    @VodafoneUK really disappointed with the customer service I received when calling about our broadband. The Technical team didn’t know how to resolve the issue, so asked me to send them pictures to an email address but when I tried to send them it says the e-address doesn’t work.

    Picking up WiFi from next door neighbours and even someone’s printer. Can it connect the WiFi which is in the same house as I’m in though can I @VodafoneUK - I’ve never known a service so appalling.

    Utterly runbish customer service today @VodafoneUK Since moving BB to you service been intermittent. You monitored line for 24 hrs, said there was a fault. You booked an engineer for today. I took time off wrk. You called to discuss issue & said there was no engineer booked.

    @VodafoneUK Over and over again I said I was already on the Vodafone network. I have had no working number for over 24 hours and no sign of getting one for maybe days. How is this acceptable?

    @VodafoneUK Maybe you could try listening the other billion times I've been on the complaints line trying to get someone to do something, and maybe you could stop violating the law and give me a refund for repeatedly violating the terms of our contract, otherwise **** off
