    @VodafoneUK I’ve apparently gone over 16GB of data “a contract I was put on because I would never go over this allowance” rang your customer service for help/advice. Told me she couldn’t see anything or help! Couldn’t take my complaint either had to be done online. Charged £20 extra!

    Appalling customer service from @VodafoneUK. Over 1 hour 30 mins waiting on the phone for nothing to be resolved. All over a charge that had been waived when buying the phone to now be told it has to be paid #scammers

    @VodafoneUK Hi Nathan,the phone is not mine,I just wanted to help out by topping it for her. The number is +44 7464 777065, your customers service can’t do anything as I am not the account holder, albeit the cardholder who hasn’t given permission to save my number, will inform Ofcom

    @BBCWatchdog you should have included @VodafoneUK in the broadband test. Clean sweep at the bottom of every category. The worst I’ve ever had and they won’t let me leave after several complaints #watchdog

    @VodafoneUK Reported - over the past week I've gone from full phone signal and full speed 4G to one bar signal and terrible 4G speeds. Everything is buffering. We use mobile data for our home MiFi so if this isn't resolved ASAP I'll be changing provider at the earliest opportunity.

    @VodafoneUK I pat you now. I now know what the issue is from other residents, essential maintenance....the disappointing thing is those on other networks were notified in advance, for vodafone...that was too much trouble

    Thanks but no. Suddenly you can offer me the same service for £31 which infuriates me. Why wasn’t that the price I was paying anyway. Typically penalising loyalty. As had no response from @VodafoneUK I’m not expecting great service, no change from Virgin. You’ve milked me enough

    @VodafoneUK everytime I want to use your app to check my amount of data left to use the app never works. Always an error or its undermaintenance. The years I've been using the app and I can count on 1 hand how many times it has actually worked. Error code 2115 this time.
