App saying there’s no agents available to speak with as all are busy and to ‘check back later’. How do we rectify this? Not great customer service.

Told me she couldn’t see anything or help! Couldn’t take my complaint either had to be done online. Charged £20 extra!

Didn’t have signal on my phone in my area higher than 1 bar and they said the signal is fine. Then proceeded to try increasing my monthly cost. Cancelled direct debit and left.

When mobile data is on, my phone is not loading any apps, or sending messages via Whatsapp or SMS, despite being in an area that has a strong 4G connection. Been like this for 2 days now. Thank you.
