@VodafoneUK I’ve apparently gone over 16GB of data “a contract I was put on because I would never go over this allowance” rang your customer service for help/advice. Told me she couldn’t see anything or help! Couldn’t take my complaint either had to be done online. Charged £20 extra!

Being an Existing customer of @VodafoneUK gives you no loyalty at all. Basically being forced to go to a different provider to get a good deal on a new contract. Shocking.
