Picking up WiFi from next door neighbours and even someone’s printer. Can it connect the WiFi which is in the same house as I’m in though can I @VodafoneUK - I’ve never known a service so appalling.

@VodafoneUK really disappointed with the customer service I received when calling about our broadband. The Technical team didn’t know how to resolve the issue, so asked me to send them pictures to an email address but when I tried to send them it says the e-address doesn’t work.

Utterly runbish customer service today @VodafoneUK Since moving BB to you service been intermittent. You monitored line for 24 hrs, said there was a fault. You booked an engineer for today. I took time off wrk. You called to discuss issue & said there was no engineer booked.

@VodafoneUK Totally fed up and ready to pay to leave my contract early. Current broadband issue escalated. Received text to say you’d called (you haven’t), alternatively could phone you and give reference number (which is made up of letters!). Terrible.

@Luke_FFF @bt_uk I've got news for you. They are all a complete waste of space. I recently left @VodafoneUK due to their ineptness. 2 mobile phones and broadband at a cost of £200 per month and a customer lost forever. Customer service shockingly poor.
