s where I started. “No issues”, it said. Yet there clearly had been for THREE DAYS. Not a lot of point signing up for SMS updates when there is no phone service to received them by, is there? #VodafoneFAIL
