Utterly runbish customer service today @VodafoneUK Since moving BB to you service been intermittent. You monitored line for 24 hrs, said there was a fault. You booked an engineer for today. I took time off wrk. You called to discuss issue & said there was no engineer booked.

@VodafoneUK really disappointed with the customer service I received when calling about our broadband. The Technical team didn’t know how to resolve the issue, so asked me to send them pictures to an email address but when I tried to send them it says the e-address doesn’t work.

@VodafoneUK I transferred over one number from ee to Vodafone. Now I have two sims with the same number... Both can make and receive calls but I receive calls sometimes on Vodafone and sometimes on EE. Help please

@VodafoneUK I ordered a device on Wednesday paid £10.00 for delivery. Folks stayed in all day to then be told was never coming. Changed address to pick up point and still nothing. Get email every day saying it's coming next day and it has not. Really not hapy atal Called DPD and stil there

@Ker_Anderson @VodafoneUK Hi Ker, thank you. It's GU1 and GU2. We recently had 4 transmitters fixed and since then it's been awful 4G & 5G every day, mostly evenings. I received a text saying the area had been boosted - definitely not the case. If you have answers I'll certainly reconsider leaving. TY

@VodafoneUK ok, I’ve had it. This VOXI log in is a complete an utter joke. Im going to look for a new provider because I’m never wasting my time with VOXI again. I must have made a new password 20 times in the last 2 days…. Sort it out, multi billion pound company

@VodafoneUK Yes, get somebody who gives a **** to ring me on my mobile. Over 2 hours being bounced around call centres and departments, speaking to people who’d rather transfer me than listen to me. Achieved nothing.
