@VodafoneUK really disappointed with the customer service I received when calling about our broadband. The Technical team didn’t know how to resolve the issue, so asked me to send them pictures to an email address but when I tried to send them it says the e-address doesn’t work.

If anyone is thinking of using @VodafoneUK for broadband, please don’t! It’s not been working since Jan, they can’t fix it, yet won’t realease us from our contract. #vodafone #badcustomerservice #ijustwantbroadbandthatworks

@VodafoneUK 1/2 Then you're not the best: your competitors dont need to do this. Actually, this makes me think you're one of the worst: Access to the data you provide is not truly unlimited, and you can't use your laptop and phone to give you access to it when out and about.

@VodafoneUK @TfL Hi Liam, thanks for getting back to me. That’s a shame since the 4G you know supply doesn’t cover the other lines and I wasn’t notified about this change in service via text or email 🤔

@VodafoneUK 2/2 ...so, your speeds are not guaranteed, but heavily managed. And your phone's functionality is severely impeded. Your offering is not "the best", but is, in reality, among the worst. You also do not allow users to use VPNs, is that also right @VodafoneUK ??

@VodafoneUK Thanks for the cookie cutter response, but you've gone from WiFi across most of the network to 4G signal over a small part of one line. Hardly a saving grace. How about the Northern, Victoria, Bakerloo, Piccadilly and others?

@VodafoneUK If you haven't sorted the issue out in 5 years what makes you think you are going to sort it out now. It got to the point where I gave up being fobbed off. Customer advisors in India hanging up the phone on you. Promising to send paper copies of my bills which I'm still waiting!

@VodafoneUK will you please stop cutting me off when I’m trying to cancel my contract xx

Why does @EE make everything so difficult? I put my @VodafoneUK SIM in my new 5G phone and everything just works (except the speeds are terrible) with @EE I have to change my plan to a 5G-ready plan but then I can't upgrade my plan for another month! 5G shouldn't be an add-on!

@VodafoneUK @cgre @TfL Awful decision. What a step backwards in your service provision. Every London Vodafone commuter relies on this, and every other major network offers it. I literally cannot figure this one out.
