    Utterly runbish customer service today @VodafoneUK Since moving BB to you service been intermittent. You monitored line for 24 hrs, said there was a fault. You booked an engineer for today. I took time off wrk. You called to discuss issue & said there was no engineer booked.

    Picking up WiFi from next door neighbours and even someone’s printer. Can it connect the WiFi which is in the same house as I’m in though can I @VodafoneUK - I’ve never known a service so appalling.

    @VodafoneUK really disappointed with the customer service I received when calling about our broadband. The Technical team didn’t know how to resolve the issue, so asked me to send them pictures to an email address but when I tried to send them it says the e-address doesn’t work.

    @VodafoneUK Useless took out new contract on the proviso my old phone got traded in 2 months down line after multiple calls to chase you we still havnt recieved a bag to send the old phone back and now your saying at your end you are adding the £15 per month

    @VodafoneUK Evening, I'm having a problem where texts are being sent from my temporary number, even though my old number has been ported. Customer care advice (clear cache & storage) didn't work, phone= Pixel 4a 5g. Sim sends from correct number in old phone. Help appreciated pls

    @VodafoneUK the Wi-fi signal I have currently is absolutely dreadful, I’ve tried everything suggested on your support page, even connected via Ethernet cable to the device and yet it still refuses to connect despite the app saying everything is fine! Any ideas that may help??
