@BBCWatchdog you should have included @VodafoneUK in the broadband test. Clean sweep at the bottom of every category. The worst I’ve ever had and they won’t let me leave after several complaints #watchdog

@VodafoneUK I’ve apparently gone over 16GB of data “a contract I was put on because I would never go over this allowance” rang your customer service for help/advice. Told me she couldn’t see anything or help! Couldn’t take my complaint either had to be done online. Charged £20 extra!

The worst mobile supplier? @VodafoneUKBiz @VodafoneUK Due to Queens death they've decided not to help customers as their helplines are closed! 2 days without internet faster then 3mbps. Will cancel contract I've had with Vodafone since 1987 & go to @O2 bet they help customer's.

@VodafoneUK 3 days now my 5g home broadband has been non existent. Can you confirm if ALL the masts in London are down or what? I can't even force 4g on the firmware.

@VodafoneUK when you are available please can you advise on the complaints process. 3 days of calls to you totalling 1.5hours to get ‘onenumber’ active. Still not working despite being PROMISED it would be. I’m fed up now, I might return my upgrade and cancel. #CustomerService

@VodafoneUK I am so sick of something with your internet blocking more than 1 person going on to call of duty. Never had this issue with any other internet provider and no one in the company seems to actually fix this issue for is. It's an actual joke.

@graemessssssss @VodafoneUK It's not your connection it's the network. Has never been like this before. It is to do with the sudden bank holiday, engineer jobs not been done over weekend. This plus more resources are most likely been diverted to mass gatherings for the queen's funeral.
