    Picking up WiFi from next door neighbours and even someone’s printer. Can it connect the WiFi which is in the same house as I’m in though can I @VodafoneUK - I’ve never known a service so appalling.

    @VodafoneUK really disappointed with the customer service I received when calling about our broadband. The Technical team didn’t know how to resolve the issue, so asked me to send them pictures to an email address but when I tried to send them it says the e-address doesn’t work.

    Utterly runbish customer service today @VodafoneUK Since moving BB to you service been intermittent. You monitored line for 24 hrs, said there was a fault. You booked an engineer for today. I took time off wrk. You called to discuss issue & said there was no engineer booked.

    @VodafoneUK what has happened with the coverage in Norfolk/Suffolk. My wife was stranded today, car broken down with no signal. She is diabetic and had to borrow someone else’s phone to ring for recovery. You pay for a contract which you cannot obviously deliver bad service ffs
