Loving #VodafoneUK customer service, call (46mins wait!) saying that we have received a letter saying we have a business account with them (we don't!) and are asked for the accounts PIN Code before we can continue (I see a problem!). Some anti-fraud training may be in order.

@VodafoneUK At first it was talking forever load, then when I tried to top up I got all the way through to the verification page, but it didn't work. Now nothing is loading. This is on multiple devices and different network connections.

@VodafoneUK Your team told me weekends count. So you’re now telling me I have to wait even longer and I can not support people in need as a key worker due to your mishandled process?

2/3: That page says nothing about phishing calls at all. But offers Anonymous Caller Rejection and/or Caller Display - neither of which would actually stop the problem, @VodafoneUK

@Tap2Tip1 @VodafoneUK @Rosina65 Mine is also down - was trying to buy something and it came up with the ‘we’ll be back soon’ message when I tried to select a plan.
