@VodafoneUK I’ve apparently gone over 16GB of data “a contract I was put on because I would never go over this allowance” rang your customer service for help/advice. Told me she couldn’t see anything or help! Couldn’t take my complaint either had to be done online. Charged £20 extra!

@VodafoneUK are hopeless. Been charge for 3-4 months after giving notice of wanting my contract terminared. The quickest way to contact them via online chat never pissing works either! I don't have time to call. I need this sorting out sharpish VODAFONE UK!!!!
