    @VodafoneUK really disappointed with the customer service I received when calling about our broadband. The Technical team didn’t know how to resolve the issue, so asked me to send them pictures to an email address but when I tried to send them it says the e-address doesn’t work.

    Utterly runbish customer service today @VodafoneUK Since moving BB to you service been intermittent. You monitored line for 24 hrs, said there was a fault. You booked an engineer for today. I took time off wrk. You called to discuss issue & said there was no engineer booked.

    @VodafoneUK Hi Trev, still no luck. Its frustrating now, you team on Chat are not responding. I recived a text message saying the coverage has been rectified but my Internet is so slow.I need my phone uo and running. 3 days in a row now not good.

    @VodafoneUK I got a new phone, got a text message to say my phone number is switching to a new sim, phoned yous to tell yous not to switch it, this morning at around 11am my service went off. Told to go to the shop which I’ve done twice now, to get the number switched to a sim in store

    Abysmal service @VodafoneUK B'band install contracted to @OpenreachHelp 'operatives' who ran cable to defunct Virgin box, coming off wall, to old phone cable then to toilet soil stack with cable ties. V'fone tell us to wait in for workman. No show. V'fone say our prob to sort.
