Ten years of being a customer and you can’t even close my account properly what an absolute farce!!!

Dan Savidge (@DanSavidge) reported@VodafoneUK @Ofcom 12 days later and no resolution to my gigicube issues. At the point of being locked into a contract for a product which doesn't work, keep being told to give Vodafone 24 hours, being cut off by call centre in Egypt who have said they have connectivity issues.
