    @VodafoneUK I’ve apparently gone over 16GB of data “a contract I was put on because I would never go over this allowance” rang your customer service for help/advice. Told me she couldn’t see anything or help! Couldn’t take my complaint either had to be done online. Charged £20 extra!

    @VodafoneUK Hi Nathan,the phone is not mine,I just wanted to help out by topping it for her. The number is +44 7464 777065, your customers service can’t do anything as I am not the account holder, albeit the cardholder who hasn’t given permission to save my number, will inform Ofcom

    @OnecomUK had text saying my details have been transferred to @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup 28/2/20 went into #Cheltenham store to upgrade my phone and iPad number still not on their computers very bad service from u guys, and your only around mon-fri when people need 24/7/365

    @kestermann @VodafoneUK @EE This is quite interesting, bearing in mind that VOXI's roaming stuff is all totally broken (there is no cap in most EU countries). This is the same company that couldn't track its own users' data usage in the UK, so I don't hold much confidence in them tracking outside the UK.

    @VodafoneUK there is a certain irony in not being able to use your app because I don’t have ANY mobile signal where I live. At least make it possible to use WIFI, if you can’t increase coverage.

    @VodafoneUK with the reintroduction of EU roaming fees, not only will I never take another Vodafone contract, I'll also actively seek to avoid using Vodafone as a corporate communications provider.

    Trying to speak to customer service @VodafoneUK is hard work! I’m so frustrated!!! Reporting a smashed iPhone screen and the stupid voice wants to send me a link to trouble shoot the thing! It’s a smashed screen ffs!!!

    @VodafoneUK I understand that but why are you doing this? It is because there are more costs with roaming for your network now the UK is no longer in the EU so you are passing this cost to your customers?
