    Picking up WiFi from next door neighbours and even someone’s printer. Can it connect the WiFi which is in the same house as I’m in though can I @VodafoneUK - I’ve never known a service so appalling.

    I’ve been spending the last week or so sorting out internet at my girlfriends place with @VodafoneUK and although their customer support are great, their website/ customer portal seemingly can’t stop crashing. For a ‘leader’ in British telecoms, their web presence is shocking.

    @piersmorgan what is your opinion on mobile phone companies ie @VodafoneUK raising their prices in these unfamiliar times caused by this horrible desease. Surly they they should have a serious look at themselves and rethink this decision

    I was also told I would be called back at an allotted time after waiting for 2 hours on hold for only to never get a call back. But Jacob @VodafoneUK customer support was very helpful. It’s either one extreme or the other with my experience. Hopefully we won’t have any issues...

    @VodafoneUK Home broadband.. Ticket raised... But like very dark tunnel not sure what's happening or when it's getting closed. Not the kind of service i was expecting when I joined. I was lured by the 900 mbps but have to settle with 10 mbps.. Mobile dongle

    @XiaomiUK @ThreeUK @VodafoneUK They were sold out before they went live. The blue one, special edition one, and any 256gb ones were never even released. I love Xiaomi, but your customer service is appalling.

    @DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK Vodafone are absolutely awful. I now will not go with a company who’s customer service team are outside the UK. I pay more for insurances etc and pro actively ask the question where are your callcentres based before taking out any sort of policy.

    @SkyNews @VodafoneUK are jokers. They spell your name incorrectly on your contact and then refuse to give you access to your account causing you to lose business. It’s disgusting how we keep paying these companies to provide poor services and a nonexistent customer service
