@OnecomUK had text saying my details have been transferred to @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup 28/2/20 went into #Cheltenham store to upgrade my phone and iPad number still not on their computers very bad service from u guys, and your only around mon-fri when people need 24/7/365

@VodafoneUK I’ve apparently gone over 16GB of data “a contract I was put on because I would never go over this allowance” rang your customer service for help/advice. Told me she couldn’t see anything or help! Couldn’t take my complaint either had to be done online. Charged £20 extra!

@VodafoneUK we currently have no broadband, have run through all required tests, reset etc and still nothing. App saying there’s no agents available to speak with as all are busy and to ‘check back later’. How do we rectify this? Not great customer service.

@tri_c_livesey @VodafoneUK This is my greatest fear/problem/issue with technology; too many people who work with computers think all of life’s problems can be solved by computers. I don’t want my life run by computers, phones, and apps. Personal/human input is still massively important

@RobinVN4 @VodafoneUK Looks like if it can go wrong it has with yours! I've never had one drop in WiFi in a year and a half, have been very lucky with my customer service advisors Recommended family and friends all seem fine 👍 As for D/D maybe check the bank side of it?

@VodafoneUK hi, I called on 13/08 to cancel my broadband on 01/09. A full monthly payment was taken on 24/08 which surprised me as as I only had 7 days left of the contract. How do I go about getting a refund for the days I did not have broadband for? Thank you

@VodafoneUK is there an issue with your site for upgrades - trying to upgrade w/ advantage discount and get to the final stage am charged for upfront but then it fails to process to review plan and sticks on t&cs page then receive an email saying order cancelled bc I didn't sign?
