Francisco (@dragaoazul) reported@VodafoneUK Right, appreciate the answer, the issue is that I’ve called 3 times between yesterday and tomorrow, waited for more than 45min and got no answer. Oh, and “easy switch” is not something available for clients, we must call it “broadband activation team” for the phone to direct us.

🤘🏻Gary/Gawy🤘🏻 (@DarkNightMoofie) reported@VodafoneUK so now I’m getting a burst of images and videos which I can’t play every so often this evening, and I’m wondering if that’s a sign that the issue is slowly getting fixed. I hope cuz it’s been well over 48 hours since the problem started

Ian Wright (@ianwr19ht) reported@VodafoneUK Thanks Tom, but wouldn’t it be sensible to brief your Call Centre of current issues so that they can efficiently advise customers of the problem and not waste their time on top of the annoyance of the problem. Or would that be just too customer focused?
