Appalling customer service from @VodafoneUK. Over 1 hour 30 mins waiting on the phone for nothing to be resolved. All over a charge that had been waived when buying the phone to now be told it has to be paid #scammers

@VodafoneUK I’ve apparently gone over 16GB of data “a contract I was put on because I would never go over this allowance” rang your customer service for help/advice. Told me she couldn’t see anything or help! Couldn’t take my complaint either had to be done online. Charged £20 extra!

@VodafoneUK #Vodafone I've been in touch with your team since November 2022. They still haven't provided any detail on the issue with calls disconnecting at 29min and 50s. No update from the Vodafone technician who works on the case. I have sent numerous call examples, yet I got nothing back
