Not the kind of service i was expecting when I joined. I was lured by the 900 mbps but have to settle with 10 mbps.. Mobile dongle

But Jacob @VodafoneUK customer support was very helpful. It’s either one extreme or the other with my experience. Hopefully we won’t have any issues...

For a ‘leader’ in British telecoms, their web presence is shocking.

Best network, by far the worst customer services in the history of customer services. We had 10 devices with them at 1 point, now got 0.
