    @VodafoneUK really disappointed with the customer service I received when calling about our broadband. The Technical team didn’t know how to resolve the issue, so asked me to send them pictures to an email address but when I tried to send them it says the e-address doesn’t work.

    @JuliaHB1 @VodafoneUK GiffGaff are best in my experience, simply because you can cancel any time with 1 month's notice. Just get a £1 sim card from a newsagent & put £10 on it at the same time. Then for £10/mon, UNLIMITED calls & broadband (data limit) with Router. Pay £20/mth for loads of broadband

    @JuliaHB1 @VodafoneUK I was on live chat from 8am until after midnight yesterday with @BetfairCS that’s gotta be a world record for crap service!!!! Transfer to an agent over 10 times which never worked.

    @JuliaHB1 @VodafoneUK Left them for the same reason. Customer service was horrible. They made leaving so difficult too, felt like an acrimonious divorce. Now with Giff Gaff. Much better.

    @VodafoneUK @JuliaHB1 I was with Vodafone years ago. I left because their customer service was the worst I had ever experienced. They were bottom of all the industry league tables. Now you couldn’t pay me to be with them! Felt great to be free!
