@BBCWatchdog you should have included @VodafoneUK in the broadband test. Clean sweep at the bottom of every category. The worst I’ve ever had and they won’t let me leave after several complaints #watchdog

@VodafoneUK I’ve apparently gone over 16GB of data “a contract I was put on because I would never go over this allowance” rang your customer service for help/advice. Told me she couldn’t see anything or help! Couldn’t take my complaint either had to be done online. Charged £20 extra!

@VodafoneUK hi. i'm having some trouble with my phone line. my handsets say "no line" and i've tried a corded phone too, and that doesn't work either. i've also tried the test socket, with both the cordless and corded phone. no luck. what else can i do please?

@VodafoneUK I four contract phones with you as I use them for work two of my staff left and didn’t bring the handsets back so got a barrier to put on the handsets. I have got the handsets back 6 times over 6 days you have said you will unblock them and still blocked #help

@VodafoneUK Thank you for replying. I went there today but they wouldn’t let me collect it because I have no photo ID. I’ve been given the run around trying to get the product I’m paying for for the last 2 weeks. Think I’m going to cancel and go elsewhere for it.
