    Picking up WiFi from next door neighbours and even someone’s printer. Can it connect the WiFi which is in the same house as I’m in though can I @VodafoneUK - I’ve never known a service so appalling.

    @VodafoneUK really disappointed with the customer service I received when calling about our broadband. The Technical team didn’t know how to resolve the issue, so asked me to send them pictures to an email address but when I tried to send them it says the e-address doesn’t work.

    Utterly runbish customer service today @VodafoneUK Since moving BB to you service been intermittent. You monitored line for 24 hrs, said there was a fault. You booked an engineer for today. I took time off wrk. You called to discuss issue & said there was no engineer booked.

    @TheOfficialPau1 @VodafoneUK Also in Italy, it’s working badly! They make us pay not requested services. Recently, they impose a service, for what ??? for additional 2,99€. And, as I paid the usual amount, immediately I loose internet, calls out/in, sms… why, if I paid the agreed amount? Is it fair? NO!!!

    @British_Airways I've been trying to call you to change a flight for 3 days. Every time you cancel the call after 12 mins. I'm calling from Mexico. Every day @VodafoneUK charge me £6 to use my phone. By the time I get through the phone bill will be more expensive than the flight.
