@VodafoneUK I’ve apparently gone over 16GB of data “a contract I was put on because I would never go over this allowance” rang your customer service for help/advice. Told me she couldn’t see anything or help! Couldn’t take my complaint either had to be done online. Charged £20 extra!

@VodafoneUK Hi I tried your WebChat the sales rep told me he couldn’t offer to price match o2 and said the prices on the website were all that was available. Couldn’t offer anything for a long time customer which was very disappointing. I will be switching to o2 for the better deal.

@VodafoneUK We've done ALL of this. You've sent 3 x engineers who say the problem is the router. You've sent new routers. We still have NO internet. You say you won't cancel and compensate us until the issue is fixed and you CAN'T fix the problem. We are trapped in this ridiculous limbo.
