    @VodafoneUK I’ve apparently gone over 16GB of data “a contract I was put on because I would never go over this allowance” rang your customer service for help/advice. Told me she couldn’t see anything or help! Couldn’t take my complaint either had to be done online. Charged £20 extra!

    @VodafoneUK Hi Nathan,the phone is not mine,I just wanted to help out by topping it for her. The number is +44 7464 777065, your customers service can’t do anything as I am not the account holder, albeit the cardholder who hasn’t given permission to save my number, will inform Ofcom

    @VodafoneUK still no one got back to me about miss sold sim! Now over 2 months! Looking forward to you calling me about my daughter’s upgrade, so I can tell you we will upgrade to iPhone 11 but with sky! Your customer care doesn’t exist

    @virginmedia I tried to call on the 19th April to cancel 2 of my numbers but your foreign call centre didn't action the request. The sooner I can leave completely the better. Is only going to get worse when you change to the @VodafoneUK network who's got the poorest coverage in the UK.

    @VodafoneUK Excited to see you again?! Went in store and staff were sat on their phones. We have 4 phones with you and have been with you for more than 10 years and yet cannot get any support in store. Utterly Rediculous. Think its time to start looking elsewhere.

    @VodafoneUK despite assurances that I will be able to use my phone abroad I have now received a message stating that I will be charged for any further usage.We are not here on holiday but posted away due to my husband’s military service! Is this how you look after the servicemen?

    @VodafoneUK Still trying to trade in the S9, still having so much trouble and being passed from customer service to trade in team back and forth now. 2 hours spent in store last week and still not resolved! Absolute farce. Nobody taking ownership to get this resolved!
