@VodafoneUK really disappointed with the customer service I received when calling about our broadband. The Technical team didn’t know how to resolve the issue, so asked me to send them pictures to an email address but when I tried to send them it says the e-address doesn’t work.

  • stevesquire1 steve squire (@stevesquire1) reported from Witney, England

@acemsdavis1 @VodafoneUK @maroitoje Can you as a public sector school teacher explain why in your opinion GB News is a bad cause?

  • Neighbourly50 Norman Soutar (@Neighbourly50) reported

@VodafoneUK as a share holder I am saddened & angry that you have withdrawn advertising from @GBNEWS unlike the @coopuk who stood up to the woke cancel mob. They are a small minority who don't represent the vast majority. I will be reassessing my portfolio & will be selling you.

  • callymcdoo callymcdoo (@callymcdoo) reported

@VodafoneUK I signed up to broadband this afternoon, but tried logging into account tonight an keep getting errors, even when resetting password, and when inputting mobile verification numbers. Tried for last 4 hours and no luck, chat couldn't help. Is this a widespread issue?

  • jadethomas001 ♡ jade thomas ♡ (@jadethomas001) reported

@VodafoneUK have an issue regarding an old SIM card of mine and need some advice, have sent a DM and been waiting for a response

  • emmaperks1 emmaperks (@emmaperks1) reported

@stellacreasy @VodafoneUK Absolutely atrocious... the only major provider not offering an underground service... created chaos for me today when I was trying to liaise w my husband to collect our 8 yr old daughter when I was delayed on the Bakerloo line... been a customer since 1995, won't be much longer

  • steveparks Steve Parks (@steveparks) reported

@stellacreasy @VodafoneUK Their customer service is terrible. They failed to cancel some of our businesses accounts after multiple requests, then refused to backdate refunds to the first request to cancel. Offered 50% of money they owed back as ‘goodwill gesture’, said that was policy. (Am a constituent)

  • Wengle Wengle (@Wengle) reported

@VodafoneUK @stellacreasy I literally just renewed with you today but wasn't told that you've dropped things from your service that make you good value. Maybe I'll call up and cancel tomorrow and go somewhere else.

  • ldnstu Stuart (@ldnstu) reported

@VodafoneUK @markjohnsonhome Surely this can't be serious?! It's an Ofcom regulated news channel. You're a mobile network. Let @Ofcom do its job. Embarrassing. I've been with you 20 or so years :(

  • AlisonW Alison W (♿️⚾☕🍣♀️🏳️‍🌈🛠️🇪🇺🇬🇧🇯🇴🌊🛤️🎹) (@AlisonW) reported

@VodafoneUK @stellacreasy So you're saying, on behalf of Vodafone, that the service you promoted in order to gain customers you aren't actually promising to supply? That's an interesting way to behave considering the Acts covering the supply of services. Maybe you want to rethink your position?

  • ollywoodtv Oliver Breckon (@ollywoodtv) reported

@VodafoneUK That doesn’t explain why you have done this! A poor and backward decision…
