@VodafoneUK really disappointed with the customer service I received when calling about our broadband. The Technical team didn’t know how to resolve the issue, so asked me to send them pictures to an email address but when I tried to send them it says the e-address doesn’t work.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK They are liars and crooks. A company can not be that bad unless it is intentional. The only solution is to get your money’s worth out of their call centres. Waste their staff’s time. If they won’t play fair then waste their time and money and make their stats even worse.

@VodafoneUK is there any reason T Mobile for roaming in US has literally no data signal anywhere? Not exactly getting anything for the £6 a day I’ll be getting charged!

@VodafoneUK Why do you make it so hard to return a phone within 14 days? can't speak to a real person, when I finally do they get "disconnected" Worse service ever, guessing this is done on purpose to not take returns

@VodafoneUK as a customer for 15 years, how can you not match a third party deal, causing me to leave to get a better deal elsewhere?? Not much loyalty shown back after all those years

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Essentially the choice was a) pay them despite our having to close being due to their mistake b) expect bailiffs and a bad credit rating for our son Needless to say their complaints procedure didn't work. I am certain none of this is accidental - they're simply crooks.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Personally, I think this is an extreme example of what we already know about many corporates and that is that mistakes and problems are considered business-as-usual and noone cares about the massive stress and inconvenience caused. #1/2
