    @OnecomUK had text saying my details have been transferred to @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup 28/2/20 went into #Cheltenham store to upgrade my phone and iPad number still not on their computers very bad service from u guys, and your only around mon-fri when people need 24/7/365

    @VodafoneUK still no one got back to me about miss sold sim! Now over 2 months! Looking forward to you calling me about my daughter’s upgrade, so I can tell you we will upgrade to iPhone 11 but with sky! Your customer care doesn’t exist

    @VodafoneUK I’ve apparently gone over 16GB of data “a contract I was put on because I would never go over this allowance” rang your customer service for help/advice. Told me she couldn’t see anything or help! Couldn’t take my complaint either had to be done online. Charged £20 extra!

    @VodafoneUK Hi Nathan,the phone is not mine,I just wanted to help out by topping it for her. The number is +44 7464 777065, your customers service can’t do anything as I am not the account holder, albeit the cardholder who hasn’t given permission to save my number, will inform Ofcom

    @VodafoneUK I have honestly never in my life found it harder to actually speak to someone at a service provider. Over an hour going round the houses with the moronic Tobi assistant, calling customer services and getting no response. I just want to take out a contract 😬

    @SMintram @HeyBroadband Absolutely shocking service provided in Horsham. I've been with HeyBroadband for 6 weeks and it's dropped out more times than I experienced with @VodafoneUK in 5 years! My wife works from home and you are cutting down our income. Sort it out or we are leaving you!!

    @VodafoneUK I have recently been to Cyprus and Spain and my husband’s network did not charge him to use his phone. You on the other hand charged me £2 a day. I will be changing network because of this.

    @VodafoneUK you've restricted my phone with zero notice and I'm without any access. I'm currently using wi fi. This is unacceptable and has left me stranded. I can't speak to anyone because you don't offer that service and I can't chat online as it won't link. Livid.

    @VodafoneUK you guys have the worst possible online chat ever. I've spent 3 hours on online chat to upgrade my plan and whenever I dropped out of the chat, I had to go through all again from the start. You guys need to fix it somehow
