Picking up WiFi from next door neighbours and even someone’s printer. Can it connect the WiFi which is in the same house as I’m in though can I @VodafoneUK - I’ve never known a service so appalling.

Utterly runbish customer service today @VodafoneUK Since moving BB to you service been intermittent. You monitored line for 24 hrs, said there was a fault. You booked an engineer for today. I took time off wrk. You called to discuss issue & said there was no engineer booked.

@VodafoneUK really disappointed with the customer service I received when calling about our broadband. The Technical team didn’t know how to resolve the issue, so asked me to send them pictures to an email address but when I tried to send them it says the e-address doesn’t work.

No signal, was told get a sure signal box..as a self employed electrician utterly useless. 02 have been brill

@DaveLGilmore @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Not the same but my Gran moved into a care home recently. She's deaf & easily confused and is still unable to cancel her Virgin Media subscription. Numerous calls, hours on hold, passed from team to team & constantly cut off. Tried live chat who were also completely incompetent.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK All I have to say is, Vodafone Italy is probably just as bad. I had to cancel all my automatic payments with them, as every month I got bills of 200+ Euro for Internet and mobiles that had a 'fixed fee' of about 24 Euro. My sincerest condolences and take care of your dear Dad.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Yep, Vodafone definitely the worst after-sales customer service I have ever had the misfortune to encounter and these days, that's saying something! Took months to close my account and move to another provider after disgraceful treatment. #Vodafonedisgrace

The idea of behaving like Voda staff have in this makes me feel sick. It's not the process. Some people are just *** holes.
