  Picking up WiFi from next door neighbours and even someone’s printer. Can it connect the WiFi which is in the same house as I’m in though can I @VodafoneUK - I’ve never known a service so appalling.

  @VodafoneUK really disappointed with the customer service I received when calling about our broadband. The Technical team didn’t know how to resolve the issue, so asked me to send them pictures to an email address but when I tried to send them it says the e-address doesn’t work.

  @SweetRoh @VodafoneUK ignore these useless replies from vodafone. Most peoples internet is coming back up now. So give your internent a try again. Other correct solutions. If on pro broadband, remove internet cable from router to let the mobile dongle kick in. Or try VPN as their is a DNS lookup issue

  @Proudy31589 @kellyhuck @VodafoneUK try rebooting your router now. It seems the network outage is now fixed in a lot of areas. Mine came back about 13:55

  @VodafoneUK This link is useless. The issue is in your network esp with the amount of reports currently. Unless everyone’s router went down at the same time. Already tried resetting router etc. no access for over 2 hrs now.

  @VodafoneUK I would like to thank the users of twitter for keeping everyone informed and offering correct advice about the vodafone broadband outage for the last 3.5 hours. Something that vodafone was obviously not capable of doing. Shocking responses.

  @magpie_farm @VodafoneUK I got through to Vodafone after an hour. They eventually acknowledged there was an outage and would take 2-3 hours to fix. Internet connected straight after phone call but slow. 6.88Mbps, usually 50.

  @luc122c @RichardLaw1986 @VodafoneUK Spoke to an agent, finally l, it’s an issue they are aware with and are working to fix…..no idea what these Alec help guides are gonna do when it doesn’t take a genius to work out there’s a network issue based on the tweets
