@VodafoneUK really disappointed with the customer service I received when calling about our broadband. The Technical team didn’t know how to resolve the issue, so asked me to send them pictures to an email address but when I tried to send them it says the e-address doesn’t work.

Utterly runbish customer service today @VodafoneUK Since moving BB to you service been intermittent. You monitored line for 24 hrs, said there was a fault. You booked an engineer for today. I took time off wrk. You called to discuss issue & said there was no engineer booked.

Picking up WiFi from next door neighbours and even someone’s printer. Can it connect the WiFi which is in the same house as I’m in though can I @VodafoneUK - I’ve never known a service so appalling.

Existing @VodafoneUK customer for phone & BB. Check upgraded broadband order. Its cancelled. Called customer service. They can't help. The Broadband 1 & 2 team wont speak to me. New connections don't wanna speak to me either Looks like I will take my custom to someone else then?

@VodafoneUK Explain then why I’ve had no service most of the time at home for over a year & today why phone was on 3G while I was out in central London. It’s old but this has been going on for over a year. I’ve been with Vodafone since the 90e !

Credit where credit is due. I had some excellent customer service today from @VodafoneUK After my number was not cancelled from three years ago, discovered I was still paying a direct debit. Thankfully everything was corrected and sorted. Thanks guys and esp Ibrahim who was a 🌟

@VodafoneUK worst customer service I have ever dealt with you cut my broadband off by accident then it takes 3 weeks to reconnect absolutely shocking and give me no other options
