@BBCWatchdog you should have included @VodafoneUK in the broadband test. Clean sweep at the bottom of every category. The worst I’ve ever had and they won’t let me leave after several complaints #watchdog

@VodafoneUK I’ve apparently gone over 16GB of data “a contract I was put on because I would never go over this allowance” rang your customer service for help/advice. Told me she couldn’t see anything or help! Couldn’t take my complaint either had to be done online. Charged £20 extra!

@VodafoneUK Hi Millie, thanks for the reply. I have been speaking to your Webchat agents, that's why I'm so frustrated. So far I've been fobbed off with a 24hr wait for a firmware update, now a 72hrs wait for line monitoring that I know won't fix the problem with my new router. Not helpful.

@VodafoneUK the fact that so many people are contacting you with the same problem is telling you something, DL17 is down too on but not on like everyone else its obviously a Vodafone issue so please sort it thanks.

So glad my useless @VodafoneUK contract ended I never had any wifi but paid £1080 a year for a useless contract. Switching to EE now where you have wifi all the time, even on London Underground.

@CityFibre Your @VodafoneUK 'install' is an absolute joke. Having assured us it is possible to get your broadband, we've just had the second team in a fortnight turn up and say too complex, the wrong team's been sent etc. Appalling we can't call you, either. Awful service.

@VodafoneUK Unfortunately when I needed to speak to someone at Vodafone when I needed it the call was never answered and that was the reason why I cancelled the contract within the 14 day cooling off period but Vodafone didn’t honour that agreement. I’ve written to ofcom

@SweetRoh @VodafoneUK ignore these useless replies from vodafone. Most peoples internet is coming back up now. So give your internent a try again. Other correct solutions. If on pro broadband, remove internet cable from router to let the mobile dongle kick in. Or try VPN as their is a DNS lookup issue
