@BBCWatchdog you should have included @VodafoneUK in the broadband test. Clean sweep at the bottom of every category. The worst I’ve ever had and they won’t let me leave after several complaints #watchdog

@VodafoneUK I’ve apparently gone over 16GB of data “a contract I was put on because I would never go over this allowance” rang your customer service for help/advice. Told me she couldn’t see anything or help! Couldn’t take my complaint either had to be done online. Charged £20 extra!

@VodafoneUK I have been called by your customer services everyday since last Friday, they are now calling twice a day when I am at work and after 5.30pm. Why can’t they just leave a message & I will call if I want at a time convenient to me?

On hold again with @VodafoneUK again. It’s actually getting so the tears start. The stupid menu can’t understand anything, so I know I’m being put through to the wrong department and there’ll be a second wait. Three weeks I’ve been doing this, first mobile now broadband.

I’d sit and write a detailed complaint, and email it to @VodafoneUK . But you can’t. You have to ring to complain and - yeah you guessed it - go into another queue. I have no idea how to escape from this rat trap. I feel like I can’t take much more, but just stuck.

Honestly people, avoid @VodafoneUK . Worst service ever. Staff actually good but hold times endless. Day after day. Can’t stop crying today. It’s breaking me. Don’t be me! Don’t do Vodafone!
