@VodafoneUK I’ve apparently gone over 16GB of data “a contract I was put on because I would never go over this allowance” rang your customer service for help/advice. Told me she couldn’t see anything or help! Couldn’t take my complaint either had to be done online. Charged £20 extra!

@VodafoneUK Ordered broadband and waited two weeks for activation. Upon activation day, I contacted to understand why my service wasn’t active and was told that a “technical glitch” had caused my order to be cancelled. I believe I will now have to wait another 2-3 weeks for activation.

@VodafoneUK I’ve been reaching out for a month and it’s been a big fat waste of time. I have no broadband. I will be moving to a new provider because, for some reason, you cannot resolve this issue. Extremely poor customer service.

@VodafoneUK If Vodafone has provided a PAC code in respect of a pay monthly SIM, does Vodafone subsequently have the ability to check whether a transfer to a new provider has been attempted? 'Three' are contending the PAC doesn't work.

Hi @VodafoneUK for the past 2 weeks the 5G phone network is pulling down about 4Mb. I can’t even watch YouTube without buffering! You asked me to DM you with my details and no one has come back. WiFi connectivity works fine Does Vodafone have a geographical outage? #vodafonedown

@VodafoneUK She’s been in contact with you but nobody on the phone is a native English speaker and they can’t understand. You’ve also not compensated her at all for any of the inconveniences. Can you arrange for a senior member to contact her? Your ‘customer service’ thus far is abhorrent.
