@VodafoneUK I’ve apparently gone over 16GB of data “a contract I was put on because I would never go over this allowance” rang your customer service for help/advice. Told me she couldn’t see anything or help! Couldn’t take my complaint either had to be done online. Charged £20 extra!

@BBCWatchdog you should have included @VodafoneUK in the broadband test. Clean sweep at the bottom of every category. The worst I’ve ever had and they won’t let me leave after several complaints #watchdog

@VodafoneUK will a manager ever call me back? I have raised phone complaints, Twitter complaint and even stayed in hold for 4+ hours to your Egypt call centre!!!! This is unacceptable - if I don’t get a call back I’m cancelling all 5 lines! @VodafoneUK

@VodafoneUK honesty this is the worst shopping ever. Called your team, ordered over the phone. They are sending it to the wrong address, I call to correct their mistake and they are asking me to do things. Because the account was setup incorrectly at their end!!! 😡 #badservice
