@VodafoneUK really disappointed with the customer service I received when calling about our broadband. The Technical team didn’t know how to resolve the issue, so asked me to send them pictures to an email address but when I tried to send them it says the e-address doesn’t work.

Picking up WiFi from next door neighbours and even someone’s printer. Can it connect the WiFi which is in the same house as I’m in though can I @VodafoneUK - I’ve never known a service so appalling.

Utterly runbish customer service today @VodafoneUK Since moving BB to you service been intermittent. You monitored line for 24 hrs, said there was a fault. You booked an engineer for today. I took time off wrk. You called to discuss issue & said there was no engineer booked.

Dear @VodafoneUK. I don’t know how weak, intermittent and unreliable coverage can be described as ‘good coverage indoors and outdoors,’ but I will be cancelling my contract with you. I have spoken to 3 departments today, only to be told I need to phone you to sort it. Awful

@VodafoneUK Shame you can’t keep me connected . Over TWO WEEKS since you decided to stop my phone service and despite me contacting you everyday, all you can say is don’t worry just wait 24 hours. Still no service and I can’t log into other accounts with 2-factor authentication either!
