    @VodafoneUK I’ve apparently gone over 16GB of data “a contract I was put on because I would never go over this allowance” rang your customer service for help/advice. Told me she couldn’t see anything or help! Couldn’t take my complaint either had to be done online. Charged £20 extra!

    @jamescox1810191 @VodafoneUK I've complained now for 2 consecutive nights. Speed down to 2mbps when I pay for 63mbps. Absolutely waste of time. I would advise ANYONE thinking of joining vodafone to forget it. Customer services are the worst I've ever experienced. Not letting this go and looking to cancel.

    @VodafoneUK appalling customer service. Slow speeds, continual drop-outs for the last 6 months - and after half an hour on the phone to their complaints team, the line just cut out. Livid is an understatement. Ofcom it is then. Aaaargh!!

    @VodafoneUK - Your 'botchats' are absolutely useless and cause more problems than they solve. After being on chat from 7.45pm until 10pm, I'm told that I cant be passed to yet another department, the lines all closed at 10pm and I need to try again at 8am tomorrow 😡

    @VodafoneUK ı deplore your Turkey bureau. It has been maybe 6 months that I stopped using my prepaid line. Now he wants a 6-month invoice because you passed me with an invoice. We searched for gray, he said,we agreed to change the bill for March and continued. lie.never happened.
