    @VodafoneUK I’ve apparently gone over 16GB of data “a contract I was put on because I would never go over this allowance” rang your customer service for help/advice. Told me she couldn’t see anything or help! Couldn’t take my complaint either had to be done online. Charged £20 extra!

    @BBCWatchdog you should have included @VodafoneUK in the broadband test. Clean sweep at the bottom of every category. The worst I’ve ever had and they won’t let me leave after several complaints #watchdog

    @VodafoneUK Still not sorted. Contacted support last tuesday and was told it was done, Wednesday contacted them again, told it would be another 24 hours, contacted them Thursday told 48 hours, contacted them yesterday and told another 48 hours. What a farce!

    @VodafoneUK kinda ****** you owe me ~£200 due to a fault on your end and can only offer me £100 because "I didn't tell you about it sooner." No fault of your customer service rep, he was lovely and had to fight for even that.

    @VodafoneUK So how does that wash? Cust service manager went on the 'not paying out' side of things, clearly, because that's how you save money.

    @VodafoneUK are the most DISGUSTING company I’ve ever had to deal with, two months of an ongoing complaint, lies being told by advisors, now to be told I am getting a grand total of £17 compensation for 2 months of no service, having to take multiple days off work etc
