    @VodafoneUK we currently have no broadband, have run through all required tests, reset etc and still nothing. App saying there’s no agents available to speak with as all are busy and to ‘check back later’. How do we rectify this? Not great customer service.

    @OnecomUK had text saying my details have been transferred to @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup 28/2/20 went into #Cheltenham store to upgrade my phone and iPad number still not on their computers very bad service from u guys, and your only around mon-fri when people need 24/7/365

    @tri_c_livesey @VodafoneUK This is my greatest fear/problem/issue with technology; too many people who work with computers think all of life’s problems can be solved by computers. I don’t want my life run by computers, phones, and apps. Personal/human input is still massively important

    @VodafoneUK I’ve apparently gone over 16GB of data “a contract I was put on because I would never go over this allowance” rang your customer service for help/advice. Told me she couldn’t see anything or help! Couldn’t take my complaint either had to be done online. Charged £20 extra!

    @VodafoneUK What a damn joke. Six hours of contact, still have no access to my account so I can check my billing. Should be in bed, was disconnected by your tech support team and still in a queue waiting to message again. This is not even remotely good enough.

    @VodafoneUK I can’t agree with that, I’ve had the gigacube for the last 10 months and 4-5 of those months it’s been useless no 4 or 5g yet my area has strong signal for both. Also customer service is worst I’ve known, non Existent.

    @VOXI_UK I NEED IMMEDIATE ACTION AND REPLY! This is extremely frustrating. I NEVER asked for a VOXI SIM card and @VodafoneUK put me onto you without my consent. Both companies completely unprofessional. PLS RESPOND TO MY DMS ASAP!!!!

    @VodafoneUK The price! It's way too much! I'm needing a new iPhone, and soon, but I might be changing providers as @VodafoneUK will only offer me, a loyal customer of 16 years, the same deals as a brand new customer! And I'm to pay an early upgrade fee. This is not loyal customer service!

    @VodafoneUK I have an apple watch but I've no idea what is assigned to what, but may be that is what it is, so you could be right. The problem though is I'm trying to change passcodes etc, and everyone wants to send a pin number by text which isn't helping!

    @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK you are useless! I have three numbers on your network. All I’ve asked for, is that one of the numbers becomes PAYG and you’ve managed to delete that number from the system, as well as my number. No phone for 2 days and no sign of it coming back 🤬
