Told me she couldn’t see anything or help! Couldn’t take my complaint either had to be done online. Charged £20 extra!

On the basis of what they said I spent 3 weeks plus struggling to find advice and assistance. They have a duty of care to ensure that the customer understands the implications of the possibility of inadequate systems.
