    @BBCWatchdog you should have included @VodafoneUK in the broadband test. Clean sweep at the bottom of every category. The worst I’ve ever had and they won’t let me leave after several complaints #watchdog

    @VodafoneUK I have had no signal for 4 days, your online help wants to text me then get a rep to call, I HAVE NO SIGNAL I can't receive either. No help from customer services either. 10 days left on my contract then I can dump Vodafone.

    Appalling customer service from @VodafoneUK. Over 1 hour 30 mins waiting on the phone for nothing to be resolved. All over a charge that had been waived when buying the phone to now be told it has to be paid #scammers

    @VodafoneUK Apple Watch less than 1 week old. Battery draining fast and having to recharge twice daily. Online chat complete tosh told I had to phone 191 to arrange my own return. Fabulous service #vodafoneuk

    @VodafoneUK Home broadband.. Ticket raised... But like very dark tunnel not sure what's happening or when it's getting closed. Not the kind of service i was expecting when I joined. I was lured by the 900 mbps but have to settle with 10 mbps.. Mobile dongle

    @piersmorgan what is your opinion on mobile phone companies ie @VodafoneUK raising their prices in these unfamiliar times caused by this horrible desease. Surly they they should have a serious look at themselves and rethink this decision

    @VodafoneUK I have now spent over 5.5 hours on the phone trying to get through to you. After 3 hours I was cut off. I'm now at 2.5 hours of 2nd call. No broadband which cut out this morning. Get your act together. We are trapped at home I have severe asthma can't go to shops.

    @keaf05 @VodafoneUK Mum had a nasty shock today to find over £300 had been taken from her account. No sign of it on any of the bills when buying the phone as all fees had been waived. Service from a call centre in Manila truly awful kept going round in circles not understanding anything!

    @VodafoneUK broadband is useless. I have fibre and over the last 4 months have had nothing but connection issues Contacted Voda and have to go through hours of unplugging router, changing settings- no better line tests ok but no one can connect to WiFi. Pleaded for engineer visit

    @VodafoneUK I’ve spent hours on the phone and still nothings been done or changed at all. Doubt this would make any difference at all. Terrible issues but even worse service - and I will be terminating my contract at the first chance.
