    @VodafoneUK I’ve apparently gone over 16GB of data “a contract I was put on because I would never go over this allowance” rang your customer service for help/advice. Told me she couldn’t see anything or help! Couldn’t take my complaint either had to be done online. Charged £20 extra!

    @VodafoneUK been trying to cancel a pre order. 4 time's spoken to your customer service who say they will request this but yet still not cancelled the order nor refunded me the money! Shocking service

    @VodafoneUK Vodafone Spain customer service is painful. You have to improve to keep customers. An opaque management, nothing transparent. A disaster.
