Picking up WiFi from next door neighbours and even someone’s printer. Can it connect the WiFi which is in the same house as I’m in though can I @VodafoneUK - I’ve never known a service so appalling.

Utterly runbish customer service today @VodafoneUK Since moving BB to you service been intermittent. You monitored line for 24 hrs, said there was a fault. You booked an engineer for today. I took time off wrk. You called to discuss issue & said there was no engineer booked.

@VodafoneUK really disappointed with the customer service I received when calling about our broadband. The Technical team didn’t know how to resolve the issue, so asked me to send them pictures to an email address but when I tried to send them it says the e-address doesn’t work.

@VodafoneUK Apparently Vodafone's reading comprehension is as bad as the service as I said don't bother DMing me - that extends to replying to the tweet as I can't be bothered wasting my time only to be told after multiple days that you'll do sod all about it.

@VodafoneUK Don’t fall for the advertising. They have failed to fix no incoming calls for over one week and refuse to allow early exit from contract to allow us to switch to another provider. Don’t sign with these pirates. Emailed CEO office who says they are working on it ! Captain Pugwash

@VodafoneUK I have a contract till May 23 - signal is awful and I want to port my number to another network that works. I have to pay to end the contract, I don’t want to end I want to keep with another number for my daughter but I’ve been told this is not possible?
