Way to go, @VodafoneUK removing their wifi on the tube without telling anyone. Changing to another network and not coming back. Your CX Director needs firing, pronto. You’re going to bleed customers. Next time, do some proper business case analysis.

@emmalporter @VodafoneUK It looks like they haven't changed then. Exactly the same for me. I wouldn't touch them with a bargepole. The name has left a nasty taste with me. I will never have anything to do with them ever again. I hope you have better luck than I ever did. 🤞

@VodafoneUK you have decided to stop the sure signal box which cost me £69.00. I have managed to get back £40.00 due to it only being 16 months old. Now, due to this, I have now got to go out and buy another phone which is WiFi calling compatible. Great customer service not.

Can't connect to the Internet as @VodafoneUK Internet is so poor. Tethering on my phone connection works better. Absolutely disgusting, need to be able to leave for free

@VodafoneUK I have been trying to stay with you for over a week by upgrading my phone via the app to no avail. Everyday customer services say it will be fixed tomorrow yet another goes by and now I start paying for included services because my contract has expired.

@EE I’m a bit sceptical of this. AppleCare as standard from Apple or @VodafoneUK also covers the 2 incidents of accidental damage (Per 12 months) for £79, or £29 for screen damage. Why is EE excess so expensive / why isn’t Apple accidental damage included, or is it not mentioned?
