@VodafoneUK I’ve apparently gone over 16GB of data “a contract I was put on because I would never go over this allowance” rang your customer service for help/advice. Told me she couldn’t see anything or help! Couldn’t take my complaint either had to be done online. Charged £20 extra!

@VodafoneUK I am trying to transfer a number from personal to business. Was told initially to transfer it from PAYG to PAYM, did that, now I'm told it has to be PAYG and to cancel the 30-day personal contarct I set up. Conflicting information from different people.
