@fergief57508492 @VodafoneUK Don’t DO IT! Actually a trap! They couldn’t give one shit about their customers! The advisor literally said to me, I wouldn’t be happy either! Cheers then. 😂

@evmanuk @VodafoneUK You are using an internet connected device to have the chat, just click the link on that device and do the test. It’s not a tool to download I don’t believe it’s a request put in network side to check for network faults.

@VodafoneUK what joy it has been to switch from @SkyUK to you guys. First patchy connectivity and now no internet at all and a worse than useless customer svc team. Less than 5 days in to the contract. I am going to cancel if this is not resolved by this evening

@Salfanackerpan @VodafoneUK Most important thing is to make sure any one you look at has a good signal where you are. There can be blind spots but most have signal checkers on their websites now.

@VodafoneUK I've been getting slow speeds for a couple of weeks now but today's takes the biscuit. 0.54Mbps download speed. Can you help please?

@Salfanackerpan @VodafoneUK I quit with Voda years ago, crappy customer service. 4 of us Data only users, (way way back in the day when 3g was a luxury) were getting each others emails. Took a week for them to take it seriously. Another month to sort it. And yes, I don't know how, but it was their end.

@VodafoneUK No it’s not. It’s connected to the main box but is getting poor strength. I’ve my phone Wi-Fi on and iPad as well as firestick and booster is showing on the app that nothing is connected to it. All running off the main router so 3rd floor is not getting good connection.

@VodafoneUK Sunday morning my internet is dropping out every 5 minutes( same last weekend and you've lowered my speed and increase cost🤔). Makes doing anything today impossibly awkward, no support from you that's why people cancel.

@evmanuk @VodafoneUK If that shows no line faults then you know the issue is internal to your property
