App saying there’s no agents available to speak with as all are busy and to ‘check back later’. How do we rectify this? Not great customer service.

No sign of it on any of the bills when buying the phone as all fees had been waived. Service from a call centre in Manila truly awful kept going round in circles not understanding anything!

Told me she couldn’t see anything or help! Couldn’t take my complaint either had to be done online. Charged £20 extra!

Darren Shea (@DarrenShea8) reported@VodafoneUK diabolical service, queried a change to my unlimited contract that I took out 12 days ago was advised I can't make changes. Fast forward 2 hours and you've changed my plan to £100 per month with 2gb of data. 2 hours to fix this or the phone goes back.
