Appalling customer service from @VodafoneUK. Over 1 hour 30 mins waiting on the phone for nothing to be resolved. All over a charge that had been waived when buying the phone to now be told it has to be paid #scammers

@VodafoneUK I’ve apparently gone over 16GB of data “a contract I was put on because I would never go over this allowance” rang your customer service for help/advice. Told me she couldn’t see anything or help! Couldn’t take my complaint either had to be done online. Charged £20 extra!

@BBCWatchdog you should have included @VodafoneUK in the broadband test. Clean sweep at the bottom of every category. The worst I’ve ever had and they won’t let me leave after several complaints #watchdog

@Ofcom no notification at all can you force vodafone to fix the issue that has seen a single clinically extremely vulnerable household address unable to access the @VodafoneUK 900mb service as there is zero fair reason at all it should of been left out in the 1st place

@VodafoneUK Avoid like the plague. I went to take out a plan, immediately cancelled. They went ahead anyway, proceeded to port my number, the device is on its way back to them. Meanwhile I’ve absolutely no mobile network whatsoever and they can’t help until they got the phone back.

@VodafoneUK is there a dedicated complaints line? Was advised in store no hard search would be carried out on my credit as it was an early upgrade. Score down and hard search from Vodafone. May impact mortgage application due to credit usage (what credit?). Ombudsman complaint.
